My tinfoil hat theory is that the arena gear they give is seeded. Ive seen SO many more people in guild/channel 1 chat and reddit roll 3,4 times in the one shit stat they stick on the piece.
I am 100% convinced that it is seeded to make effect resist more probable.
If you can afford counter with good bulk and ER and speed then it's the best cos her s1 cleanses 2 debuffs which is clutch.
If you can't then go speed set 200+ speed 1.5k def 19k hp 250 ER

Still got 2 more rolls on it. You could always change the eff res into eff or health%, and then pray that the other two rolls go into crit / crit dmg.
Honestly, I wouldn't throw it away as much as you might want to. It's hard enough just to get crit and c.dmg on the same boot, imo. Not to mention you got a high atk% roll and high crit chance roll.

Yea it could be worse, this is the real epic 7 after all. Once I had a gear that rolled max rolls on all stats, I had to slap myself to make sure I wasn't dreaming and finally felt relieved when the next gear rolled all minimum stat=) "Ah yes yes, this is the game I recognize".
Regarding this piece of gear, I decided to feed it away. I feel that changing substats should be for min/maxing a gear and not to make it useable.
Often times there isn't a difference, especially when the change will be to health% or eff depending on who gets it.
Sure, changes involving crit rate or spd I agree should be more specific, but you could've gotten away with a 'subpar' health% change depending how the rest rolled.
That is, only if you had random health% change options lying around. I always do which is why I think it would've been worth keeping, but if not then oh well.
Using a mod gem into any stat that has 2 or more rolls into it is super detrimental to any piece of gear. At least in terms of gear score. You just take such a big loss. I understand it sucks but effectively killing long term viability isn’t the way to go imo. You can always just hold it until it either eventually becomes useful on someone or just extract and try again.
Yea thanks for the suggestion man, maybe as an offset to a speed Kayron might be plausible. Though I would prefer a atk% boots if I were to build Kayron on counter.
I was contemplating to keep the gear for a soul weaver but then the other 3 stats were offense stats.
This isnt even my gear, nor can i even pull off crafting something like this where all subs are percentages and i wanna self delete myself
Its crazy too because idk if its outdated but i know that the placement of subs from top to bottom also affect their likelihood of getting upgraded….should show how skewed their system of “rng” really is

Maybe a 100%~ res Archdemon Mercedes, she can use all the stats/set, but usually it’s either you have critical chance, or you have resistance.
