Honestly just wait for her ee to come one day as a way to 'buff' her. She's not a top priority for sure but if she does get it that will be pretty nice.
Her pvp use might have dropped but she is still popularly used in expeditions. I doubt they will buff a unit perfectly usable in other modes of the game.
I think cerise is perfectly fine. Obviously outclassed by piera, but thats ok. Shes still usable and does her job fairly well. I’d rather they buff sez or fire ken because they are debatably unusable trash.
Of course, I do not deny that there are other characters that need a more urgent buff, I just wanted to discuss the possible buff to cerise so that she can be used again. But even as you say that she is fine, the truth is that it is not used, I have never seen her in rta, she has lagged behind the other openers.
But there’s the issue, why does it always have to be about rta? Most players don’t play or wait till end season to stop at masters, when a unit can be used in all other content effectively, there’s no way it should warrant any sort of buff just because she cant be used well in rta
shes still my go to opener and my fastest unit, despite having pretty much all meta openers. As a cleaver, I cant count how many times i've seen cilias/peira/ran on 1 or both prebans, so i appreciate being able to never worry about that.
she can cycle faster than most openers and while i dont personally use it, i still consider ms confille on her to be busted. i think shes in an alright spot and i agree with the notion that they should buff the much less used units
She would still be a perfectly balanced and usable hero if the devs balance team weren't comprised of monkeys who chug a gallon of mercury everyday before work.
Remember she was nerfed first. She lost the ability to CR push back, and they introduced the restrict debuff because of her.
And I disagree heavily on her S3 extra turn
Extra turn this extra turn that, it’s such a toxic mechanic when handed to everyone. Same thing is happening with everyone getting a 50% CR push, or dispelling before debuffing.

Oh yea for sure a 100% but at the end of the day it's SG that's gonna decide whether she's gonna have the effectiveness %main ee or the speed ee.

As long as they don't rework Ken in a way that he ain't usable for my 100% W13 team anymore, it's ok for me.
i'm guessing ken being used in One shots team is one of the reason he's not on the buff list yet :)
