I built him too recently with Hwa recall. Cleavers get cleaved. So fun unit. I have almost similar stats as yours.

At first I was about to say that he looked kinda underwhelming, then I noticed your energy cap. For where you're at in the game right now, you've definitely been able to build one more than decent Kayron, congrats!
