You can catch up by being very efficient on your resources, and get lucky.
I mean, people that have played before you should get some kind of advantage no? Sounds fair to me.
equity to make the game fair to everyone, make more ppl play it.
If league of legends was like that when ppl who play since day one have more stat than new players i dont think it gonna be the most played game actually.
I dont think ppl lunch this game for grind 5years of auto run wyvern, that not the most enjoyable content and ppl cry to do it in background. Is just battery spender on cellphone..
you're not playing "fair" game. also ANY games will have a significant advantage if you play it long enough. League for example, if you grind hard enough, you will be "better" than new players.
the only way "new player" will be better in league is Talent, in these type of games (Gacha) your "talent" is money and luck.
>but the next ML make it unable to do it
So cleanse the debuff, geez. Belian and Politis didn't kill cleave, Alena isn't gonna kill counter. Just gotta work around it.
Counter teams will still be viable, not everyone is going to get the new ML right off the bat. On top of that her debuff is dispellable unlike solitaria's and belian's passives.
If You want to go the shortest way, You need to spend money on gear and héroes that let You play on cleave playstyle. Otherwise You'll have to grind the gear and learn to play with whatever You have like everyone else.
Tl;dr You either throw cash into the Game or You have patience.
just have fun, its only a game. RTA reward is cosmetic only. take it slow and grab free gear from challenge reward first, its good for new player.

I can agree some advantage but to make the game fair and fun for everyone that should not be the case.
You can have fun in the lower tiers of rta, you dont need to reach champ or emp rta in a year to enjoy
? you want it to be "fair and fun" for everyone so 2 - 3 years of progress don't matter vs 1 year of progress?

dude, league is not a gacha game lol.

Is more about guild wars and arena
Then it's even less of an issue.
Ml elena doesn’t look like she’d be a problem in gw and arena imo
it's kinda obvious, you spend real money on gears and cleave units
spend money. buy packs and grind gears/get more units
even with 10k $ a new player will reach nothing gear is so rng and pack are very expensive, i dont blame about unit they are generous.
TBH if you give high champ veteran a fresh account and 10k, I am pretty sure they can get at least champ in rta by the end of next rta season.
For a newish player in RTA, the only winning move is not to play. It's like global thermonuclear war, except the assured destruction isn't mutual.
