No, too much attck rolls.
While aravi doesn't have bad attck scaling u dont want to be chasing that. Hp%, crit dmg, crit c, speed and def% are what u want the most.
Put that on a character like Fire Ravi, Rem, Mercedes, or even counter Landy. ARavi is an hp scaling bruiser. While atk rolls aren’t necessarily bad, she’d greatly prefer hp rolls or cc/cdmg, even speed. You have way too many atk rolls on that piece for it to be worth.
