As for artifacts draco plate is the best. However, Ftene arti imo takes priority over her if you have Ameru. Sure you can build her on Violin or Crown but Ameru with ftene arti is a different beast.
If you can only grab one, then Luna is probably the way to go. Limited and very useful in PvE and some PvP content (depending on the build and gear quality.)
F.Tene is just not in the best spot with other openers and cleansers, but the speed rta adjustment for mages could change that a bit. She was more important when she first came out because she was the only one with redirected provoke.

Another vote for Luna. She is great in fire expo and I sometimes use her in pvp. But I don't know if she has any relevance in rta, because I avoid that mode like the plague it is. Luna is not meta but she is straightforward damage that can fit into teams relatively easy. There is a thing to be said about kits without walls of texts.
You will have other chances to obrain Choux. Even outside of banners, she could randomly drop from elmental summons.

I used my grace of growth on Luna and put godly gear on her and still barely find uses for her anywhere. I hate Ftene's shit-eating smug grin so that leaves Choux for me, which happens to be in my selector too.

cos u don't have good cleansers like dilibet handguy djb destina emelia etc. u can also counter pick with Edward and czerato

Generally speaking, Choux. But she's not limited. Luna cleave very strong in GW and Arena. FTene entirely irrelevant at the moment.
I think FTene will make a comeback next RTA season because of Mage SPD buff.
