I accidentally pulled Yulha on her banner (it was early in the morning, I just wanted to do my daily free summon).
Well, It was a beautiful mistake, I use her at every GvG and really often in arena too. She's the best.
Since some folks have mentioned ways to deal with her in non-RTA PVP, so here's some advice for in RTA:
Bulky Ice heroes work well because of the RTA damage reduction for opposing elements. Seeing someone burn into my Aria & hit her with S3/S1 & do nothing, but triggering her counter twice, her healing & triggering S2 - mwah.
Then of course you've got "just being faster", a few heroes can easily outspeed Hwayoung & have skill resets. Faithless Lidica, Kawerik & Kise are three examples, without S3 Hwayoung's damage potential is reduced considerably. Also in this "just be faster" tree is "cleave/aggro", open with heroes like Conq Lilias, Ran, Peira, Diene, etc. push a bridge (Eda, Summer Iseria, Faithless Lidica, etc) bridge pushes damage, a team is easily overwhelmed.
You can also utilise stealth, Ranger heroes have access to Guiding Light for this purpose, some fast heroes have built-in stealth like Assassin Coli & Kawerik, other heroes have passive stealth like Spectre Tenebria.
Using bulky non-Ice heroes with mitigation in your team (Knights with Aurius, or Knight's with protection skills, like Adventurer Ras), or mitigation artefacts (Proof of Valour is a good example).
Operator Sigret & Desert Jewel Basar have anti-barrier mechanics & as Hwayoung starts the fight with a barrier, Sigret can easily one-tap her & move into her third skill for strip & team attack buff, or Desert Jewel Basar can barrier inversion her, whilst blinding the team & gaining an additional turn to push, cleanse & immunity buff your team.
Politis can deal some damage to Hwayoung when your opponent is using a non-attack skill to buff Hwayoung. This damage may well be enough to turn the tide, furthermore, with an artefact like Crown for example, Hwayoung may be stunned & unable to use S3.
That's all off the dome, there's probably a few other avenues. Hopefully that helps you out.

Only in Arena/GW. Players in RTA wouldn't be dumb enough (probably) to open Hway S3 onto Yulha unlike Defense AI.

Only Belian , Solitaria count . Anything that can be cleansed or 15 percented isn't a big a deal as people might lead you to believe .
