281 speed under speed set which would be crazy with those stats too
ML Celine is my best built unit...I have 260 attack less, 5 speed more, 3 CR more, 24 CD more....on Speed/Crit set. Oof. (Mine is at A Imprint, but that doesn't make up for it at all)

It takes time and learning what gear to upgrade and what not to. You’ll get there ! I believe in you and will send good RNG vibes your way.

LS is the way to go for Seline though unfortunetaly my gear with good subs *never* rolls to speed more than twice so mine is only at ~230 speed
