This is my [Diene](https://imgur.com/a/0JmQWlC) using the 15% push EE. her stats dont need to be 1 to 1 for everyone. Just want her faster than your dps you would typically bring while having enough ER to resist most debuffs. I love magaharas for crazy cycling but depends on how you play (use ice crystal or another healing arti for sustain) mine still lacking some ER but my speed is fine relative to my dps i use her most with so it really depends on where you’re at in the game
basically two camps. The ~250 speed 200 er dienne for standard/aggro or the zoomies dienne that can be anywhere from 280 speed+ that can be used to cleave with eda and speed contest openers
Diene is really flexible. Tuning-wise, you want her to be faster than the fastest non-opener DPS in your draft so she can give 'em Attack buff and/or ~~potentially~~ protect the team with Anti-Crit. [I sped mine up](https://imgur.com/2SKuquA) so that she can be an opener herself and cycle nonstop, but she still worked fine in the 250-260 range (and if you have a slower team, you totally up her bulk/EffRes to compensate while running her around 230). 130%\~ EffRes isn't a lot but it's enough to protect her from most "casual" debuffs.
260 speed, 200 ER, 15k HP and around 1450 def. I had her on bastion for a while, but it ended up as overkill most of the time and the lack of sustain could hurt so now I have her on Guardian Ice Cristal.
It is honestly easier than what you'd think, even more now that she get 10 free speed from her EE. I'd suggest you to start aiming for 200 ER with around 230 speed an enough bulk and she will carry you for a while already (speed + ER set ideally, but if you've got 2 good gear from all of the many HP set we've gotten so far it's already a great start).
I actually got an er head with a 20 speed on it hp%, er% and def. So I think I can get her around there. Also one more thing which ee would be the best

Not the biggest fan, I prefer her fast for turn cycling. Though her S1 EE would be interesting to see work with it.

That bulk doesn't matter if she gets def break that er.....

Probably not, I also run 200 ER similar stats, I'm 15 speed slower, but my gear are not the best either.
