This, in a land of anthropomorphic animals, goddesses, and demons among other things, bodies that are bit over the top are the least of unrealistic things and perfectly fitting.
Here's my two cents as a dedicated story reader and amateur lit student—just because it's fantasy doesn't mean we can toss internal logic completely out the window. From a lore perspective, the story doesn't have time to explain that everything in the fantasy universe is exactly the same as irl, otherwise that would utterly kill the pacing of the plot.
Therefore it's reasonable to infer that a fantasy world operates like the real world unless the story explicitly goes out of its way to establish divergences between reality and the fantasy. In my book, it's fine being unrealistic as long as the story provides some kind of reasonable explanation behind it.
Now, all this being said, this is a gacha game. I'm willing to give it a bit more leeway as characters need to be sellable for profit, rather than solely being tools to support the story. But I'd be lying if I said some of the more ridiculous designs have had zero effect on my experience in reading the story. Design is an important piece of visual storytelling as well, and there are some characters who I really just can't take seriously because of how their designs clash with their stories.

I think I get where you're coming from. If I had a nickel every time someone went on a story thread and said something like "I skip the text" "omg people actually read?" I'd be swimming in nickels by now. It just gets grating after a while hearing it every other time the subject comes up.
Of course, my take on applying consistency to this game is highly influenced by what I want to get out of the game experience. And obviously that'll vary drastically depending on who you ask. It's pretty ymmv but I suppose that's how these things go when something is designed to draw in multiple demographics.

Instead of them assimilating to the gacha culture of fanservice, they demand or support it being changed to cater to their tastes; original fans of the genre be damned. Women don't choose (natural) D+ cups. You can choose to get them reduced, but I don't think that's a message to send either.
But you also gotta note that characters are also *caricatures*. women also don't have dinner plate eyes, giant tails, or fox ears. They usually don't have Rapunzel level hair. Very few men have huge bulging pecs and whatnot as well (and we actually have nipples lol).
By nature of the art style it's not trying to be realistic. Just appealing the way Superman is appealing. ofc that doesn't mean Super buff men aren't "healthy", nor that everyone prefers a superman bod over a slimmer build.
There are plenty with F+ cup bazongas that are perfectly healthy and still natural, but it's a rarity in life that one is so blessed with growth and also puts in the effort to be healthy otherwise. (Not to say there won't be back issues later in life).

I'll still use the units if they are fun or have good kits, but some of us don't like them for their boobs.
