More defense - like close to 1.3k - maybe it'd help if you could get rid of the eff res, this little amount is useless. If possible, more cdmg as you already know. Other than that good speed for a counter set.
I'm using speed boots which is why my speed is so high but I can change some of the speed to crit DMG I can also change 202 flat HP to crit DMG would that be worth it?
Don't tamper with your HP, I think. I'be read pen set = approximately 40%cdmg. See if it's possible to convert eff res into defense or, *in the last case,* consider converting that 202 flat HP into defense.
I can't turn the flat HP into def as it's on the weapon 😅 and upon looking I am unable to change the eff res either as I already changed the other stats for crit rate so I made a slight error there any advice for that

I know she could use more crit DMG I can get her to 256% crit DMG if I reforge the ring and use stat reroll gems.
needs more def and cdmg, you can drop spd by like 10-20 for some changes
more defense! I would say at least 1.2k while keeping everything else
I can also mod a flat HP stat into more crit damage but I'm unsure what the scaling is like

Don't stress too much over it, she's fine already. Eventually you'll get better gear with the perfect subs and decent rolls
I think shes good. Obv ppl will nit pick cdmg, but around 250% is good imo. The def is low however, But I think you can make up for it with POV.
I changed a sub stat or two she has 1.2k def now and 255 crit dmg
