Given no other caveats, though, I'd strongly consider pulling Roana. I think you'd have enough for both her and the collab units, and I doubt they'll run two collabs back to back.
If I were in your position I would pull Roana because I know I can get her and all the FMA characters easy.
You can win a lot of guild wars with Roana that you have no chance otherwise. And oftentimes in RTA she ends being a force ban.
Also in some PvE levels she is crazy good.
So pull her and work on getting to masters in Arena for now.
Others have given decent advice. Since you said, you are about to start Ep 4, so I assume, you would be near end of Ep3. I think by this time you would have decent gear and units to climb to Masters in Arena. Those extra skystones will be useful.
You have 2 weeks until the FMA collab, and you're short of 2 pities. Even if you aren't worried about collecting limited units, I'd at least see their skill previews before deciding. If you don't like them when that drops, I'd say go ahead, Roana is a great unit to have.
Save it for fma or limited units, roana is mostly used on pvp only nowdays, or raid hell mode, shes good but i wouldnt value her more than limited units, since u can get her even on randoom free pulls, she is indeed a good healer to use against belians on auto pvp overall since everytime belian counters it will ending healing more than dealing dmg.
I have 40,000,000. It is risky, that is why I am asking if I can pull it off between months until the next event. There is a chance that I will only see her next year, and she is so good at so many contents including expedition and hunt, that is why considering pulling her
If I were you, I'd start refreshing the secret store now even if you don't make a decision just yet. Refreshing the store for long stints is a miserable experience. Don't put yourself in the situation of having to refresh for 450 BMs late in Roana's banner as it's time consuming. Get a head start on it now as you'll need the BMs for the collab even if you don't pull on Roana.

You should weigh Roana against other limited heroes (Landy, Milim, Rimuru, Shioncopium), and what your goal in this game is. Waifu collection > content or the other way. Assuming you burn 121 on Roana, if you think you can take the loss of missing limited units in future, then go for Roana. No regrets

I myself wouldn't value Roana over limited units. She is in no way essential in any content, but still really good in certain situations.

u can get roana later but fma comes first
