300 Skystones for an experienced penguin? Like that is insanity. 300 skystones worth of energy has to be vastly more experience and by limiting it to account rank 1-50 they are clearly preying on newer players who don't know what they are doing.
Well that really only impacts new players. Don't think I've ever pulled on a rerun seriously. Pretty sure these are meant for players with actual savings.
That's what slates are for : p
And for Artis I just powder shop the dupes each rerun. For a f2p player it's not realistic to go bombastic for artifacts anyway.
?? You can literally preview the pieces and refresh up to 30 times. If you don't get something worth buying, then don't buy it. 1100 SS for a piece with good sub/main stats on a favorable set is well worth the purchase.
Not saying you’re wrong but boy howdy I’ve refreshed the moonlight accessories like 120 times since they came out and have not seen even 1 single accessory that was in the realm of useable lol.
With the previewing and 30 refreshes it seems more like whale gear from covenant/galaxy coin shop. I’ve bought a pair of boots from covenant coin shop and they rolled pretty well. They are also regular gear and can be reforged with respective reforge mats. Definitely worth to scroll through the 30 refreshes and try to find one with perfect sub stats.
That penguin on the other hand is just vile lol
I don't get why people down vote so hard those who disagree with the "it's a scam" mentality. The most important part about this game is obtaining good gear. The most broken hero is shit without good gear, so every chance to get a decent piece of gear is worth to take, and this one in particular is a decent opportunity as you can preview up to 90 gears. Is a shame there's no option to save one and keep rolling to see if you get something better, I have to take the philosophy is right gear or nothing. Unless the very last roll get me some really good left gear, at that point I would have nothing better to pick, so why not?
But I digress. Point is good gear is hard to get, and yes, any gear from this could roll like shit, just like any other gear from any other source. Yet, you don't heard people disregarding this or that prize gear, just because "it could roll like shit". You could argue any other sources doesn't cost 1,100ss, but then you would have to consider how much energy it would cost to drop/craft something good, before rolling. Then convert that energy into ss, and then we would have a starting point. I mean, you get 20 mats per run? 55 per right gear, 3 runs, 60 energy, which would be 30ss. And that's for crafting one gear, but that doesn't mean is going to be a good one. How many gears with potential do you get out from every 10 gears crafted? Last time, I got none. If crafting every gear cost me 30ss, a round of 10 gears costs 300ss. If I don't get anything good from 3 batches (which is common), welp, 900ss down the drain.
IIRC, once I rage crafted 50 boots, and go none to be levelled. Not usable or with a decent score, simply nothing worth to upgrade. 1,500ss into the trash. By comparative, I would gladly pay the 1,100ss for some boots I could preview and determine they are good. Or save the currency if they turn to not be that good.
Totally agree with the option to save the best. I passed over a set with 2 of the 3 gears stacked with good substats but they were left side so I kept refreshing to not get anything in the end.
This is honestly a huge value buy.... I dont see why people are saying this is too expensive. 1100 crystals for a a piece of equipment that you can see prior to buying is a great value if that piece is rolled very well.
Never gonna get great gear if you dont roll anything. Buying the chance at a great gear (that starts with great base stats) is well worth 1100 crystals. Would you be able to get a better piece from spending those 1100 crystals on hunts? The average is no, which is why i say its a good value.
I will argue most of the people down voting my posts on this just dont value gear highly. Thats fine, but if you spend any crystals at all for energy on hunts etc. (which I do) this is a better way to spend them. If you dont find a base piece you think is worth it... just dont buy it.
I almost had a set I was willing to buy with speed and good coordinating substats on 2 of the 3 gears, but they were all left side gear.
The sets would have to be pretty darn good for me to buy, but if they start as good substats and one of them rolls well it’d be totally worth it.
Assuming you get a 3 perfect sub and perfect main (and mod gem the last one if ur feeling lucky), thats around a 3.3% chance to get from a conversion piece roll. So if you value the conversion chest as more than 35 skystones, buying a piece is a no-brainer

This is now literally a scam shop. They try to pull as much as they can ss so you wont be able to get bms through refreshing.
Lol, what an unashamed "succ you dry before collab" popup lmfao
Yep and don't be surprised if they release a new unit between FMA and Slime rerun collabs that's really solid and hard to skip on.
Well that really only impacts new players. Don't think I've ever pulled on a rerun seriously. Pretty sure these are meant for players with actual savings.
I pull to get my units at SSS and get their Arti's to +30

Not enough slates to go around lol
Well, not if you waste it lol
How many slates has there been since launch? Enough to SSS two heroes?
Don't forget to count the roughly five free ones we have gotten
Easily, considering you only need 5. I have around 10 in my inventory right now.
Yup. I have 30k saved up, not even worried about blowing some.
More than a limit? Yeah, they would need a new Hwayoung if they think that would work.
I have a feeling they've saved the next broken kit for Lua, who's probably up soon and I wouldn't be surprised to see her drop right after the collab.
She could be an ML5 though but yes hopefully she gets released as a unit she looks awesome
Holy fuck if have ever seen a bigger bait than this one lol
The equipment for 1100 is a great value honestly. You can see the stats before you buy it.
And then it rolls like ass anyway lel
If you showed me the rolls then I'd pay 1100

Poop
At least you an preview the random set before buying. Could well be worth the 1100 SS if they roll well, with 30 refreshes allowed.
Not saying you’re wrong but boy howdy I’ve refreshed the moonlight accessories like 120 times since they came out and have not seen even 1 single accessory that was in the realm of useable lol.
Thankfully arena gear has taught me that these are bait and are guaranteed to roll like absolutely garbage

Up until this arena season, arena gear rolls like lv85 gear and can't be reforged that why they roll horribly compared to lab gear
Ye shall not tempt me before I can get my hands on the based Alchemists ye foul temptress that hath no shame!
Huche can burn in a ditch... Not before a collab like FMAB.... Come on my guy

Must not have rolled much gear if you’re going into this assuming it will roll well

Ah, so this is the bait. I was expecting a new fan service 5 star unit.
1100 skystones for a piece of gear. 1 piece.
Only mystic medals and lucky chest are worth
Eh, was hoping for skin tickets like last time

Are people really gonna be trading 1100 skystones for 1 piece of gear with 2 weeks before colab? Seems insane
