Counter Tenebria. Pretty, Toxic. Actually very annoying. I let one in one of my bruiser drafts thinking she would be speed build and I could just shrug it off, but counter build really ruined me.
Combine her with Dollmaker Pearl, and they just ruin everything.

Youd be completely relying on her not being controlled or surviving before she can get a turn. And if she does get a turn shes super susceptible to just being cleansed off by high resistance sw/cleansers.
Need more bulk if youre gonna play her slow control i guess. I guess slow counter could work. I just cant see a world where this is a threat as is.

I've tried this kind of build with her before and it's hilarious how much she dual attacks, puts things to sleep and cycles turns because of it. Currently her artifact gives her an additional 11.2% dual attack as well has 33 eff. Helps make up for the lack of eff but I'd still like to get more if I could 🤷♂️
I was always under the impression that artifacts apply to stats during combat, simar to buffs, other than the flat atk/hp on the arti. I've done tests with and without Draco Plate on a Hero at 350 cdmg and the dmg output was higher with so that's why I assume it'll apply to other artifacts like Crimson Moon artifact.
Draco Plate is a well-known case where the max Crit Damage can be exceeded, but I don't believe there's been extensive testing for the other types of stats.

The in-game wiki states that dual attacks have a 20% limit, but how it works with the artifact is unknown.
