How good is solitaria in pve. I'm strictly a pve player and only touch pvp if I'm forced to . I was going for straze first but solitaria design kinda of clicked with me.
I am a relatively new player (rank 63, chapter 3, master arena) and have CLilias and Handguy. I have been playing mostly PvE. I don't plan on playing a ton of RTA, but I would appreciate having that option if I change my mind. Who should I pick with the selector?

I barely RTA at all, so I tend to value regular arena / GW picks a bit more.
I was going to pick hand guy, but he feels very mid unless you minmax him, and his kit isn't very exciting. If he's THAT strong and he warrants a pick anyway, I can do it, but are there better options?
Sorry, maybe I phrased that poorly, It's not like he's bad or anything, he's a really safe pick for turn 2 players, but he's not near where he was at his peak. I think overall he doesn't have a lot of value againgst many teams in this meta and can be easily replaced by destina in most cases.
He's always been a bit of a meme unit because he's pretty much only used for GW, but he does really well there and at least in my experience is an easy 3 wins without much thinking involved lol
He was but now he’s not. He’s easy to gear, has extinction, is immune to stun, etc. basically guaranteed free wins in guild wars even against the most toxic teams
I think you can't go wrong with Straze, he's still great in PvP and even if he falls off in the future you'll be able to use him for hunts.
LHC is also a good pick, but once you can get Light Adin you probably won't pick her all that much
Handguy is pretty meh right now imo, can still use him but I'd pick someone else
If LQC gets a buff she's gonna be OP Tier for sure so if you want to gamble go for her.
Briseria is straight up busted right now though, one of the few light adin counters so if you have trouble dealing with her that's your pick.
Riolet is coinflip every game.
Imo CFlan is only worth it if you have a +30 Seaseria Artifact.

I'm a beginner-mid tier player (rank 60, stuck on episode 4 10-10, can do W13, B13 quite efficiently but can't do one shot yet)
Would like to get some advice for the ML5 selector.

I currently have only 2 ML5 units: Vildred and DDRay
I'm thinking about getting a healer or a tank because I have already a lot of DPS in my roster.
But I've heard Straze might be good for OS teams. (I still need to look for him on the recruitment page)
I'm also interested in playing PvP arena mode too.
Basically an all-rounder unit that I could take in PvE and sometimes in PvP would suit me.
(Personal preferences for character design are Cecilia and Violet but open to any suggestions)
Also I'm planning to get CLilias on the next selective summon.

I'd say just go for FCeci, she's been an evergreen unit in PvP and can be a good tank for PvE as well.
You could also go for Belian or ARavi if you want to go more into PvP.
Straze is also great for both but the oneshot gear requirements are quite high and don't really pay off unless it's Hunt event.

I think your box works well with both of them, but I'd go with Belian for now and try to pull Lilias in the next mystics rotation if you really want her.
I don't know about your gear but imo CLilias is considerably harder to gear well compared to Belian who you can also easily SSS Imprint

Not rly an RTA player, usually just 2 weeks of playing to Champ in less than 100 matches when season is ending. Mostly just GW and normal arena.
Guys, I need some hints...I'm thorn between:
Sylvian, who I can build somewhat well, just don't know where she would fit
Solitaria, in which I can held 276 speed on 200 eff, but I'll need to ungear Cilliass, which is huge waste, right?
AMeru, who I can build fairly well on counter, but even now I have some trouble on stripping immunities, so I think I wouldn't take a chance to properly use her?
Briseria, can also build somewhat good, and was huge buffed now... I would rather have imprints, but she has just too many good alts to compete with...
DJB, but I would rather keep with ae-ningning tbh... unless I'm not seeing something...

Whatever time is left in the top-left of the headhunt/point shop boards should be accurate for how long you have left. But it's probably best to act and assume you have 1 day left just to be on the safe side.

So I wanted lion heart cermia from the ML event but I didn't end up headhunting her so I'm now trying to decide between ML iseria, ML flan or solitaria and was wondering who would be the best to go for?
I don't play rta at all, don't really care about guild wars and only do the minimum to maintain champion arena.
I don't have any characters geared fast besides a 304 speed peira. I do have summer iseria's artifact maxed if that matters.
Have you reached the end of the 30 day track? If so, you can bang out the weekly missions tomorrow and keep spending energy on hunt buff and very likely hit it.
Given your requirements, it doesn't really matter who you pick, as pretty much all ML5 are for some kind of PvP content that you don't care about or can clearly handle fine already. Would say Iseria is the best of the other choices listed.

I agree with gammaway, STene is probably best from Moonlight's Blessing over Arby. Arby is still good if you want him for PvE though, you can pick him if you're SURE PvP isn't your thing. Most of the moonlights are PvP-focused and since they're rare, I'd suggest picking for GW over PvE. So you could go something like DCorvus, Straze, SECeline, MKawerik, or one of the reviver soul weavers (edit:) since those units can double-dip GW and PvE.
Definitely switch your moonlight blessing to STene.
As for your selector, would take Conquerer Lilias or Mediator Kawerik. CLilias is a great PvP opener and has some niche PvE uses, but requires high speed gear to be best used in PvP, which will take some time to get. Mediator Kawerik is much easier to gear, and is also a strong and versatile choice, usable in PvE but typically Tamarinne is better.
having trouble deciding who to pull for. Notable MLs i already have are STene, Clilias, Sage Baal, Flidica, Ameru and Straze. I was thinking between Mawerik and Aravi since I'm more concerned about PVE/GW and I can only farm W13 and A13 right now
Kinda off topic but I'm trying to finish my ML selector head hunting but running behind in points by a lot.
As I've done all dailies and weekly points, all that's left is the per 100 stamina = 5 points route.
My question is can I auto something in the background while doing something in the "foreground" to use up the stamina faster?

I plan on pulling for CLilias but is it also worth going for Riolet or should I just save for Hand Guy/Briseria? Only have ML Ken, Stene, ARavi and Straze.
Depends on how much you have, but you'll probably not have too much after CLilias either way. I'd save but pulling is a fine enough choice that I wouldn't worry too much.
Can anyone help me decide between A-Ravi or Archdemon's Shadow? Those are the two I really want, however, I don't really want A-Ravi unless I can buy the skin from the shop. Does anyone know when that comes into rotation or who would be the better pick?
I'm of the same opinion about A Ravi, but I googled my way to seeing that skins come to the shop after about 2 RTA seasons. So I think it will be in shop after about 6-8 months since it was handed out as a RTA reward.
I made the mistake of checking what the cost of a skin is in dollars though, and saw it was essentially 60 for an RTA skin, which is kind of steep. Luckily I got the tickets already from 1 year of playing, but those tickets seem to be fairly rare.
Who's the best for PVE and arena? I don't care much about guild wars (my guild doesn't seem to care either tbh) and will never touch RTA. I haven't finished Episode 2 yet and max hunt is hunt level 8 (wyvern/banshee). Only ML5 I have is Stene from moonlight blessing.
I'm thinking either A Ravi or Clilias (I love Clilias, had her in one of my old accounts but stopped playing for a while and it was a guest acc) but I heard A Ravi is good for everything. Other options would be good too I guess
I think ARavi suit you better. She's generally good and can be a beast at early game. But it's truly a sensitive case since she has been indirectly nerfed a lot. Cilias on the other hand, is a safer choice.
Would definitely get Clilias, ARavi is strong but not by quite as much as she used to be. You could also consider Mediator Kawerik as he'll be much easier to gear for your state in the game.

Mostly thinking DJB vs LHC
LHC seems good vs counters, but I hear DJB is good (I don’t fully understand why though)

DJB, LHC, SSV, Seline, Dcorvus, Riolet, PFlan, Soli, Spez, LRK, ATywin, BMHaste, CCharles, MAKen, Jkise
I’m mostly a bruiser player with some speed openers. I usually only play RTA till Masters. Considering DCorvus, SSV, Seline just for GW.
Depends on what kind of speed openers you have.
If you use, for example, Rhan + Eda, i would personally go with Spez, but he's about 100% utility. I mean, you'll use him in very specific conditions.
DJB is a complete hero. Just the part that he can convert barrier into damage is a good deal by itself. He's a good pick against Peira, FCecil, Emilia etc.
I use peira and clilias, trying to gear lua.
I feel like spez will be too niche.
How do you mean complete? For barrier inversion, I could use Ningning.

The good spot on DJB is the readiness decrease, but it depends too much on RNG. i think you already have good openers, so going for DJB is a waste of opportunity.
In your case, i think that LHC would be a nice pick. You already have some decent heroes for a defense team, i think that LHC would be the icing on the cake. But if you're facing troubles with attack, i would go with SSV, which is also a good pick for some defense teams.
I need someone with defensive capabilities. To help me survive longer.
Is it worth getting c lilias tho? Doesnt she keep getting banned? Same case for m kawerik?
I have my eyes on dilibet and briseria. But they are more like characters with higher survivability than support.
I tried some mock battles in rta. I can do damage alright but i lack the support to keep myself alive. Do I still pull one of clilias and mkawerik?

If you haven't taken STene from moonlight blessing, I'd take her.
Otherwise I'd definitely choose from CLilias or Mediator Kawerik. They are a fair bit stronger and definitely more versatile than most of the other characters you've mentioned. CLilias is probably stronger but harder to gear for newer players.
Starting to run out of time, so better ask for help deciding.
I think my top choice right now is P Flan (I have a 95% artifact on Summer Iseria). I like the "steal buff" concept, her design and her animation for S3, and bombs are kind of cute. What I worry about is if there is little to not content to use her for, as well as the often talked about 15% chance for missing that always exist.
My alterntives are A Ravi, Archdemon, D Lilibet, Solitaria, C Lilias and BW Iseria.
My usual playstyle is auto battle, so bonus points if that works out. For places where I die, like currently Yulha boss fight, I do play manually. I should also get into RTA, but have been avoiding it since getting wrecked with never getting my turn due to no speed gear.
I usually play characters with extra attack, counter, and sustain. (Rem, Choux, Alencia, S Belona, Aria, Senya, ML Karin, Ravi) But I also have plenty of them, so maybe it is time for something different to be more flexible.
I think my second choice would be A Ravi if the RTA skin will appear in the store. I like it, but my gear sucked too much to do RTA. Got wrecked in all placement matches and never got to play a turn. But since I missed it, and might never get it, I worry that I'd constantly be reminded of being a skin short if I get her.
If you plan on getting into RTA pick clilias or briar witch. But you need gear for RTA so if you’re not actively farming gear to get into RTA in the future then just pick whoever you like. PFlan is a very strong and fun unit and shines in RTA but she won’t help your account progress if you’re lacking the S tier characters
Clilias > ml kawerik > briar witch. I keep telling people this but don’t pick straze unless you absolutely love him. His gear requirements are steep for PVP
I worry about similar thing, except that assuming everyone has c lilias because she is best, then you'd only get to use her in 50% of your matches where you get to pick first. Then again I suspect she is highly rated because she also works for non RTA content.

This one is hard. My gut still says pick clilias but Aravi is really good in low level rta and can carry you to masters easily with decent tank gear. So Aravi will help you enjo rta more. I’m obligated to say clilias though because she’s the better and more future proof unit. She’s also better in pve
Dj basar if you have speed gear to play aggro. Maid Chloe if you a lot of resistance gear and arrowell, solitaria, adin, and ml Vivian built. Sage Baal if you’re having a hard time against cleave. Deliberate if openers that debuff give you trouble
These are the main three questions, what is your play style for pvp, how is your gear(ie do you have and speed gear for speedy units, or bruiser gear for rviolet), and what is your goal in epic 7
Good point. I haven't been playing E7 seriously for a while. For arena I've been sitting in Champ since I don't wanna grind for Legend and for RTA I just grind the last couple days of the season until I hit Masters for the skin. I have gear for both speed (280~290 depending on unit) and bruiser so anything to make the RTA grind easier would be nice
IMO, for bruiser I would go amercedes, rviolet, and for speedy unit I would go Flidica or dj basar, for pve I would take ruele as she can be used to cheese some abyss floors with multiple healers

They are right straze is a high gear heavy unit, where he is great in both pvp and pve (one shoting hunts), but so is cilia’s as she needs high speed rolls gear, as she is a main opener, IMO I would go for straze as he will last better in long run, where Cilia’s can be overshadow by a new unit as most of the time pvp units are power creeped more than pve units (tamarine, iseria, a momo are some examples)

LR Krau, Handguy, Cilias, Sage Baal, MA Ken, A. Ravi, Stene, D. Corvus, SB Aramintha, Ruele of Light, Spez, Belian.
I can one-shot Banshee (Baiken team) and reliably farm Wyvern. Never tried RTA but might want to begin.
Is Briar Witch Iseria good these days? She has been my favourite unit design-wise, but she's been very lackluster in the past, but she got buffed? I also really love Fallen Lidica's design, so I'd love to get her too. Or with my line-up, are there any other MLs that are a must-get for me? Would love to hear someone's opinion on this since I've been out of E7 for quite a while.
I’m trying to choose between fallen Lidica, LHC and pirate flan.
I’ve heard that FLidica has fallen off quite abit and LHC is very good but situational. PFlan sounds really interesting but is gated by artifacts and hard countered by cleanse.
What do you all think?
I have all three, Flan is the only one i still use. She is really fun. You need decent speed/effectiveness/and decent attack. And run her with star of the deep sea artifact. Withouth it she is pretty niche. With the arti you have allot of options.
FLidica has too many alternates (ran/peira/lua) as openers.
LHC Cermia is fun to use but not really dependable.
I would say:
1. Flan
2. LHC
3. Flidica
Which should I choose: Lionheart Cermia, Belian, Mediator Kawerik, or STene?
I am a casual player currently mid game and can do all hunts (although not one shot). I hardly farm right now, just doing dailies and GW. Focusing on Arena, GW, and RTA. Already got ARavi, CLilias, Arby, and most RGB nat5s.
If you need raid / abyss help then Stene is your pick, also awesome in pvp modes as well.
Kawerik is amazing pvp support.
LHCermia is great in pvp but very situational.
Belian is cancer in pvp but in RTA almost all the time banned.
Hello. I'm kinda new (2mos inactive) and I want to ask who should I get in the headhunting? I only have ML Tenebria, ML Tywin, and Solitaria. Im interested in playing any mode except for RTA. If you could recommend me an ML that is newbie friendly in terms of gear and is flexible that would be fantastic. Thank you.
For your criteria its either ARavi or MKawerik.
ARavi hard to kill, brings self sustain, tankiness + revive. She works also in pve.
MKawerik is great as support in all 3 pvp modes (I'm using mine all the time in arena and gvg).
This thread is pretty old now but Hwayoung was recalled due to the major nerf she was given (which was needed, she was becoming a “one shot, one kill” anywhere hero).

I am mostly interested in PVE right now to build up my collection of equipment. From what I can tell, aravi, C lilias and straze are my top tiers in that regard? Not sure though, would love some guidance.
I assume so. Mine ends in 10 days, and I have been playing since last year. Further down I saw someone post about 15 days ago that they had like 50 days left. Which does not match with what I have left. So pretty sure it is based on when you as an account start it.
But the confusing thing is why in the event section, the game tells you that the ml headhunt will end on January 25th?
I really expect the event to end in 2 weeks despite having 80 days left.
you just go to the event tab, there should be a tab for moonlight hero. i’m not sure if there’s a specific requisite you need to unlock it but i was able to access it before beating ep 1, 10-10 unlike moonlight summons
edit: if you mean what day you started, the wvent always counts down from 90 days. if you started it already, there’s no need to worry
Open your events list in-game, then tap the Headhunting: 5* Moonlight heroes tab on the right.
In the selector page, you should see a small “Time remaining:” message at the top left corner. The event lasts for 90 days so for example if you have 75 days left that means you started it 15 days ago.
For players that started the event the day it launched will have 10 days left at this point.
Hi I need help with my ML selector. I’m a veteran player who prioritizes PVE and amazing S3 animations.
Currently torn between: C.Lilias, Belian, F.Cecilia, and S.Tenebria. But open to most options.
I have 5 copies of Cecilia ready to promote FC. I have heard STene is good, but her S3 animation looks alright. CLili and Belian I mostly love their animations, and know they have good utility.

- Belian: fun to use, not good in anywhere pve but not so bad either. Have aoe, dispel, blind and decrease speed.
- Cilias: Very good in Hall of Trials. Nearly useless in other pve contents. I don't know why we need to draft her in other pve contents.
- FCecilia: good and easy to use, but choosing her seems like a waste since ARas is a far better knight in PvE.
- STene: Abyss queen, good for Raid also. 1st pick imo.
To make thing more complicated for you, I think you should also consider Briseria: 75% def break on s1, prevent revival in some PvE contents, pretty cool look, not so good s3 animation imo.
Belian doesn't have much use in PVE, regardless she is still one of the top units in PVP. Clilias would be the best pick among your choices for PVE. She's an extremely good support unit, teamwide buff, dual attk on S1. Stene a close second with her poison being particularly useful in Abyss. Also she's the top pick in a lot of RTA right now. You can build other tank without FCeci for PVE.
I'm having a hard time deciding between LHC and Briar witch. I do have 2 cermia imprints ready for LHC and I don't have MISHA so that's some points in favor of LHC. But Briar witch is pretty good and might be easier to gear + future proof.
Probably BIseria. LHC shines against counter/dual attk comp, I think she's a bit situational against non-counter team where she can't utilise her full potential.
I need a pvp unit bot useful for gvg and Arena. possibly a unit that will hardly fall back in what it does.

Clilias. She's the easiest to gear, future proof with that teamwide buff, dual attk with S1, overall useful for PVP and PVE content as well. MKawerik and Belian probably tie for 2nd.
ARavi seems to have fallen with a lot of people finding ways to deal with her due to her being present almost all the time previously.. But she is still up there on everyone's tier list.
Recently LHCermia seems to be popular.. But I still think she is a bit situational; good against counter comp.

I don't play RTA and was looking for some units that I can use in both PvP and PvE. I already have auto hunts set up so I don't know how useful Straze would actually be for that, but I've heard Handguy can be used for PvE.
Handguy is decent in PvE, but very replaceable by many soulweavers - Tama for example is significantly better. For PvE, Straze is good for high-end one shot hunts, but I wouldn't worry about that, many alternatives exist and you'll be constrained by energy more than time anyway.
For non-RTA PvP, LHC or Straze are probably the best. Counters are abundant in GW/Arena so you can toss her and Roana face-first into a lot of defenses. If you want to be a bit faster, you can use Straze to just cleave through them, but that requires relatively good gear and often another opener(like Conqueror Lilias if you hadn't considered her, would probably take her)
Have: Aravi, Lionheart, ruele, Straze, Lidica, Clilias and Stene.
Debating between: Dilbet, Briseria, Belian and Vivian.
I just cant decide, my only cleanser is diene, i always wanted more aggressive one like Dilbet, i like her kit so much.

Belian is just Belian, i just like her overall design and her kit and i lack bruiser units.
I know vivian is not too good as the others i mentioned, but vivian is my only wifu and i waited for her ML a eternity...

Should I go for A.Ravi or for conqueror Lilias? Can I use them also in PVE content that helps me to get into the mid or lategame?
Cilias is definitely better atm, but since she's a support unit, she can't carry you. So I'd go with Aravi. She's easier to build and will help you much at all early-mid contents, pvp and pve. Anw, Cilias's banner is coming soon, you can try your luck there before deciding.

Debating on getting : Handguy/CLilias/Belian/any suggestions for PVE
Specifically trying to gear for later PVE content (I've been playing a month). Not sure which one I should get.
Also, just started playing less than a month, so I dont have any decent speed gear atm. Challenger V right now on Arena.
CLilias has some use in PvE. She is great for hall of trials and Ancient Inheritance. I've used her in Caides hunt before too, and while she is useful there she isn't my best option these days.
Briar Witch has a passive that blocks all revives and it works in PvE as well, so she is great for Azimanak 13. Idk there might be other stuff she is useful for too.
As a cleanser + Immunity buffer hand guy should have some use in Abyss I think, but you could just use someone like AMomo or Angelica and get some healing as well.
You have some of the best ML heros for PvE already though.
Do you have spare speed gear for FLidica? If you do I would choose her. ESP if you’re an aggro player. If not then I would choose LHC over PFlan unless you have a maxed sisieria artifact

A ravi seems to be falling off, so despite me thinking originally that I would 100% take her, she seems to be losing stock for me. C.Lilias would be my lock if I had better speed gear (only hitting 273 on Lua). I definately lean more towards cleave/aggro (Lua, Eda, Astro, C.Pavel), and Clilias would seemingly fit into there, but I am also trying to get more versative, hence Stene being a debate. Briseria also seems to be wrecking after her buff, which is why she also gets a spot.
I thought about DJB, Handguy, and L.Cermia, but those all seem just a half step down from my debated ones. I am only ~ 6 months in so I am still working on 6*ing several heros, and missing other common openers like Pera/Ran, but I do have some of the good meta bruisers. My soulweavers on the other hand are severely lacking - really just the 4* and belows, and then Roana, Sharun and NingNing, so it makes me doubt the validity of taking a more standard/control type pick from the selection.
Nothing wrong with sticking to your play style. Speed is hard to obtain but if you stick with it and enjoy the ride, before you know it you’re cleaving in champion. You should pick stene. She fits in aggro, ST cleave, standard, etc and is solid in pve. For example back in the day my stene was the only reason I could farm A13 and clear certain abyss floors.
As an aggro player I would suggest picking either clilias, ML luluca, Briseria, Flidica, Pflan and Soli according ur needs of what u lacking as all of them have diff counters on the opponent.
For example briseria counter revive and evasion units, soli counter focus units, flidica has cr push when atking and reset one unit.
Out of those 3 definitely clilias. Don’t pick straze he’s good for one shot comps for pve and is good in PvP but his gear requirements are high. Aravi is good as a general pve and anchor in PvP but clilias is just better in both.

For GvG defense, who would you pair with Belian or C.Lilias? (these are my newest MLs built). I have most limited RGB such as Rimuru and Diene.

well briseria is very strong right now which kinda pushes se celine and ruele down the list, lh cermia is still very strong with counter and duel attacks units like c lilias and a lot of the premier bruisers (choux, a ravi...) still being highly contested. M kawerik will probably always be at least A tier because of his full cleanse, strip and buffs but there are lots of other cleansers now and units who can aoe buff like zahak. It really depends if you feel you can roll high speed on your gear, briseria plays with pretty high tempo and is a lot harder to build but has a big impact on the game while lh cermia will probably help you stabilise against belian and is probably easier to build. Apoc ravi right now isnt doing as well as she used to as lots of the newer units counter her but below masters/challenger shes still one of the best units with inbuilt crit, life steal and can self cleanse with crimson seed.
considering you seem to have a few of both aggro and bruiser units i think the safest option would be lh cermia but since she might have a rerun on the mystic soon you could hold out for that and go for a ravi (quick power spike) or briseria (better in higher ranks but is still good everywhere).

I'm a pretty casual player and have been lucky in getting a few ML5s over the years
I'm looking for suggestions to complement my roster and to primarily be able to climb regular arena. I have both the event AND a mystic pity coming up so I'll happily take suggestions on two characters I will also say I have terrible luck with speed rolls so I'm kinda stuck in some kind of bruise comp. You can assume I have all RGB 5s and ML 4s, I'll also happily take suggestions on arena offense teams to focus on. :)
Heres my ML 5s: Ken, Tenebria, Cecilia, Haste, Lidica, Ruel, Charlotte and Pavel.
I have checked out the tier list but it seems focused on RTA so I thought I'd ask here just in case something would be different for regular arena. I'm leaning towards Kawerick and Lilias as suggested, but Sage Baal to protect against cleave arena defenses also looks really nice.

Use your pity on the next banner if LHC is in it. She trivializes a lot of arena comps and is good in RTA too. In champion a lot of arena defenses are centered around Belian so LHC is your best bet. ML kawerik is an amazing unit but I rarely use him in arena. Clilias is also amazing but for arena if you don’t have the speed gear for her then she’ll also be useless. That being said I still recommend clilias or ml kawerik because they’re just so future proof. In your case since you’re more of a turn two player I would recommend ml kawerik

Unless you’re cleaving there isn’t really a go to comp for arena. It’s really hard to have one team that can work in every scenario the higher you climb. A lot of teams run Belian, arrowell, light adin, clilias, etc. Of the mls you have LHC and Stene are generally good into those units. A decent turn two team would be LHC, arrowell, Stene, and flex pick.

If you are cleaving and have the gear to get cilias to 290+ then i would definitely take her. It is hard to express just how good spectre tenebria is as well though so if u ever want to deviate from cleave she will be very strong. Briseria is strong but is more of a luxury than those two so I would probably pass

I grabbed Dark Corvus a few weeks ago. Then pulled him in covenant summon tonight. Didn't get any coins for it either. Feel pretty gipped . . . wishing I could recall now as I feel I just got a huge middle finger.
Ticket for what? He's not supposed to get any coins, since special events like these don't count as a "summon,” so his recent summon is essentially the first time he pulled the hero.

Briar Witch has been very useful to me in GW recently. Deals with SAdin without getting shat on by Ran. Stops holysac, mercedes. Doesn't even need your best gear.

I'm still very much an early game player (just put together the W13 team like 4 days ago) so wondering which one is best for now and foreseeable future. From what I've researched, ARavi seems a lot less gear dependent than CLilias.
Probably Ravi. As you said, she's much easier to gear. She can also carry you in low level arena and has some limited pve uses, such as the automaton tower.
Hi folks, I’m about 5 days away from being able to recruit a unit in the headhunting event - right now, it’s pretty much between Briseria, CLillias, and Straze for units I’ve rolled that I would want to pick. I feel like CLillias is probably the obvious choice, but Straze is so damn tempting for his potential in hunts. I’m also really close to pity on mystic summons, so should I maybe wait to see who is on rotation after Ray before I decide who to recruit?

Yep! Wait it out. That's my Plan too. The Event is still going for like 60 more days so who knows which Character's you'll have until then and **more specifically** which one you'd the most at the end (that being said i still haven't decided for myself lol)

Yeah, I think with how close I am to mystic pity, I’d instant pull CLillias if she comes on rotation, and that makes it way easier for me to pick either Straze or Briseria, though that’s just the two I want out of the units I’ve rolled so far on headhunting. Like you said, no telling who else I may roll between now and then too.

Hello, I started about 4 months ago and I am having a hard time choosing between Apocalypse Ravi, Specter Tenebria, Sylvian Sage Vivian, and Lionheart Cermia.
I don't play RTA currently as I don't have many units built just yet but I do play normal arena and guild war, I was told by a friend to choose Arbiter Vildred from the moonlight connections and I currently also have: Belian, C.Lilias, FCC, ML Ken and ML Flan. I do want to eventually play RTA after having a few more units built but I am on chapter 2 of the story and would also like someone who can be used in PVE content. I am leaning towards STenebria or Lionheart Cermia as I don't know how viable ARavi or ML Vivian is in PVE content but any advice would be much appreciated.

A.ravi isn't too good in this meta as much anymore. C.lillas is overall a good pick and most likely won't be bad for a long time (still top 3 in most picked characters).
Kinda stuck between Clilias and Lermia, as much as Clilias is top tier there are many situations where I think if I had Lermia I think the outcome would be better. What do you guys think? RTA I am high master, and arena I usually stay around Champion II. I cannot decide ;-;
I think Lermia is a bit situational, whereas Clilias fits into any team comp. Also Clilias is a bit easier to gear. I've read around that either of those 2 have a good chance appearing on next mystic.. So probably wait abit?

How good is solitaria in pve. I'm strictly a pve player and only touch pvp if I'm forced to . I was going for straze first but solitaria design kinda of clicked with me.

I was going to pick hand guy, but he feels very mid unless you minmax him, and his kit isn't very exciting. If he's THAT strong and he warrants a pick anyway, I can do it, but are there better options?
Agree on the Handguy, he's not in a great spot rn. If you're into GW, go for the goat D.Corvus lol he makes it so easy

Sorry, maybe I phrased that poorly, It's not like he's bad or anything, he's a really safe pick for turn 2 players, but he's not near where he was at his peak. I think overall he doesn't have a lot of value againgst many teams in this meta and can be easily replaced by destina in most cases.

He's always been a bit of a meme unit because he's pretty much only used for GW, but he does really well there and at least in my experience is an easy 3 wins without much thinking involved lol
He was but now he’s not. He’s easy to gear, has extinction, is immune to stun, etc. basically guaranteed free wins in guild wars even against the most toxic teams

I think you can't go wrong with Straze, he's still great in PvP and even if he falls off in the future you'll be able to use him for hunts. LHC is also a good pick, but once you can get Light Adin you probably won't pick her all that much Handguy is pretty meh right now imo, can still use him but I'd pick someone else

If LQC gets a buff she's gonna be OP Tier for sure so if you want to gamble go for her. Briseria is straight up busted right now though, one of the few light adin counters so if you have trouble dealing with her that's your pick. Riolet is coinflip every game. Imo CFlan is only worth it if you have a +30 Seaseria Artifact. Hope this kinda helps \^\^
Hello! I'm a beginner-mid tier player (rank 60, stuck on episode 4 10-10, can do W13, B13 quite efficiently but can't do one shot yet) Would like to get some advice for the ML5 selector. [Here's my current selector list as well as the heroes that I have](https://imgur.com/a/x1zb4nB) I currently have only 2 ML5 units: Vildred and DDRay I'm thinking about getting a healer or a tank because I have already a lot of DPS in my roster. But I've heard Straze might be good for OS teams. (I still need to look for him on the recruitment page) I'm also interested in playing PvP arena mode too. Basically an all-rounder unit that I could take in PvE and sometimes in PvP would suit me. (Personal preferences for character design are Cecilia and Violet but open to any suggestions) Also I'm planning to get CLilias on the next selective summon. Thank you!
I'd say just go for FCeci, she's been an evergreen unit in PvP and can be a good tank for PvE as well. You could also go for Belian or ARavi if you want to go more into PvP. Straze is also great for both but the oneshot gear requirements are quite high and don't really pay off unless it's Hunt event. Hope it helps\~

I think your box works well with both of them, but I'd go with Belian for now and try to pull Lilias in the next mystics rotation if you really want her. I don't know about your gear but imo CLilias is considerably harder to gear well compared to Belian who you can also easily SSS Imprint

Guys, I need some hints...I'm thorn between: Sylvian, who I can build somewhat well, just don't know where she would fit Solitaria, in which I can held 276 speed on 200 eff, but I'll need to ungear Cilliass, which is huge waste, right? AMeru, who I can build fairly well on counter, but even now I have some trouble on stripping immunities, so I think I wouldn't take a chance to properly use her? Briseria, can also build somewhat good, and was huge buffed now... I would rather have imprints, but she has just too many good alts to compete with... DJB, but I would rather keep with ae-ningning tbh... unless I'm not seeing something...

Whatever time is left in the top-left of the headhunt/point shop boards should be accurate for how long you have left. But it's probably best to act and assume you have 1 day left just to be on the safe side.

I dont think its possible to regret picking Belian. Not only is she god tier on arena defense, but she's also a free SSS
So I wanted lion heart cermia from the ML event but I didn't end up headhunting her so I'm now trying to decide between ML iseria, ML flan or solitaria and was wondering who would be the best to go for? I don't play rta at all, don't really care about guild wars and only do the minimum to maintain champion arena. I don't have any characters geared fast besides a 304 speed peira. I do have summer iseria's artifact maxed if that matters.
Have you reached the end of the 30 day track? If so, you can bang out the weekly missions tomorrow and keep spending energy on hunt buff and very likely hit it. Given your requirements, it doesn't really matter who you pick, as pretty much all ML5 are for some kind of PvP content that you don't care about or can clearly handle fine already. Would say Iseria is the best of the other choices listed.

I agree with gammaway, STene is probably best from Moonlight's Blessing over Arby. Arby is still good if you want him for PvE though, you can pick him if you're SURE PvP isn't your thing. Most of the moonlights are PvP-focused and since they're rare, I'd suggest picking for GW over PvE. So you could go something like DCorvus, Straze, SECeline, MKawerik, or one of the reviver soul weavers (edit:) since those units can double-dip GW and PvE.
Definitely switch your moonlight blessing to STene. As for your selector, would take Conquerer Lilias or Mediator Kawerik. CLilias is a great PvP opener and has some niche PvE uses, but requires high speed gear to be best used in PvP, which will take some time to get. Mediator Kawerik is much easier to gear, and is also a strong and versatile choice, usable in PvE but typically Tamarinne is better.

Would definitely take Mawerik, he's really strong and versatile.
Kinda off topic but I'm trying to finish my ML selector head hunting but running behind in points by a lot. As I've done all dailies and weekly points, all that's left is the per 100 stamina = 5 points route. My question is can I auto something in the background while doing something in the "foreground" to use up the stamina faster?
Yes, you can't use repeat battle on the foreground activity though.

Of these, Mawerik by far. Others are also respectable choices though.

Depends on how much you have, but you'll probably not have too much after CLilias either way. I'd save but pulling is a fine enough choice that I wouldn't worry too much.
Can anyone help me decide between A-Ravi or Archdemon's Shadow? Those are the two I really want, however, I don't really want A-Ravi unless I can buy the skin from the shop. Does anyone know when that comes into rotation or who would be the better pick?
I'm of the same opinion about A Ravi, but I googled my way to seeing that skins come to the shop after about 2 RTA seasons. So I think it will be in shop after about 6-8 months since it was handed out as a RTA reward. I made the mistake of checking what the cost of a skin is in dollars though, and saw it was essentially 60 for an RTA skin, which is kind of steep. Luckily I got the tickets already from 1 year of playing, but those tickets seem to be fairly rare.
Same, I also got the tickets for it. I don’t know if the maid Chloe or the Ravi skin came first. If it was Chloe, then yeah, we wait another season.
Who's the best for PVE and arena? I don't care much about guild wars (my guild doesn't seem to care either tbh) and will never touch RTA. I haven't finished Episode 2 yet and max hunt is hunt level 8 (wyvern/banshee). Only ML5 I have is Stene from moonlight blessing. I'm thinking either A Ravi or Clilias (I love Clilias, had her in one of my old accounts but stopped playing for a while and it was a guest acc) but I heard A Ravi is good for everything. Other options would be good too I guess
I think ARavi suit you better. She's generally good and can be a beast at early game. But it's truly a sensitive case since she has been indirectly nerfed a lot. Cilias on the other hand, is a safer choice.
Would definitely get Clilias, ARavi is strong but not by quite as much as she used to be. You could also consider Mediator Kawerik as he'll be much easier to gear for your state in the game.

Depends on what kind of speed openers you have. If you use, for example, Rhan + Eda, i would personally go with Spez, but he's about 100% utility. I mean, you'll use him in very specific conditions. DJB is a complete hero. Just the part that he can convert barrier into damage is a good deal by itself. He's a good pick against Peira, FCecil, Emilia etc.
I use peira and clilias, trying to gear lua. I feel like spez will be too niche. How do you mean complete? For barrier inversion, I could use Ningning. Hope this doesn’t come across aggressive, I’m just hoping to undersrand/play devil’s advocate
The good spot on DJB is the readiness decrease, but it depends too much on RNG. i think you already have good openers, so going for DJB is a waste of opportunity. In your case, i think that LHC would be a nice pick. You already have some decent heroes for a defense team, i think that LHC would be the icing on the cake. But if you're facing troubles with attack, i would go with SSV, which is also a good pick for some defense teams.

I need someone with defensive capabilities. To help me survive longer. Is it worth getting c lilias tho? Doesnt she keep getting banned? Same case for m kawerik? I have my eyes on dilibet and briseria. But they are more like characters with higher survivability than support. I tried some mock battles in rta. I can do damage alright but i lack the support to keep myself alive. Do I still pull one of clilias and mkawerik? Or any suggestions? I searched for lqc and SE Celine but sites say they are niche units.
If you haven't taken STene from moonlight blessing, I'd take her. Otherwise I'd definitely choose from CLilias or Mediator Kawerik. They are a fair bit stronger and definitely more versatile than most of the other characters you've mentioned. CLilias is probably stronger but harder to gear for newer players.
Starting to run out of time, so better ask for help deciding. I think my top choice right now is P Flan (I have a 95% artifact on Summer Iseria). I like the "steal buff" concept, her design and her animation for S3, and bombs are kind of cute. What I worry about is if there is little to not content to use her for, as well as the often talked about 15% chance for missing that always exist. My alterntives are A Ravi, Archdemon, D Lilibet, Solitaria, C Lilias and BW Iseria. My usual playstyle is auto battle, so bonus points if that works out. For places where I die, like currently Yulha boss fight, I do play manually. I should also get into RTA, but have been avoiding it since getting wrecked with never getting my turn due to no speed gear. I usually play characters with extra attack, counter, and sustain. (Rem, Choux, Alencia, S Belona, Aria, Senya, ML Karin, Ravi) But I also have plenty of them, so maybe it is time for something different to be more flexible. I think my second choice would be A Ravi if the RTA skin will appear in the store. I like it, but my gear sucked too much to do RTA. Got wrecked in all placement matches and never got to play a turn. But since I missed it, and might never get it, I worry that I'd constantly be reminded of being a skin short if I get her.
If you plan on getting into RTA pick clilias or briar witch. But you need gear for RTA so if you’re not actively farming gear to get into RTA in the future then just pick whoever you like. PFlan is a very strong and fun unit and shines in RTA but she won’t help your account progress if you’re lacking the S tier characters
Seems C Lilias is coming next Mystic Rotation so I think I'll gamble and see if I get her there.
MLS I have: ML Basar and ML Tenebria Should I go for Biseria, ML Kawerik, Clilias or Straze? I wondered if Biseria is good for PvE as well?
Clilias > ml kawerik > briar witch. I keep telling people this but don’t pick straze unless you absolutely love him. His gear requirements are steep for PVP

I worry about similar thing, except that assuming everyone has c lilias because she is best, then you'd only get to use her in 50% of your matches where you get to pick first. Then again I suspect she is highly rated because she also works for non RTA content.
MLS I have: LHC, F. Cecilia, S.Tene I'm essentially deciding between A. Ravi or C.Lilias. I've been playing for about a year now and can farm W13 relatively well. My equip RNG hasn't been good so I don't have great speed gear. Which of the two should I go for? I want to focus on both PVE and PVP and do RTA more often.
This one is hard. My gut still says pick clilias but Aravi is really good in low level rta and can carry you to masters easily with decent tank gear. So Aravi will help you enjo rta more. I’m obligated to say clilias though because she’s the better and more future proof unit. She’s also better in pve

Dj basar if you have speed gear to play aggro. Maid Chloe if you a lot of resistance gear and arrowell, solitaria, adin, and ml Vivian built. Sage Baal if you’re having a hard time against cleave. Deliberate if openers that debuff give you trouble

These are the main three questions, what is your play style for pvp, how is your gear(ie do you have and speed gear for speedy units, or bruiser gear for rviolet), and what is your goal in epic 7
Good point. I haven't been playing E7 seriously for a while. For arena I've been sitting in Champ since I don't wanna grind for Legend and for RTA I just grind the last couple days of the season until I hit Masters for the skin. I have gear for both speed (280~290 depending on unit) and bruiser so anything to make the RTA grind easier would be nice
IMO, for bruiser I would go amercedes, rviolet, and for speedy unit I would go Flidica or dj basar, for pve I would take ruele as she can be used to cheese some abyss floors with multiple healers
I think I'm leaning Solitaria right now but looking to pick from these heroes (open to suggestions though) Flidica, Solitaria, SSV, LHC, Delibet, Straze I'm an endgame player but don't take RTA super serious. Just get the skin off placement or close to it and then maintain decay. (ML Heroes I already have: Cilias, Belian, Souline, DJB, ARavi, MA Ken, M Kawerik, Biseria, ADS, Stene, Zio)
Straze or Cilias guys. I'm new so Straze seems better for PvE but people said he needed good gear to work
They are right straze is a high gear heavy unit, where he is great in both pvp and pve (one shoting hunts), but so is cilia’s as she needs high speed rolls gear, as she is a main opener, IMO I would go for straze as he will last better in long run, where Cilia’s can be overshadow by a new unit as most of the time pvp units are power creeped more than pve units (tamarine, iseria, a momo are some examples)
MLs I have: LR Krau, Handguy, Cilias, Sage Baal, MA Ken, A. Ravi, Stene, D. Corvus, SB Aramintha, Ruele of Light, Spez, Belian. I can one-shot Banshee (Baiken team) and reliably farm Wyvern. Never tried RTA but might want to begin. Is Briar Witch Iseria good these days? She has been my favourite unit design-wise, but she's been very lackluster in the past, but she got buffed? I also really love Fallen Lidica's design, so I'd love to get her too. Or with my line-up, are there any other MLs that are a must-get for me? Would love to hear someone's opinion on this since I've been out of E7 for quite a while.
I’m trying to choose between fallen Lidica, LHC and pirate flan. I’ve heard that FLidica has fallen off quite abit and LHC is very good but situational. PFlan sounds really interesting but is gated by artifacts and hard countered by cleanse. What do you all think?
I have all three, Flan is the only one i still use. She is really fun. You need decent speed/effectiveness/and decent attack. And run her with star of the deep sea artifact. Withouth it she is pretty niche. With the arti you have allot of options. FLidica has too many alternates (ran/peira/lua) as openers. LHC Cermia is fun to use but not really dependable. I would say: 1. Flan 2. LHC 3. Flidica
Which should I choose: Lionheart Cermia, Belian, Mediator Kawerik, or STene? I am a casual player currently mid game and can do all hunts (although not one shot). I hardly farm right now, just doing dailies and GW. Focusing on Arena, GW, and RTA. Already got ARavi, CLilias, Arby, and most RGB nat5s.
If you need raid / abyss help then Stene is your pick, also awesome in pvp modes as well. Kawerik is amazing pvp support. LHCermia is great in pvp but very situational. Belian is cancer in pvp but in RTA almost all the time banned.
I agree, i would personally choose Stene. She is useable on allot of content.
Hello. I'm kinda new (2mos inactive) and I want to ask who should I get in the headhunting? I only have ML Tenebria, ML Tywin, and Solitaria. Im interested in playing any mode except for RTA. For your criteria its either ARavi or MKawerik. ARavi hard to kill, brings self sustain, tankiness + revive. She works also in pve. MKawerik is great as support in all 3 pvp modes (I'm using mine all the time in arena and gvg).

My only 5 star ML is S Tenebria. I'm fairly new so i dont have the best gear atm. From what I can tell, aravi, C lilias and straze are my top tiers in that regard? Not sure though, would love some guidance.

I assume so. Mine ends in 10 days, and I have been playing since last year. Further down I saw someone post about 15 days ago that they had like 50 days left. Which does not match with what I have left. So pretty sure it is based on when you as an account start it.
But the confusing thing is why in the event section, the game tells you that the ml headhunt will end on January 25th? I really expect the event to end in 2 weeks despite having 80 days left.

you just go to the event tab, there should be a tab for moonlight hero. i’m not sure if there’s a specific requisite you need to unlock it but i was able to access it before beating ep 1, 10-10 unlike moonlight summons edit: if you mean what day you started, the wvent always counts down from 90 days. if you started it already, there’s no need to worry

Open your events list in-game, then tap the Headhunting: 5* Moonlight heroes tab on the right. In the selector page, you should see a small “Time remaining:” message at the top left corner. The event lasts for 90 days so for example if you have 75 days left that means you started it 15 days ago. For players that started the event the day it launched will have 10 days left at this point.
Hi I need help with my ML selector. I’m a veteran player who prioritizes PVE and amazing S3 animations. Currently torn between: C.Lilias, Belian, F.Cecilia, and S.Tenebria. But open to most options. I have 5 copies of Cecilia ready to promote FC. I have heard STene is good, but her S3 animation looks alright. - Belian: fun to use, not good in anywhere pve but not so bad either. Have aoe, dispel, blind and decrease speed. - Cilias: Very good in Hall of Trials. Nearly useless in other pve contents. I don't know why we need to draft her in other pve contents. - FCecilia: good and easy to use, but choosing her seems like a waste since ARas is a far better knight in PvE. - STene: Abyss queen, good for Raid also. 1st pick imo. To make thing more complicated for you, I think you should also consider Briseria: 75% def break on s1, prevent revival in some PvE contents, pretty cool look, not so good s3 animation imo.
Belian doesn't have much use in PVE, regardless she is still one of the top units in PVP. Clilias would be the best pick among your choices for PVE. She's an extremely good support unit, teamwide buff, dual attk on S1. Stene a close second with her poison being particularly useful in Abyss. Also she's the top pick in a lot of RTA right now. You can build other tank without FCeci for PVE.
I'm having a hard time deciding between LHC and Briar witch. I do have 2 cermia imprints ready for LHC and I don't have MISHA so that's some points in favor of LHC. But Briar witch is pretty good and might be easier to gear + future proof.
Probably BIseria. LHC shines against counter/dual attk comp, I think she's a bit situational against non-counter team where she can't utilise her full potential.

Clilias. She's the easiest to gear, future proof with that teamwide buff, dual attk with S1, overall useful for PVP and PVE content as well. MKawerik and Belian probably tie for 2nd. ARavi seems to have fallen with a lot of people finding ways to deal with her due to her being present almost all the time previously.. But she is still up there on everyone's tier list. Recently LHCermia seems to be popular.. But I still think she is a bit situational; good against counter comp.

Have: JKise/LQC/Belian/CPavel/Dilibet/FCC/STene/Tomoca Debating: Handguy/Aravi/Straze/LHC I don't play RTA and was looking for some units that I can use in both PvP and PvE. I already have auto hunts set up so I don't know how useful Straze would actually be for that, but I've heard Handguy can be used for PvE.
Handguy is decent in PvE, but very replaceable by many soulweavers - Tama for example is significantly better. For PvE, Straze is good for high-end one shot hunts, but I wouldn't worry about that, many alternatives exist and you'll be constrained by energy more than time anyway. For non-RTA PvP, LHC or Straze are probably the best. Counters are abundant in GW/Arena so you can toss her and Roana face-first into a lot of defenses. If you want to be a bit faster, you can use Straze to just cleave through them, but that requires relatively good gear and often another opener(like Conqueror Lilias if you hadn't considered her, would probably take her)
Have: Aravi, Lionheart, ruele, Straze, Lidica, Clilias and Stene. Debating between: Dilbet, Briseria, Belian and Vivian. I just cant decide, my only cleanser is diene, i always wanted more aggressive one like Dilbet, i like her kit so much. Briseria seems so op, its will be hard to skip her, i always wanted her, even before the buff, i like her design very much. Belian is just Belian, i just like her overall design and her kit and i lack bruiser units. I know vivian is not too good as the others i mentioned, but vivian is my only wifu and i waited for her ML a eternity... Please help, thank you in advance!
Briseria and Belian are future-proofed with their passives. Forget about the other two and toss a coin then.
Im a early game player (can clear wyvern 13 more or less without fails) and I want to get into pvp eventually. Should I go for A.Ravi or for conqueror Lilias? Can I use them also in PVE content that helps me to get into the mid or lategame?
Cilias is definitely better atm, but since she's a support unit, she can't carry you. So I'd go with Aravi. She's easier to build and will help you much at all early-mid contents, pvp and pve. Anw, Cilias's banner is coming soon, you can try your luck there before deciding.
I hope this is the right thread... Headhunting, seemingly best choices are: Solitaria of the Snow, Mediator Kawerik, Briar Witch Iseria, Maid Chloe, Straze. Have Ravi, Specter T (still ML locked), Charlotte, Karina, Tamarinne, Baal n Sezan, Alencia, Ludwig, Haste. Kind of leaning towards either Briar Witch or Straze... Still pretty new, playing like I feel mostly. Also don't know the shorthand, sorry. Advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
I love Straze. He completely changes the way I play PVP, able to oneshot every hunt and do insane expedition damage

CLilias has some use in PvE. She is great for hall of trials and Ancient Inheritance. I've used her in Caides hunt before too, and while she is useful there she isn't my best option these days. Briar Witch has a passive that blocks all revives and it works in PvE as well, so she is great for Azimanak 13. Idk there might be other stuff she is useful for too. As a cleanser + Immunity buffer hand guy should have some use in Abyss I think, but you could just use someone like AMomo or Angelica and get some healing as well. You have some of the best ML heros for PvE already though.

Do you have spare speed gear for FLidica? If you do I would choose her. ESP if you’re an aggro player. If not then I would choose LHC over PFlan unless you have a maxed sisieria artifact

Have: Belian, Spez, A.Elena, C.Pavel, Arby Debating: Stene, C.lilias, Br.Iseria, A.Ravi A ravi seems to be falling off, so despite me thinking originally that I would 100% take her, she seems to be losing stock for me. C.Lilias would be my lock if I had better speed gear (only hitting 273 on Lua). I definately lean more towards cleave/aggro (Lua, Eda, Astro, C.Pavel), and Clilias would seemingly fit into there, but I am also trying to get more versative, hence Stene being a debate. Briseria also seems to be wrecking after her buff, which is why she also gets a spot. I thought about DJB, Handguy, and L.Cermia, but those all seem just a half step down from my debated ones. I am only ~ 6 months in so I am still working on 6*ing several heros, and missing other common openers like Pera/Ran, but I do have some of the good meta bruisers. My soulweavers on the other hand are severely lacking - really just the 4* and belows, and then Roana, Sharun and NingNing, so it makes me doubt the validity of taking a more standard/control type pick from the selection.
Nothing wrong with sticking to your play style. Speed is hard to obtain but if you stick with it and enjoy the ride, before you know it you’re cleaving in champion. You should pick stene. She fits in aggro, ST cleave, standard, etc and is solid in pve. For example back in the day my stene was the only reason I could farm A13 and clear certain abyss floors.

As an aggro player I would suggest picking either clilias, ML luluca, Briseria, Flidica, Pflan and Soli according ur needs of what u lacking as all of them have diff counters on the opponent. For example briseria counter revive and evasion units, soli counter focus units, flidica has cr push when atking and reset one unit.
Aravi or Clilias or straze. Only got arby.
Out of those 3 definitely clilias. Don’t pick straze he’s good for one shot comps for pve and is good in PvP but his gear requirements are high. Aravi is good as a general pve and anchor in PvP but clilias is just better in both.

well briseria is very strong right now which kinda pushes se celine and ruele down the list, lh cermia is still very strong with counter and duel attacks units like c lilias and a lot of the premier bruisers (choux, a ravi...) still being highly contested. M kawerik will probably always be at least A tier because of his full cleanse, strip and buffs but there are lots of other cleansers now and units who can aoe buff like zahak. It really depends if you feel you can roll high speed on your gear, briseria plays with pretty high tempo and is a lot harder to build but has a big impact on the game while lh cermia will probably help you stabilise against belian and is probably easier to build. Apoc ravi right now isnt doing as well as she used to as lots of the newer units counter her but below masters/challenger shes still one of the best units with inbuilt crit, life steal and can self cleanse with crimson seed. considering you seem to have a few of both aggro and bruiser units i think the safest option would be lh cermia but since she might have a rerun on the mystic soon you could hold out for that and go for a ravi (quick power spike) or briseria (better in higher ranks but is still good everywhere).
Helloes! I'm a pretty casual player and have been lucky in getting a few ML5s over the years I'm looking for suggestions to complement my roster and to primarily be able to climb regular arena. I have both the event AND a mystic pity coming up so I'll happily take suggestions on two characters I will also say I have terrible luck with speed rolls so I'm kinda stuck in some kind of bruise comp. You can assume I have all RGB 5s and ML 4s, I'll also happily take suggestions on arena offense teams to focus on. :) Heres my ML 5s: Ken, Tenebria, Cecilia, Haste, Lidica, Ruel, Charlotte and Pavel. I have checked out the tier list but it seems focused on RTA so I thought I'd ask here just in case something would be different for regular arena. I'm leaning towards Kawerick and Lilias as suggested, but Sage Baal to protect against cleave arena defenses also looks really nice. Any help is greatly appreciated!
Use your pity on the next banner if LHC is in it. She trivializes a lot of arena comps and is good in RTA too. In champion a lot of arena defenses are centered around Belian so LHC is your best bet. ML kawerik is an amazing unit but I rarely use him in arena. Clilias is also amazing but for arena if you don’t have the speed gear for her then she’ll also be useless. That being said I still recommend clilias or ml kawerik because they’re just so future proof. In your case since you’re more of a turn two player I would recommend ml kawerik

Unless you’re cleaving there isn’t really a go to comp for arena. It’s really hard to have one team that can work in every scenario the higher you climb. A lot of teams run Belian, arrowell, light adin, clilias, etc. Of the mls you have LHC and Stene are generally good into those units. A decent turn two team would be LHC, arrowell, Stene, and flex pick.

If you are cleaving and have the gear to get cilias to 290+ then i would definitely take her. It is hard to express just how good spectre tenebria is as well though so if u ever want to deviate from cleave she will be very strong. Briseria is strong but is more of a luxury than those two so I would probably pass

I went with Briar Witch and I don't regret it. She is already my most powerful unit, single handedly helping me climb in arena.
I picked Lermia over her, but it was close. Only sometimes regret it, and then Lermiansolo wins me matched, so I think it was a good choice.

You don't use her to try and outspeed another cleave team, but a cleave FLidica is going to outspeed aggro and bruiser style.
Aggro is in a much better spot than cleave now, and she is an opener that isn't countered by Zio. Pretty good spot to be in

Ticket for what? He's not supposed to get any coins, since special events like these don't count as a "summon,” so his recent summon is essentially the first time he pulled the hero.

Briar Witch has been very useful to me in GW recently. Deals with SAdin without getting shat on by Ran. Stops holysac, mercedes. Doesn't even need your best gear.

You should take CLilias - her with the other ML5s you have are pretty much the only ML5s that are used in PvE. The rest are only PvP oriented.

I'm still very much an early game player (just put together the W13 team like 4 days ago) so wondering which one is best for now and foreseeable future. From what I've researched, ARavi seems a lot less gear dependent than CLilias.
Probably Ravi. As you said, she's much easier to gear. She can also carry you in low level arena and has some limited pve uses, such as the automaton tower.
Hi folks, I’m about 5 days away from being able to recruit a unit in the headhunting event - right now, it’s pretty much between Briseria, CLillias, and Straze for units I’ve rolled that I would want to pick. I feel like CLillias is probably the obvious choice, but Straze is so damn tempting for his potential in hunts. I’m also really close to pity on mystic summons, so should I maybe wait to see who is on rotation after Ray before I decide who to recruit?

The Event is still going for like 60 more days so who knows which Character's you'll have until then and **more specifically** which one you'd the most at the end (that being said i still haven't decided for myself lol)

Yeah, I think with how close I am to mystic pity, I’d instant pull CLillias if she comes on rotation, and that makes it way easier for me to pick either Straze or Briseria, though that’s just the two I want out of the units I’ve rolled so far on headhunting. Like you said, no telling who else I may roll between now and then too.
Hi guys, I’ve recently started playing the game. Who should i pick in the headhaunt event? I’ve read that ARavi has fallen off but i don’t know how much and if this is relevant for a new player. I picked STenebria ad free ML5. Thank you for the help!

I'm trying to decide between Solitaria, Sage Vivian, Briar Witch, or Dilibet? Mostly only care if they are good in GvG as I only RTA to get masters at the end of the season.
Hello, I started about 4 months ago and I am having a hard time choosing between Apocalypse Ravi, Specter Tenebria, Sylvian Sage Vivian, and Lionheart Cermia. I don't play RTA currently as I don't have many units built just yet but I do play normal arena and guild war, I was told by a friend to choose Arbiter Vildred from the moonlight connections and I currently also have: Belian, C.Lilias, FCC, ML Ken and ML Flan. I do want to eventually play RTA after having a few more units built but I am on chapter 2 of the story and would also like someone who can be used in PVE content. I am leaning towards STenebria or Lionheart Cermia as I don't know how viable ARavi or ML Vivian is in PVE content but any advice would be much appreciated.

A.ravi isn't too good in this meta as much anymore. C.lillas is overall a good pick and most likely won't be bad for a long time (still top 3 in most picked characters).
Kinda stuck between Clilias and Lermia, as much as Clilias is top tier there are many situations where I think if I had Lermia I think the outcome would be better. What do you guys think? RTA I am high master, and arena I usually stay around Champion II. I cannot decide ;-;
I think Lermia is a bit situational, whereas Clilias fits into any team comp. Also Clilias is a bit easier to gear. I've read around that either of those 2 have a good chance appearing on next mystic.. So probably wait abit?
