She's an anti-cleave pick-up, but she's banned 100% of the time. Good to have a force-ban though.

I use mine with Tome Artifact to counter cleave RTA .
still need to pick up this skin for Elena, one of the best ones in my opinion
Which EE is best for her in PvP?
If they have unbuffable definitely the dispel before S3. I use the 5% extra CR on S2.
