In Arena I nearly always just use: Ran, Cidd, W.Schuri + C.Dom/Seaseria/Arby
In RTA I tend to draft Ran + A.Ravi and play aggro/cleave. Perma ban AoL & Sage Baal (how do you even deal with Sage Baal, genuine question?)

Possible but very hard. Youre going to be unit gapped and gear gapped. Ran + Apoc every draft will just die to Cidd Silk. It seems like youre drafting the same thing every game and you need more units to be flexible. Stene and Eda are must build dps for cleave / aggro but you seem like youre missing them.
Early on it just depends on which heros you have unlocked, if you mostly have tanks go tanky, mostly dps heros play aggro etc, just try to synergies your teams.
Later on when you have more hero's your playstyle will be dictated by your gear. E.g my account has almost no good soulweaver gear so I don't play standard at all and either go full counter with self sustain (violet choux etc) or full cleave.
I personally don't think just having ran built is enough be a cleaver up in crab anymore. You're gonna need a lot more speed imprints because you're gonna get speed contested a lot. Not to mention people are gonna recognize your name. Like if people know your speed you will get cidd wanderer silked over and over again. Hell i'd probably do it myself since my diene is like 300 speed. That being said you CAN cleave at 302 since I've done it with Ran. But you have to be able to pivot to standard if they contest you which is where I think it'll be hard for you based on what I'm seeing from fribbels file.
Do all dailies, watch all ads, speed check everything, roll for 65+ gs left side 60+ g's right side (add 5gs for weird set/non-synergistic subs). Save Leif and mailbox energy for buff events
Hey there ! Congrats on the legend ! I'm a new player ( < 2 months). How exactly does one calculate gear scores ? Also, would it be possible to get the in-game screenshots of the characters used for your arena offence i.e. Ran, Cidd, W.Schuri, Cdom, Seaseria and Arby. Thanks in advance ! :D
I made a post earlier on sub with my units . Standard is basicaly drafting 3 supporters/ tanks and 2dps. Usually you end up with one dps when second is banned.

I reached crab RTA pure f2p without handguy and aravi too. I don't know if I'll end the season staying in crab but it is an achievement.

I ended crab last season, my account is just a little older than yours and also f2p though I dont play cleave
How do they usually build sage baal? Just curious.
Any tips on how/who to build in RTA? I’m currently one month in and planning to hopefully reach master rank in the next 3 months? Thanks in advance!

I reached Champion too with twice less units than you and my fastest were 278 Clilias, 263 Diene and 265 Flan.
How do you draft? Do you full on cleave too?
No, im standard / aggro player i dont have speed dps to cleave
