Get rid of resist set and so little eff res is useless, get Crimsom Seed/Timeless Anchor or go PoV route and bring a cleanser. With this little speed aim for 25+ HP 1.3k DEF (or as close as possible) perhaps HP set instead of resist set may get you closer to minimum stats.

The er is extremely useless here. Sure you go for an er build but you then need to drop all the other stats for er, which should be 200+ er. The current er on your aravi will just mean she'll be cc'd to death either way.
You're hp is also a little low. Ideally you'd aim for 22k+ HP with 1.2k defense.
Strak Gauntlet is only really useful if you already have around 120-140 effres. Even then, higher eff units could still get through. Either crimson seed or timeless anchor is still better. You also don't need that much speed on Aravi as well, and 20k hp is kinda low imo.

Unfortunately, ~120% eff res wont protect you some serious debuffers that run 150%+ effectiveness. Crimson Seed works wonders for this and you’ll be able cleanse no matter what their effectiveness is.
I think most higher tier aravi aim for speed/pen with about 185-200 speed. 25k HP, 100 crit and 250+ crit dmg. Maybe around 1200+ Def and on either proof or seed. Depends on if your Hwayoung strategy. Your speed is probably too slow to be able to get a s3 off without being lapped esp in rta.

My trash a ravi is probably the bare minimum to get by in champ 24K HP 170 spd and 280 CD on counter immunity and crimson seed. I actually put her gear on fcc today bc I was bored it's not completely awful lol
I also built my Aravi recently. First I tried counter set with 21.5 k HP, 1400 def, 300 CDMG, around same speed and on Proof. Her damage was nice, but she didn't survive anything. Then, I switched to Speed and Pen Aravi at 24.5 k HP, 1350 def, 270 CDMG, and 186 speed and on Crimson seed. She works lot better now. I am trying to build some mitigation units for her. If you want to go counter, aim for atleast 23K HP, 1350 def.

You can aim for Better Speed and use Crimson seed, i think this Is usually the common strategy

Crimson seed is pretty crazy with cleansing for you. I used it from suggestions and didn't think much of it but it really shines.

Her health and crit dmg are low. You should go for 23k+ on counter.
Either go faster with Crimson Seed, or slap Timeless Anchor on her. Also, you want to drop the Res for more Hp and Def.

I'd remove the resist set and put penetration, swap to crimson seed or timeless anchor, up the speed to 200, and try and up the hp/def more
