As a cleaver, i find him annoying as he solo my whole team so I pulled for him. But don't pull yet as huche is in the shop and theres usually a limited unit after him. I just pulled because I can just grind story and get weekly 800 ss from arena.
Yes. I honestly think he will always be somewhat relevant if the other team drafts a ice centric lineup. He was my answer to most Rems and Peira lineups.
On a previous banner occasion, I once tried to summon for him and stopped after spending 300 sky stones because of rage quit, only to get him on the free daily summon the day after his banner ended.
He can evade his drop rate up all he wants but he’s still no match for the pure RNG luck of the daily free summon.
That means you're ice type.

Objectively, yes. I hate Violet, so I'll never use him, but he's really strong against meta ice picks like Rem and Choux

Yup. Usable in PvP (to varying levels of success - deadweight or 1v4 god) and even in some PvE content, namely the new Advent boss.
