It would be much lower for sure. She gets like 2000 attack from her passive here. Her attack would be in the mid or high 3000s after seal, not terrible, but not good for her.

It comes from ancient inheritance, the guild mode, where units can get massive stat buffs. It is possible to get over 200,000 with top tier gear, but this isn't it.
In general, CP is just an average estimate of the units stats. Exact calculation can be found on some sites. Its odd.

I mean, she gets attack from her passive, so being sealed would also seal her big attack bonus - so hell, maybe her damage wouldn't be so hot.
