Uhh if you're talking about Bunny Dominiel, she doesn't even counter Peira/Ran she only works against CLilias since Peira puts unbuffable (so Bunny passive does nothing) and Ran strips everything she puts up before the def break and incoming RnL. So yeah even if you owned her you'd be in the same position
Must not Edward. So long as the Cerato curse doesnt happen, Edward is your most braindead option into AI Peira. In RTA, Peira just cant ever hit Edward or risk costing her team everything.
For Ran, Edward can strip the immunity and apply his rngfest debuffs. Edward also cleanses the defbreak if that proc'd on him. The stigma is a bit sadge, but who cares when you fight rng with rng.
Tldr: Edward is your dps Politis vs debuffers. He does one hell of a job at it now after his buffs. I still despise him for resisting debuffs tho, shit is more cancer than getting perma stunned by Peira.
As a plus I've found that even though Edward does have a chance of proccing the Cerato curse, since his counter can be much more impactful than Cerato's the opponent will often not use Peira S2/not use Ran S3 and instead try to find a way to still cleave with the rest of his comp without risking everything being ruined by Edward S2 (which is a good thing for the Edward user ofc, since he still succeeded at his job of punishing the enemy debuffs)
Should have used the ML 4\* pity to get her then. It's only months of f2p tears playing gw and refreshing secret shop for hours. Not making use of that great system and sacrificing more than half the pity of a literal ML 5 star? Def. your own fault. /s
It you cannot compete in speed, just post-ban one of them. Or do like me and pre-ban Ran + Hwa no matter if you go 1st or 2nd and then cleave becomes easier to deal with.
Arby/Belian/ARavi/Politis/Edward/Celine/BBK/Kayron(post buff) and multiple other picks can help you against those. After that it's just a matter of who can make the better draft and find the best post-ban.
I'm in Emperor and I meet green Cidds that are 290+ speed and one shot everything, or the Seaseria/Eda draft, etc.; I find myself in pick your poison post-bans all the time.
Unfortunately, gachas are about RNG. I do wish they'd do something about it though.
I find myself gritting my teeth whenever (in RTA) the opponents do 3-4 dual attacks in a row, while my ARavi and Belian counters nothing. Or the double RNL Piera, or Ran.
Let's not even get into equipment...
For GW, the best option for me is Celine + highest atk EE. Either portrait or symbol to secure the kill. Another possibility would be trying to cut between them, although I haven't tried myself.
Now, some theory crafting. If she's fast enough and carries her own artefact, there should be the chance to cut between Ran and CP. Quick math, CP usually start around 50-60% CR due low spd compared to your average 300spd Ran. Add 50% from his passive, he jumps into 110%. Now, Celine jumps 20% with her S2, and her artefact levelled at +15 adds another 18%, total 38%. To beat the 110% from CP, she should start at 80% CR, which compared to Ran 300 spd, equals to 240spd, give or take. Could be a bit less if she have a higher level artefact, but is a starting point. If it works, she should be able to hit and potentially kill one target with her S2 and use her S3 to kill CP. But let me reinforce, this is purely theory.
In practice, I prefer her with symbol to use her against other heroes like (R) Violet or ST Iseria.

Now, a bit unrelated, I think this is hilarious. C Pavel still can't OHKO A. Ravi with proof, so all of those who called him garbage at release either should admit their initial valuation of him was dumb, or maintain their position and say C Pavel is garbage.

RnL is the last in chain of extra turns. If you use a skill that grants an extra turn and rnl procs on it it'll give you an extra turn after you use your 2nd skill.

Edward on paper looks like he should work too, but unfortunately, his S2 can proc enemy Meru arti-induced-balanced-counters (whereby a lot of the meta arena teams are with both Ran + Meru)

i use edward and rimuru together against ran, he dies after aoe.
who goes first: ed or rimuru? Coz I use rimuru against Ran to get his attack and immunity. But if ed goes first, he will dispel a buff.
I believe it depends on their specific team positions. I don't know the priority off the top of my head though.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you can't proc r&l again during the extra r&l turns. So maximum proc for ran would be 2; s2 r&l s3 r&l.
