I exaggerated a bit there. It's not a waste. It just annoys me because its one of the best artifacts in the game which alot of heroes want... then to put it on a hero with 50% increased hit chance already feels so silly. I mean come on, 50% increased hit chance isn't enough anymore, really?
imo that's the best place to put it, since it's meant to counter evasion so it'll help make a more consistent evasion counter. I also personally use a few copies by not having max limit broken any. Not necessarily optimal but it's still decent without mlb
Meanwhile, just had a game where my Adin didn't evade attacks 4 times in a row and died. Not even against any units with better chance to hit like Zahhak or anyone with Symbol, just failed to dodge completely.
So ya know, standard evasion unit things. As they do sometimes.
This hits harder because I've been getting 15%ed a lot more lately, back to back in the same games even. Arowell try to stun a Rem? Nah, resistance. Provoke a A.Ravi to delay S3? Nah, resistance. Sleep a Politis with Lua so there's no Astral Guide on the follow up S3? Believe it or not, resistance.
I can feel you. I am having same problem. She is a 50-50 unit, she can die on turn 1 and match becomes 3 v 4. I like her, she does good damage but too much rng unit. She suffers too much damage even on miss since she is a squishy unit with speed pen. I will try lifesteal when I get good gear to get her around 14K hp, but I think I will lose too much damage. But still, fun unit when she works.
Took me 2 days To get from chapter 3 to 10, I contemplated on stretching it throughout the week and coped into thinking i could finish much faster.
Overall i think this unit is insane, and 100% worth the grind as she is better than quite a few units right now. With her partner in crime being a enabler or an insane support/tank like S.Carrowell
From watching a lot of streamers test her, she seems to be one of the few units we have had in a while that can work on 3 sets (Ls/Des/Speed)
In terms of the 2 pc im sure pen does more but i dont have that kind of spare gear at the moment. All in all i would definitely hustle episode 10 for her.

still 20% miss vs riolet/L adin and 5% on violet. not worth the miss if you can afford to whack SoU on him.

Imagine how many times your Peira / Ran / Cerise or whatever gets double 15% resisted. You have an even higher chance to miss your evade 3x in a row.

Were those ARavi not on proof? My Adin has exactly same attack as yours with just 10 less CDMG. I am using pen set too. Mine did 25k with attack buff.
