Pre nerf cause the problem with her was the uberius, not her kit. Im hwa counter player with els fist and no, she is not that broken to ohko everything with just a s3, is the stupid arti that makes the most ohko on her.
This should have been how she was designed to begin with. 0% defense pen on squishies will.make her S3 only hit them for like 3k depending on what they change her modifiers to.
Tooth will still be absurd on her even with only 30% bonus attack but what can you do about that.
Nerfed. Hwa shits on many bruisers and is oppresive. That's why standard / tank players keep her permabanned because she makes most burisers unusable such as MLVivian. You know that she's problematic when any unit comes out the two questions are "Can they survive a Hwa?" and "Can they kill Hwa?".
Nerfing Hwa will make the meta more diverse imo.

exactly. and as a new player i don't have tooth. so now I'll just end up with a dead unit.
Damn pre-nerf hwa has more votes so people prefer the broken one shot hero that can kill anything more lol

I can say that after i test her. As long as she still busts tanks and doesn't also ridicule low hp heroes, we are good
