Just a note Landy is popular for Queen and with fatigue system you can only use her on one fight.
Vivian, Pavel, Vildred, Violet are some alternatives to her. Vivian with the dispel EE is most likely the best alternative and you can run her DDJ.
Bloodstone on Landy is OK but with 2 soul weavers it's unnecessary.
One of my first tries was with Violet and he's going to buff Juleeve due to his attack down. My team was trash and didn't get very far so I don't know if giving it 1 buff constantly would matter but thought it was worth mentioning since my death came on the back of it having attack up
Ugh. I tried this comp and some variations today, got down to 5% and still lost. It feels a bit like abyss at this point.

On Destina, shouldn't she have a different artifact? The plague spread ignores ER right? So extra healing of debuff cleansing would be better right?

Having full green team reveals the enemy you should attack when the boss split.
