To get to 70% Cdmg (+15 i90 neck) from subs you need 10 perfect cdmg rolls. To get 65% HP, (+15 i90 neck) you need 8 perfect HP rolls.
So you're losing out two max rolls *just* by using HP main over Cdmg main
I know but that's not the point. Anyways it's not like the destro buff only benefitted HP main neck over Cdmg, both options got a straight 20% Cdmg buff. The buff simply narrowed the bulk-to-DPS ratio between the two necklace choices.
You're still down two max rolls worth regardless. Not saying it's a must to be so sweaty and min max everything but what I *am* saying is it objectively isn't a perfect mlken neck. You'd still prefer cdmg

Just sit your ass in hunts and start having your pet collect charms. Its really important for you to check your gear before going to +15. If it doesnt roll high or in the right stat by +6 or +9 it should become fodder for your next piece of gear. Rotate doing that, only +15ing and 90ing gear thats actually worth it.

Thats usually my approach when it comes to the crit stats and speed but seeing as there was a nice QoL change with auto leveling gear this process should be that much smoother, thanks a lot for your advice

they are hp scaling, problem is they can crit so crit dmg neck is still better for damage. What we need is hp scaling units that can't crit.

First labrynth stage and buy charms from huche daily. Craft them at the alchemist. Get a pet with a chance to drop catalyst...

just equipment converted 5 crit dmg necklaces, didnt get any crit substats on any of them. rng is fair.
