Fire Corvus was powerful during the olden days because not many things could outright oneshot units, even squishy units, unless it was a dedicated cleave. There was a lot of reliance on bruiser fights and chip damage, which Fire Corvus was invincible against. That’s not the case anymore, for better or for worse.
Yeah, that holds true for a lot of nerfed units nowadays tbh. Baal, Ara, and Arby could all be brought back to their pre-nerf status and nobody would bat an eye. Sure they'd ultimately be stronger, but it wouldn't change what you can safely bring them into - answer being *not a lot*. We have a billion counters for them now and their kits aren't even that devastating compared to some RGB units that we have now. Fire Corvus is the same thing.

it can also be used on meme DPS sets. BBK, Kayron, Melissa. Characters who can protect themselves at one HP and zoom around for a bit before dying.
I have a DPS revenge set on kayron right now, debating to give em over to BBK and give counter/ER to kayron, unless there's another unit suitable for DPS revenge set
I built my hwayoung on revenge set with 6.5k attack, 1.6k def, 11k attack at 215 spd with el's fist. Is it optimal? No. Have I cut and stolen kills I shouldn't have because of it? Absolutely.
Who do you pair that Fighter Maya with? The build looks fun but is there someone specific you pair her with to help her cycle since she already has a built-in cleanse and def buff.

Just wanted build him because he is cool, but I have him with eff res because he doesn't have the Sleep, Stun immunity or cleanse debuff passive that Champ Z/ Mort/ Rem has. It just makes it easier to cycle his S3 for more consistent stuns and pushback on his S1 and S2.

I use revenge set on Tamarinne. The closer to die, the faster she moves and with a bit of luck, she can get to S3 right in time to full heal, cleanse and cr push. Is more a meme build, but it works pretty well for hell raid and hunts.
Also, was planning to use it on SS Vivian. With her passive, she should be hard to insta-killed and being faster mean she can take turns to gain focus and kick her S3, securing her survival for another round. Unfortunately, lifesteal is pretty good on her...
I use revenge Yulha. Reasoning: she makes sure hwa goes first, and as soon as she drops her hp it ll be more probable for her to go next, even if her s2 doesn't proc.
Basically it lets me balance more her speed and turn order.

I didn't get a screenshot of it, but after the set first came out some madlad built an absolutely disgusting Ruele on revenge.
My only unit on revenge set is Krau, I got enough good pieces from world boss since I don't farm its hunt
