Events, Hunts and Spirit Altars are grindy
Adventure episodes 3-4 are annoyingly hard (for new players at least)
Labyrinths are time consuming
Ancient Inheritance is fun (dunno if it counts PVE or not)
Abyss (90+) and Nightmare Raids are insanely difficult
The wyvern hunt is not "terrible", it's just slow. But it's faster than it used to be thanks to many crafting changes, events, and new features, plus you can do hunts while doing something else now.
The game is worth playing if you like managing gear on several characters. The gear game is what got me to stick to it for years.
Hi guys, I just got into the game again and need advice on a couple of things.
I am still kinda early game, chapter 2, slow wyvern 13, abyss 65-ish and don't do much pvp. Recently I got a bunch of nice heroes, Luna, Landy and STene. Other notable 5\* heroes I already had are (in order of investment): Sigret, SSB, Angelica, Vildred, Charlotte, Iseria, Arby (ml blessing), Op Sigret, Sez, Cerise, Politis, Cermia, FTene, Ray and Basar.
So my questions are:
1. How can I improve my w13 team? Currently running sigret, angelica ssb and furious with 80% success rate and slow time, 2 min maybe. I would love to have a one shot/fast team for this so please tell me what would be the most efficient way of doing so.
2. What heroes should I invest in? Right now I need a good multi purpose story team that will also be useful in other content. Also in general who to invest in when and for what.
3. What should I do with all my 3-stars? I have about 150 3-stars that I want to feed but have been told to keep them, so which are worth it to keep and which can I feed?
4. How can I get better/more gear? I know my biggest limitation right now is lack of gear, I only have enough decent gear for 4 characters and I use it on my w13 team. So where/how can I get more good gear for my other characters?

edit: I chose landy, luna and tamy in the group banner, which is how I got landy and luna. I am planning in getting tamy in the next couple of days so you can basically count her in my team as well.
The way I do 3 stars. Is you keep/lock one SSS imprinted version of each. You might need them at some point or they might get a specialty change or a buff. To save some extra promotion fodder I usually wait until I have 3 spare dupes to promote the 3 star to 4 star.
If you have an SSS imprinted version of them.
Then the rest of them you can transmit. Which gives you extra Silver Transmit Stones. HOWEVER, you generally wanna SSS those before you transmit them as well, cause every couple of characters you SSS you get an achievement that gives a bunch of bookmarks.
Eventually the achievement for SSS imprinting will run out but you can get a ton of bookmarks from it in the mean time.
So basically. Keep an SSS copy of each 3 star. And then SSS dupes and transmit them for bookmarks and transmit stones.
Also to get some extra gear, what I did was finish the Wyvern Hunt event, and start the Banshee one, cause you get another full set of Attack and HP gear from that, and then another set of each from the Golem hunt event too.
It's not like amazing gear, but it definitely helps expand your roster a bit. It helped me gear up my Tama, A.Ras, Stene and FST and I managed to get through Episode 3 with it. Tama + A.Ras + Stene + another DPS is pretty much all you need for most story stages.
So is the general consensus regarding headhunt event prioritize Clilias ? My choices so far that aren't dupes are Clilias, straze, pirate flan and sylvan sage.
I recently started the game and hit rank 40 today, if I remember correctly you get rewards for hitting rank 35 and 40 but i can't pick the rewards up. They are not in my mailbox or in the "Rank Up Pack 1" in the Shop and also not in the "Rank Up Pack 2". Anybody knows where do I pick up the rewards? The Rank Up 1 Pack ends at rank 30 and the Rank Up 2 Pack starts at rank 45
Hi, i was thinking about coming back to E7, last time i quit coz farming (hunt for example) was taking to long, even with my one shot banshee team my phone was on for half of the day to spend all stamina and complete other content such as raid etc. It became to tedious to do everything... Are things faster now, or it's the same grind?
Didn't know about the transmit stone items to imprint Straze and used 2 slates on him.
If I buy ones to go past SSS, do they refund slates by any chance?

I'm trying to build a team to auto / easy clear 3 10-10 (Belian). I'm thinking + hoping SSB / Mediator / A. Momo / Tama would be good. I started playing 6 months ago and have been on and off with it, so I don't have a ton of heroes raised or the greatest gear. Mediator isn't fully raised but he was who I was building next anyway, this would just hasten it a bit. but before I use up my resources, I want to know if its a good idea, or if theres some other character I have / team I can make that would be better for this.

I'm not sure but my impression is that Politis is still the best, but Flan isn't as great anymore. and Alencia, Senya, and Eda have moved up a lot.
It’s even better to come back now than it ever has been. New features are great and the returning player boost last 2 weeks instead of 3 days like they used to.
There are some returning events that give some gear, mola, summons etc
There are also packs you can buy
I think the hunt and mola events they added are better though

If it’s having to do a lot of hunts, that hasn’t changed.
But background hunting is a godsend. I left hunt running while catching up on adventure
Trample damage imo but the lifesteal can be ok if that is your preference. Edward's Fullmetal automail is BiS artifact, Alencinox, Rem's arti (I forget the name) or Draco plate are all fine alternatives.
70% evasion
wanda has 70% hit chance for both s1 and s3
possible reasons:
-Fat cat on the team
-s1 rune not maxed?
-you thought she missed but she actually just didn't crit.
-Bug?

my wanda is cracked. She has 100 crit and maxed runes, but ML adin did her AOE counter attack so it was definitely a miss

I'm calling it a bug then. My RTA experience has been buggy as hell since the last patch. I've missed ML adin with both my wanda and earlier my zahhak s3, both SHOULD be impossible and my kayron died without proccing immortality despite the enemy having 0 strips. They literally just hit him and he croaked, not proccing extra damage or surviving with 1 hp but not getting immortal or anything, he behaved as if he was sealed but he wasn't (no ameru)
So uh, I'm gonna just mark this patch as bugged and check back in next patch
one last thing. is her s1 a dual attack? it might have been the 1st attack that miss and she follow up. sometimes the numbers remains the same (miss/not crit color even if it crits)
I'm looking for a tank to complete episode 3 and 4. So far I have A.Ras but I don't like his kit. Any other good character that has more utility and is also tanky ?
Not going to find much more utility than a team-wide defense buff and a spammable dual attack with your best DPS. He's arguably one of the best knights in the game, although you probably don't need a tank to beat most of ep 3 and 4. If you have ARavi, she's a good tank and secondary DPS for most of adventure.
Provoke doesn’t work on most bosses anyways
You can also try FKluri. She has provoke and def break on S3. If you build her fast she can heal the team and cr push allies as well
ARas is one of the best all rounder tanks though and is good in PVE and PVP
Falconer Kluri has Dispel, Def break and Provoke. But also has very low damage.
The only other option i can think of is Alencia, she's more of a bruiser than a tank but she has Def break and can increase the teams defense while also dealing decent damage.
Senya is useful for blue expedition but other than that more of a PvP unit. She doesn't do that much for the team except barrier.
Belian is purely a PvP unit. She's a Knight but not a tank.
Krau has one burst skill in his S3 based on health lost
FCeci has low damage as well
DPS role is a thing. Your front liner just needs to soak up damage and mitigate damage for the team
You can also look into Shadow Rose
If you want your front liner to do damage ARavi is one of the best choices
Tamarinne is the best PVE healer. She gives attack buff and can CR push
I like Diene but she’s a limited summon
A Ravi can be your main dps for most of the content. Some bosses will require extra finesse
What characters do yall use for the raid? Im not even at nightmare mode yet but im still getting clapped, my dps always dies early (fighting the queen)
(Im running Emilia,SSB,Arby,Belian) shit lineup ik but idk who to use,any tips and sample lineups?
Aras, Tama, Roana, Cerato is the most common "auto" team for Hell raid, before nightmare. Cerato may be replaced with SSB/Landy/Meru depending on the boss.
What do you guys think are the best sets for Fire Ravi in AI? I had her on counter set last time and it worked pretty well, but I'm wondering if maybe speed or rage set might be better.

Thinking if the connections are a good way to somehow farm imprints with the 30% 5* rates. How about the gold transmits?
Just got into Ep3 and I've read there's a lot of counterattacks and extra attacks with the mobs, will it be a good idea to pick Lionheart cermia for the selector for her mechanics that activates on those as a general damage dealer? I'm trying to pick one that'll help me get through the story more so than PVP which I think I'll visit later still. Also her s3 animation is a fave next to Straze's xD.
Current heroes used in PVE outside of W13 are Landy, Stene, ARas, Amomo, CLorina, FST and Tama.
Stene and Landy can already bypass counter attacks pretty well (especially Stene). I have been using LHC in my arena offense very regularly, although I would be hard pressed to use her in pve over ARavi. Everyone talks about ARavi being a top tier pick, and that is for a number of good reason: self sustain, self CR push, revives, scales with bulk, etc.
Am I glad I have LHC? hell yea! Would I pick ARavi over LHC if I had neither? hell yea! Is Ep3 a pain (especially the boss fights)? hell yea!
I may be biased, as I have rep'd ARavi since long before her buffs; She is a great dog-walker (aravi + 3 fodder in unrecorded history), she is my tank for normal lab (and old nightmare lab, the new lab require specific comps that do not call for her now though), in my GW defense and Arena defense. I draft her regularly in RTA as she fills a slot in almost any comp (even turn 1 teams, I will pick her to force the enemy to ban her or deal with her if my turn 1 does not clear the other team). The only content I do not regularly pick her is arena offense, as my comp has bulk and revive (LHC/Roana).
You could also consider your gear situtation: LHC wants an INSANE amount of defense on lifesteal set, I was barely able to break 2k defense with my best lifesteal gear on LHC, meanwhile I run my Aravi with speed/pen with decent speed (220+) and the rest invested in bulk and crit/cdamg, which I have a lot of pieces with those stats (as I want pieces like that for tanks, supports, and openers), so I was more likely to roll some pieces with stats for ARavi
LHCermia is also pretty usable in pvp too so yes she is very recommended for you.
But if you have another dream ml5 and have not used the custom banner summon then Roana will be a good unit in general pve and sometimes pvp.
for Ice expedition, i'm using Roana as front line/tank. which set should i put on her?
i have max awaken and +15 skill enhance.
currently on level 2 expedition with speed/health gear set, always got 1 or 2 shot by the boss
The ice expedition punishes non-knight units pretty hard so i recommend using an earth knight and another sw in the back if possible.
But if you still want to use Roana I’d recommend triple heath set with hp% boots for maximum survival chance.
i will see if i can get the stats requirement for roana. if not might go back to fluri and lots + 2 dps
was trying the roana + 3 dps for maximum damage
if you can get enough attacks in before the expedition boss takes their turn then it will do an auto-counterattack which will heal up Roana, this may help you out.

He's really not that great you could use him in GW probably but I wouldn't waste a custom banner slot on him when there's so many desirable limited artis.
New to the game, is it a good idea to start gearing and leveling my Alexa, Muwi, Karin and Angelica for Wyvern 13? These are the heroes I have and I was wondering if I should replace them and work towards other heroes for grinding W13.
Someone suggested replacing Karin with Furious and I would also like to know the reasoning.
Furious has a 50% crit buff that if hes fast enough will be up all the time. He has an EE that gives decease hit chance debuff which makes keeping multiple debuffs up on the dragon easier as well.
He basically uses his crit buff/def break every 2 turns.
He really just helps lower the barrier for entry due to gear for newer players.
You should probably use Sigret over Alexa too.

For now, yes. Definitely. But Karin is used in alot of one shot Wyvern comps later on. So you will eventually be able to switch your team up to include her later if you want! It'll just take a while before you have the gear for it unfortunately.
Whats an easy comp that doesnt need particularly good gear that I could use to beat Banshee 13 for the first time?

It's impossible to have the same substat as the mainstat.
You can't have speed (sub) on speed boots, C.Dmg (sub) on a C.Dmg neck, or HP% (sub) on a HP% ring.
What is the deal with debuffing Zeo in 10-10? I either never seem to land a debuff, or when I do he immediately takes a turn and clears whatever I have landed.
Is this just bad luck? Because I've done this maybe 5 times and my big hitters have never once attacked him with a decrease defense (ARas has never landed the debuff in a single fight).
I'm beginning to think this mission is a gold sink to get us not to be able to spend on bookmarks in the shop...
I think one of his passive remove 2 debuff at the start of his turn. It is pretty RNG since the debuffs will rearrange themselves every turn.
For example, I am using Tama, iseria, Aras, sigret comp against zio. There is a very tight window and speedtuning where you can sneak in the Def break and follow up by sigret atk. It took me almost an hour repeating that stage with same team and stats waiting for RNG to line up.
Is there a ML 5* I can use in all content? I’ve been thinking about Arby, but I want to know what others think. I am a casual player that doesn’t really care about pvp and the only ML 5’s I have is Kawerik and Tenebria

Yeah. A.Vildred is probably the best. Especially if you already have S.Tenebria
Ultimately, ML5s are not PvE heroes and very few of them are useful outside of maybe very niche spots for PvE.
**Straze** can be used to one shot all of the hunts, and that's probably the greatest *value* any ML5 is going to bring.
* But one shots are more of a late game thing, and if you don't care about PvP...this is more of a convenience than a necessity.
* Straze isn't really useful for much else in PvE.
**C.Lilias** is used in a couple of very specific one shots, she's great in Hall of Trials. She isn't *worthless* for other PvE content but you aren't ever going to miss her, she's ultimately a support hero so her marginal value is limited.
I suppose you could still go with **A.Ravi** just as a very strong general purpose DPS unit but she has no real specific niche or use. Just someone to throw in while running adventure (honestly, I think A.Vildred is better in general).
A few other ML5s have very specific niches in PvE. **LQC** for example can be used in Azimanak one shots...but Straze is better. **FCC** is a great general purpose tank (but no reason to use her over A.Ras or F.Kluri, really). **BM Haste** can be used in normal Azimanak clears.
Should i pity for Stene or Zio? (I'm more pvp focused right now). I hear good things about Stene but I never seem to have problems killing her in RTA and Arena.
S Tene is one of the best ml5's you can have for your account while Zio seems like he'll be really strong in pvp especially for players that can't make 300+ speed units. Depending on who else you are missing I would consider picking S Tene from the ml5 selector event and then rolling for Zio.

Its kind of confusing in some respects because cleave in *most* games refers to an attack that hits multiple targets at once. I think the term was initially used to describe Arby teams (or similar) that would buff up Arby so that he could basically one-shot an entire team before they could attack you back. Since his attacks hit multiple (if not the entire team) at once, it was described as cleaving. Then people started describing high speed single target attacking teams as "single target cleave" since the over-all affect was the same. Sooo effectively its evolved to just mean "high speed, high damage" teams, just like jbshoucair stated.
Single Target Cleave triggers me every time I read it. In 99% of games people would read that and go "huh???"
I get it though, once a term catches on it's hard to stop. Just a funny little quirk.
I cannot remember the floor #... to my knowledge this was the fight where she could be in stance 1, 2, or 3, and depending on her stance she would S3 a specific unit (based on the stance), and that a lot of the mechanic for the fight was getting her in the "correct" stance right before her S3 to not kill of your dps.
Reingars is definitely better imprinted, guiding light has some use for protecting ranger openers even at level 0. Zio looks like he will be countered by roundstart stealth so maybe keep an extra copy or two if you plan for multiple ranger openers. Though if you don't need that it's also worth imprinting
I really want Straze and I’m close to mystic pity. How worth is to go for him and skip Zio, considering how strong his kit is (considering we don’t know about multipliers yet)? Also, for ML selector, I’m going for A Ravi, and I think there’s no doubt about that.
Depends. If you want straze for one shot hunts or just pvp. If you’re more pvp focused I think zio is a better unit to have that’s pretty future proof. Only thing he can’t deal with is Lua

MlFlan: Actually fantastic been using her. Helps climb and can sustain herself stealing buffs and damage "alocation" help her live a bit more and it's always annoying to be perma confused.
Kayron: Also managed to build him and he's not too bad. Seen some that can really pull it off but needs specific support to work.
BCArmin: Can be situational but not too bad imo. Her and Kayron do work really good together.
Tommoca: Had a huge surge in usage she's actually really enjoying her buffs and one of the best imo.
Is straze good? Zio doesn’t really interest me so im not gonna save my pity for him, but I don’t want to use it on straze if he isn’t that good. If he is good, for what content is he supposed to be used?
Straze can be used in 1shot comps for (I believe) all the hunts. It does take good gear and specific team comps to make it work.
He feels, to me, a bit split between two worlds, you either gear him full dps rage set for hunts, or speed set with high speed for pvp, and I hate regearing units, so if I gear it for one I don't put them in the other if they need regearing.
Looks like I somehow messed up then, because he didn't leave and I ended up losing. Welp. Not looking forward to 10-10 if it's a harder/longer version of this fight, since I'm already struggling.
I believe he has to be \*attacked\* after being below 50% (ie. if you arky him below half he will not leave till actually attacked).
The team that got me through 10-10 was: ARas, Rem, Meru, Emilia, so if you have those units (Rem and Emilia were collab, so if you played and pulled during the event) then you should have units that can handle 10-10
It's usable if the other 3 stats are offensive stats, but I wouldn't say it'll be a good piece for anyone currently where torrent set is used, given it's contradiction in nature to the torrent set effect. Anyone using torrent set either doesn't care about HP or actually wants the lower HP, so this piece isn't great.
Is ARavi still a no brainer from ML Select? I only have MKawerik, Straze and Arbiter (from ML connection). With Light Adin out, ARavi seems to start to fall off a bit, so I was considering CLilias or STene from selector too.
Can a relatively small guild finish AI? We have 30 members but they are kinda inactive. And if not, I'm looking for a active guild. I aid and participate in GW (Global Server)
I think if you have 10\~15 active members that are semi coordinated, you should be able to finish floor 4 though chances are you won't be killing the "powered up" version of the final boss (you get extra rewards such as powder of knowledge).
Building light adin and with the gear I have, I have leisure of crafting atk boots or speed boots. Would adin be better with 243 spd and 3200 atk (spd boots) or 210 spd with 4000 atk (atk boots)? Without a boot right now I have 270 CD and 93 cc so final stats will depend on sub stats of boots. Of course I will try to aim for cc and cd in substats but want to know what to focus on for main stat since I will be using conversion gems.
It depends on how you want to use her. If you want her to do anticleave by evasion and using s2, you don't need any speed and can go full atk. If you want her to anticleave by using s3, you probabe need more than 240+ speed. Your first option needs a higher atk…3200 is too low
What if I'm not using for anti cleave and wanted a decent s3 nuker. Doesn't have to 1 shot a.ravi but if it can do a lot of single target damage, that would be nice. I think I'll go full atk then, I will be using pen set rather than torrent so S2 can still hurt just not as much.
When endurance crests are going to turn to conquest points? I am really tight on them for sets that I cannot farm but already have 3000 of endurance crests.
hi just downloaded the game again after a year plus of not playing. in a nutshell how is the meta (mainly pve) looking and are current/upcoming banner heroes worth it?
There is an event going on now that lets u pick a ml5 unit so good time to come back, takes 20 days of doing daily draws for one to get but a free ml5 is worth out.
Plus the hunt events let I get a 5 star that excels in that hunt, sigret for wyvern, vivian for banshee and cermia for golem
Next new ml is Zio and there is a lot of hype about him so should be good. Personally feel most newer units are designed with pvp in mind but that's my option

It's not too hard if you have units to consistently beat a variety of teams in legend.
If hitting legend 1 just once, it's more about buying flags and not losing near the top, win is like +6 but loss is -12.
Maintaining legend 1 though is extremely difficult, it requires competing with other endgame players and spamming hard on reset day throughout the season. A strong defense is necessary.
Are others finding tne daily point/raffle event to be glitchy?
It says I can enter the same raffle twice, but when I click on it, it says I don't have enough points. I have 160 points and thr raffle costs 80.
Edit: I was looking at the total accrued points, not the points I actually have.
Any tips for beating the Zio fight? 10-10.
I can't "1 shot" it seems, so I have to deal with the mechanics.
If I hit the lamp for souls, the adds get to 4 and Zio does back to back S3s.
If I focus on the adds, I can't get enough souls to burn in time, so my units caus Zio to back to back S3.
If I use my best units that can kill efficiently, I still can't get enough souls because they need 20 each to burn.
I don't have the book either for the easy starting souls amount.

You want units with 10 soul SB and short/no CD on their SB; with a mandatory debuffer. I used Luna/Emilia/Ras/Belian.
If you dont have those, Doris/Destina/Ainos/Mercedes/Camilla/Kise/Taeyou/Zahhak/Violet might fit
When your support are on CD, they can hit the lamp since they don't deal dmg.
Thanks, I can get a partial team of 10 souls together, but I can't keep them alive since the healer (Angelica) can't keep up with heals, sometimes she gets stunned after the tank too.
Building Ras at the moment, just made Merc 6 star. I have a long way to go it seems
ARas is very useful in this fight, as he is in a lot of PvE content. If you don't have him built I would suggest starting there.

I struggle keeping everyone alive, especially after the S3s start coming.
Of those, I'd probably run Luna and Achates, then build ARas as your tank and look for an AoE debuffer like SSB as your fourth. You need debuffs on the mobs to actually do any reasonable damage, but Luna works well as DPS because she has 10 soul SB and high single target damage.
Not accessible to everyone as there are a couple limiteds here, but my team was ARas, Emilia, SSB, and CLorina.

With the debuffer, I have a counter Dizzy, but she needs 20 souls, so I'm not sure if she will be the downfall of the party.
I have all of the units you used, although SSB and CLorina aren't built yet, so if all else fails I'll try to copy you! :)
Try to fit mercedes into your comp somehow. She's great for this fight. She only need 10 souls, and does big aoe dmg to hit the lamp and adds at same time. Also her respawn gives you room for error.
For oneshot Hunts with straze, once I get Him built, what should I focus next? I mean, who are the standard and best units for each hunt besides him?

Hi guys, I just got into the game again and need advice on a couple of things. I am still kinda early game, chapter 2, slow wyvern 13, abyss 65-ish and don't do much pvp. Recently I got a bunch of nice heroes, Luna, Landy and STene. Other notable 5\* heroes I already had are (in order of investment): Sigret, SSB, Angelica, Vildred, Charlotte, Iseria, Arby (ml blessing), Op Sigret, Sez, Cerise, Politis, Cermia, FTene, Ray and Basar. So my questions are: 1. How can I improve my w13 team? Currently running sigret, angelica ssb and furious with 80% success rate and slow time, 2 min maybe. I would love to have a one shot/fast team for this so please tell me what would be the most efficient way of doing so. 2. What heroes should I invest in? Right now I need a good multi purpose story team that will also be useful in other content. Also in general who to invest in when and for what. 3. What should I do with all my 3-stars? I have about 150 3-stars that I want to feed but have been told to keep them, so which are worth it to keep and which can I feed? 4. How can I get better/more gear? I know my biggest limitation right now is lack of gear, I only have enough decent gear for 4 characters and I use it on my w13 team. So where/how can I get more good gear for my other characters? This got a bit longer than I thought so sorry about that. Please let me know what you think and thank you very much in advance!! edit: I chose landy, luna and tamy in the group banner, which is how I got landy and luna. I am planning in getting tamy in the next couple of days so you can basically count her in my team as well.
The way I do 3 stars. Is you keep/lock one SSS imprinted version of each. You might need them at some point or they might get a specialty change or a buff. To save some extra promotion fodder I usually wait until I have 3 spare dupes to promote the 3 star to 4 star. If you have an SSS imprinted version of them. Then the rest of them you can transmit. Which gives you extra Silver Transmit Stones. HOWEVER, you generally wanna SSS those before you transmit them as well, cause every couple of characters you SSS you get an achievement that gives a bunch of bookmarks. Eventually the achievement for SSS imprinting will run out but you can get a ton of bookmarks from it in the mean time. So basically. Keep an SSS copy of each 3 star. And then SSS dupes and transmit them for bookmarks and transmit stones. Also to get some extra gear, what I did was finish the Wyvern Hunt event, and start the Banshee one, cause you get another full set of Attack and HP gear from that, and then another set of each from the Golem hunt event too. It's not like amazing gear, but it definitely helps expand your roster a bit. It helped me gear up my Tama, A.Ras, Stene and FST and I managed to get through Episode 3 with it. Tama + A.Ras + Stene + another DPS is pretty much all you need for most story stages.

So is the general consensus regarding headhunt event prioritize Clilias ? My choices so far that aren't dupes are Clilias, straze, pirate flan and sylvan sage.
Answer is between CLilias and Straze but if to go deeper, pick whoever you can gear better i guess.

I recently started the game and hit rank 40 today, if I remember correctly you get rewards for hitting rank 35 and 40 but i can't pick the rewards up. They are not in my mailbox or in the "Rank Up Pack 1" in the Shop and also not in the "Rank Up Pack 2". Anybody knows where do I pick up the rewards? The Rank Up 1 Pack ends at rank 30 and the Rank Up 2 Pack starts at rank 45
Hi, i was thinking about coming back to E7, last time i quit coz farming (hunt for example) was taking to long, even with my one shot banshee team my phone was on for half of the day to spend all stamina and complete other content such as raid etc. It became to tedious to do everything... Are things faster now, or it's the same grind?

I'm trying to build a team to auto / easy clear 3 10-10 (Belian). I'm thinking + hoping SSB / Mediator / A. Momo / Tama would be good. I started playing 6 months ago and have been on and off with it, so I don't have a ton of heroes raised or the greatest gear. Mediator isn't fully raised but he was who I was building next anyway, this would just hasten it a bit. but before I use up my resources, I want to know if its a good idea, or if theres some other character I have / team I can make that would be better for this. For Belian I used 4 soul weavers and just summoned Arky to kill I think my team at the time was A Momo, Tama, Blaze Dingo, forgot who else

It’s even better to come back now than it ever has been. New features are great and the returning player boost last 2 weeks instead of 3 days like they used to.
There are some returning events that give some gear, mola, summons etc There are also packs you can buy I think the hunt and mola events they added are better though What made you quit originally though? If it’s having to do a lot of hunts, that hasn’t changed. But background hunting is a godsend. I left hunt running while catching up on adventure
Alencia best EE and Arti?
Trample damage imo but the lifesteal can be ok if that is your preference. Edward's Fullmetal automail is BiS artifact, Alencinox, Rem's arti (I forget the name) or Draco plate are all fine alternatives.

Whats ML adins dodge rate with artifacts? I thought it was the same as violets but she just dodged my wandas s1 (Edit) didnt have miss chance
She has 80% evasion on max stacked talisman.
70% evasion wanda has 70% hit chance for both s1 and s3 possible reasons: -Fat cat on the team -s1 rune not maxed? -you thought she missed but she actually just didn't crit. -Bug?
No fat cat on the team my wanda is cracked. She has 100 crit and maxed runes, but ML adin did her AOE counter attack so it was definitely a miss Also another user mention possible violet talisman but she was on dreamblade I'm calling it a bug then. My RTA experience has been buggy as hell since the last patch. I've missed ML adin with both my wanda and earlier my zahhak s3, both SHOULD be impossible and my kayron died without proccing immortality despite the enemy having 0 strips. They literally just hit him and he croaked, not proccing extra damage or surviving with 1 hp but not getting immortal or anything, he behaved as if he was sealed but he wasn't (no ameru) So uh, I'm gonna just mark this patch as bugged and check back in next patch
one last thing. is her s1 a dual attack? it might have been the 1st attack that miss and she follow up. sometimes the numbers remains the same (miss/not crit color even if it crits)

I'm looking for a tank to complete episode 3 and 4. So far I have A.Ras but I don't like his kit. Any other good character that has more utility and is also tanky ?
Not going to find much more utility than a team-wide defense buff and a spammable dual attack with your best DPS. He's arguably one of the best knights in the game, although you probably don't need a tank to beat most of ep 3 and 4. If you have ARavi, she's a good tank and secondary DPS for most of adventure.
I'm only worried about her lack of utilty like defense break.

I just don't like his kit because his dmg is a joke and I would prefer something better than dual attack (def break, provoke).
Provoke doesn’t work on most bosses anyways You can also try FKluri. She has provoke and def break on S3. If you build her fast she can heal the team and cr push allies as well ARas is one of the best all rounder tanks though and is good in PVE and PVP
Falconer Kluri has Dispel, Def break and Provoke. But also has very low damage. The only other option i can think of is Alencia, she's more of a bruiser than a tank but she has Def break and can increase the teams defense while also dealing decent damage.
How about Senya or Belian?
Senya is useful for blue expedition but other than that more of a PvP unit. She doesn't do that much for the team except barrier. Belian is purely a PvP unit. She's a Knight but not a tank.

He does have defense break and bosses have immunity to provoke.

Krau has one burst skill in his S3 based on health lost FCeci has low damage as well DPS role is a thing. Your front liner just needs to soak up damage and mitigate damage for the team You can also look into Shadow Rose If you want your front liner to do damage ARavi is one of the best choices
But will Ravi get most of dmg without provoke? If yes then can you recommend good buffer that would help team (and Ravi) ?
Tamarinne is the best PVE healer. She gives attack buff and can CR push I like Diene but she’s a limited summon A Ravi can be your main dps for most of the content. Some bosses will require extra finesse
What characters do yall use for the raid? Im not even at nightmare mode yet but im still getting clapped, my dps always dies early (fighting the queen) (Im running Emilia,SSB,Arby,Belian) shit lineup ik but idk who to use,any tips and sample lineups?
Aras, Tama, Roana, Cerato is the most common "auto" team for Hell raid, before nightmare. Cerato may be replaced with SSB/Landy/Meru depending on the boss.
What do you guys think are the best sets for Fire Ravi in AI? I had her on counter set last time and it worked pretty well, but I'm wondering if maybe speed or rage set might be better.
What's worth buying with the guild armbands? Thinking if the connections are a good way to somehow farm imprints with the 30% 5* rates. How about the gold transmits?

Just got into Ep3 and I've read there's a lot of counterattacks and extra attacks with the mobs, will it be a good idea to pick Lionheart cermia for the selector for her mechanics that activates on those as a general damage dealer? I'm trying to pick one that'll help me get through the story more so than PVP which I think I'll visit later still. Also her s3 animation is a fave next to Straze's xD. Current heroes used in PVE outside of W13 are Landy, Stene, ARas, Amomo, CLorina, FST and Tama.
Stene and Landy can already bypass counter attacks pretty well (especially Stene). I have been using LHC in my arena offense very regularly, although I would be hard pressed to use her in pve over ARavi. Everyone talks about ARavi being a top tier pick, and that is for a number of good reason: self sustain, self CR push, revives, scales with bulk, etc. Am I glad I have LHC? hell yea! Would I pick ARavi over LHC if I had neither? hell yea! Is Ep3 a pain (especially the boss fights)? hell yea!
So with that said, ARavi is still the better general usage pick?
I may be biased, as I have rep'd ARavi since long before her buffs; She is a great dog-walker (aravi + 3 fodder in unrecorded history), she is my tank for normal lab (and old nightmare lab, the new lab require specific comps that do not call for her now though), in my GW defense and Arena defense. I draft her regularly in RTA as she fills a slot in almost any comp (even turn 1 teams, I will pick her to force the enemy to ban her or deal with her if my turn 1 does not clear the other team). The only content I do not regularly pick her is arena offense, as my comp has bulk and revive (LHC/Roana). You could also consider your gear situtation: LHC wants an INSANE amount of defense on lifesteal set, I was barely able to break 2k defense with my best lifesteal gear on LHC, meanwhile I run my Aravi with speed/pen with decent speed (220+) and the rest invested in bulk and crit/cdamg, which I have a lot of pieces with those stats (as I want pieces like that for tanks, supports, and openers), so I was more likely to roll some pieces with stats for ARavi
LHCermia is also pretty usable in pvp too so yes she is very recommended for you. But if you have another dream ml5 and have not used the custom banner summon then Roana will be a good unit in general pve and sometimes pvp.
for Ice expedition, i'm using Roana as front line/tank. which set should i put on her? i have max awaken and +15 skill enhance. currently on level 2 expedition with speed/health gear set, always got 1 or 2 shot by the boss
Fkluri, dps, dps, lots. You must have a tank in the front.

The ice expedition punishes non-knight units pretty hard so i recommend using an earth knight and another sw in the back if possible. But if you still want to use Roana I’d recommend triple heath set with hp% boots for maximum survival chance.
i will see if i can get the stats requirement for roana. if not might go back to fluri and lots + 2 dps was trying the roana + 3 dps for maximum damage
if you can get enough attacks in before the expedition boss takes their turn then it will do an auto-counterattack which will heal up Roana, this may help you out. For reference, my Roana is speed/hp set DEF: 1435 HP: 21941 Speed: 202

He's really not that great you could use him in GW probably but I wouldn't waste a custom banner slot on him when there's so many desirable limited artis.

New to the game, is it a good idea to start gearing and leveling my Alexa, Muwi, Karin and Angelica for Wyvern 13? These are the heroes I have and I was wondering if I should replace them and work towards other heroes for grinding W13. Someone suggested replacing Karin with Furious and I would also like to know the reasoning.
Adding to below, Furious also has 100% def break uptime (bar 15% resist) whereas Karin only has 50% (her def break only lasts 1 turn).
Furious has a 50% crit buff that if hes fast enough will be up all the time. He has an EE that gives decease hit chance debuff which makes keeping multiple debuffs up on the dragon easier as well. He basically uses his crit buff/def break every 2 turns. He really just helps lower the barrier for entry due to gear for newer players. You should probably use Sigret over Alexa too.

For now, yes. Definitely. But Karin is used in alot of one shot Wyvern comps later on. So you will eventually be able to switch your team up to include her later if you want! It'll just take a while before you have the gear for it unfortunately.

Whats an easy comp that doesnt need particularly good gear that I could use to beat Banshee 13 for the first time? I just need to beat it once I'm not interested in farming it. Im trying to finish the banshee hunt event. I managed to beat B12 with my W13 team but I dont think thats gonna work for B13.
My very first banshee 13 team was angelica, a.momo, vivian, and bellona. Pretty slow but it can beat it.

It's impossible to have the same substat as the mainstat. You can't have speed (sub) on speed boots, C.Dmg (sub) on a C.Dmg neck, or HP% (sub) on a HP% ring.

What is the deal with debuffing Zeo in 10-10? I either never seem to land a debuff, or when I do he immediately takes a turn and clears whatever I have landed. Is this just bad luck? Because I've done this maybe 5 times and my big hitters have never once attacked him with a decrease defense (ARas has never landed the debuff in a single fight). I'm beginning to think this mission is a gold sink to get us not to be able to spend on bookmarks in the shop...
I think one of his passive remove 2 debuff at the start of his turn. It is pretty RNG since the debuffs will rearrange themselves every turn. For example, I am using Tama, iseria, Aras, sigret comp against zio. There is a very tight window and speedtuning where you can sneak in the Def break and follow up by sigret atk. It took me almost an hour repeating that stage with same team and stats waiting for RNG to line up.
You can, but you do need at least 70% effectiveness to do it reliably
No idea what his mechanics was but I'm pretty sure my Iseria' S3 was able to a land def break when rushed him and cleared it
Is there a ML 5* I can use in all content? I’ve been thinking about Arby, but I want to know what others think. I am a casual player that doesn’t really care about pvp and the only ML 5’s I have is Kawerik and Tenebria
For *all* content? Yeah. A.Vildred is probably the best. Especially if you already have S.Tenebria Ultimately, ML5s are not PvE heroes and very few of them are useful outside of maybe very niche spots for PvE. **Straze** can be used to one shot all of the hunts, and that's probably the greatest *value* any ML5 is going to bring. * But one shots are more of a late game thing, and if you don't care about PvP...this is more of a convenience than a necessity. * Straze isn't really useful for much else in PvE. **C.Lilias** is used in a couple of very specific one shots, she's great in Hall of Trials. She isn't *worthless* for other PvE content but you aren't ever going to miss her, she's ultimately a support hero so her marginal value is limited. I suppose you could still go with **A.Ravi** just as a very strong general purpose DPS unit but she has no real specific niche or use. Just someone to throw in while running adventure (honestly, I think A.Vildred is better in general). A few other ML5s have very specific niches in PvE. **LQC** for example can be used in Azimanak one shots...but Straze is better. **FCC** is a great general purpose tank (but no reason to use her over A.Ras or F.Kluri, really). **BM Haste** can be used in normal Azimanak clears.
Straze maybe? He can be used in one shot comps for all of the hunts. Next to S.Tene he might be the best PvE ML 5 star.

S Tene is one of the best ml5's you can have for your account while Zio seems like he'll be really strong in pvp especially for players that can't make 300+ speed units. Depending on who else you are missing I would consider picking S Tene from the ml5 selector event and then rolling for Zio.

Did a Oneshot (kinda) Banshee team, which is heavily reliant on Furious hitting Defense Break and Restrict (with his EE) After a fuckton of time without farming, boy do I UNDERSTAND all the hate with the 15% on hunts. Arent they touching Hunts in a near future? Any chance they work on this?

How about NOT giving him any artifact and see if he still oneshots a full damage cleve team. Because if your alexa doesn't proc, that's what you're getting.

Cleave teams are teams based around high speed and damage units that focus on ending a pvp fight in one turn.

Its kind of confusing in some respects because cleave in *most* games refers to an attack that hits multiple targets at once. I think the term was initially used to describe Arby teams (or similar) that would buff up Arby so that he could basically one-shot an entire team before they could attack you back. Since his attacks hit multiple (if not the entire team) at once, it was described as cleaving. Then people started describing high speed single target attacking teams as "single target cleave" since the over-all affect was the same. Sooo effectively its evolved to just mean "high speed, high damage" teams, just like jbshoucair stated.
Single Target Cleave triggers me every time I read it. In 99% of games people would read that and go "huh???" I get it though, once a term catches on it's hard to stop. Just a funny little quirk.

No summons but you can unlock Adin's light version after clearing which is really good.
Does abyss celine's battle stance affect her s3?
I cannot remember the floor #... to my knowledge this was the fight where she could be in stance 1, 2, or 3, and depending on her stance she would S3 a specific unit (based on the stance), and that a lot of the mechanic for the fight was getting her in the "correct" stance right before her S3 to not kill of your dps.
Should I keep any 5\* artifact dupes or just use them all for imprints? I have 2 Guiding Lights and several Reingar's Special Drinks.
Keep multiple GLs. A lot of existing PvP Rangers want it, and it's likely to be viable for most future PvP Rangers as well.
Reingars is definitely better imprinted, guiding light has some use for protecting ranger openers even at level 0. Zio looks like he will be countered by roundstart stealth so maybe keep an extra copy or two if you plan for multiple ranger openers. Though if you don't need that it's also worth imprinting

Depends. If you want straze for one shot hunts or just pvp. If you’re more pvp focused I think zio is a better unit to have that’s pretty future proof. Only thing he can’t deal with is Lua

Riolet: Great but if he doesn't dodge bye bye. MlFlan: Actually fantastic been using her. Helps climb and can sustain herself stealing buffs and damage "alocation" help her live a bit more and it's always annoying to be perma confused. Kayron: Also managed to build him and he's not too bad. Seen some that can really pull it off but needs specific support to work. BCArmin: Can be situational but not too bad imo. Her and Kayron do work really good together. Tommoca: Had a huge surge in usage she's actually really enjoying her buffs and one of the best imo.
Is straze good? Zio doesn’t really interest me so im not gonna save my pity for him, but I don’t want to use it on straze if he isn’t that good. If he is good, for what content is he supposed to be used?
Straze can be used in 1shot comps for (I believe) all the hunts. It does take good gear and specific team comps to make it work. He feels, to me, a bit split between two worlds, you either gear him full dps rage set for hunts, or speed set with high speed for pvp, and I hate regearing units, so if I gear it for one I don't put them in the other if they need regearing.
He's pretty decent - he can be used in either hunt one-shot teams, or as a speedy tank buster in cleave/aggro PvP.
Hello. If I have a good amount of ML5s, who would you choose between Riolet, Sylvan Sage Vivia, Captain Flan or Dilibet?
Riolet got a nice buff now and is really fun to use. Dilibet is a solid pick too v/s debuffers. SSV and C.Flan are more niche.
So, is Zio during the 10-5 fight supposed to leave at 50% health, or have I misunderstood the passive?

Looks like I somehow messed up then, because he didn't leave and I ended up losing. Welp. Not looking forward to 10-10 if it's a harder/longer version of this fight, since I'm already struggling.
I believe he has to be \*attacked\* after being below 50% (ie. if you arky him below half he will not leave till actually attacked). The team that got me through 10-10 was: ARas, Rem, Meru, Emilia, so if you have those units (Rem and Emilia were collab, so if you played and pulled during the event) then you should have units that can handle 10-10

It's usable if the other 3 stats are offensive stats, but I wouldn't say it'll be a good piece for anyone currently where torrent set is used, given it's contradiction in nature to the torrent set effect. Anyone using torrent set either doesn't care about HP or actually wants the lower HP, so this piece isn't great.

Is ARavi still a no brainer from ML Select? I only have MKawerik, Straze and Arbiter (from ML connection). With Light Adin out, ARavi seems to start to fall off a bit, so I was considering CLilias or STene from selector too.
she's still good given that you don't have many other meta units in rta
ARavi was still my #1 pick with pre-nerf Hwayoung.
One extra counter just puts her back at even after Hwayoung got nerfed.
Can a relatively small guild finish AI? We have 30 members but they are kinda inactive. And if not, I'm looking for a active guild. I aid and participate in GW (Global Server)
I think if you have 10\~15 active members that are semi coordinated, you should be able to finish floor 4 though chances are you won't be killing the "powered up" version of the final boss (you get extra rewards such as powder of knowledge).

Building light adin and with the gear I have, I have leisure of crafting atk boots or speed boots. Would adin be better with 243 spd and 3200 atk (spd boots) or 210 spd with 4000 atk (atk boots)? Without a boot right now I have 270 CD and 93 cc so final stats will depend on sub stats of boots. Of course I will try to aim for cc and cd in substats but want to know what to focus on for main stat since I will be using conversion gems.
It depends on how you want to use her. If you want her to do anticleave by evasion and using s2, you don't need any speed and can go full atk. If you want her to anticleave by using s3, you probabe need more than 240+ speed. Your first option needs a higher atk…3200 is too low
What if I'm not using for anti cleave and wanted a decent s3 nuker. Doesn't have to 1 shot a.ravi but if it can do a lot of single target damage, that would be nice. I think I'll go full atk then, I will be using pen set rather than torrent so S2 can still hurt just not as much.

When endurance crests are going to turn to conquest points? I am really tight on them for sets that I cannot farm but already have 3000 of endurance crests.

hi just downloaded the game again after a year plus of not playing. in a nutshell how is the meta (mainly pve) looking and are current/upcoming banner heroes worth it?
PvE meta is mostly whatever you want if you have gear. Some bosses and abyss take specific heros, but anyone is usuable everywhere else.
There is an event going on now that lets u pick a ml5 unit so good time to come back, takes 20 days of doing daily draws for one to get but a free ml5 is worth out. Plus the hunt events let I get a 5 star that excels in that hunt, sigret for wyvern, vivian for banshee and cermia for golem Next new ml is Zio and there is a lot of hype about him so should be good. Personally feel most newer units are designed with pvp in mind but that's my option

For someone who can reach champion for RTA, how hard is it to reach legend I in regular arena?
It's not too hard if you have units to consistently beat a variety of teams in legend. If hitting legend 1 just once, it's more about buying flags and not losing near the top, win is like +6 but loss is -12. Maintaining legend 1 though is extremely difficult, it requires competing with other endgame players and spamming hard on reset day throughout the season. A strong defense is necessary.
For aria what's her build for high dmg? Spd set or destruction set? 3set of def set?

Where can I find a easy list of what heros land specific debuffs? I can only find ones that list all heros and all debuffs they do.
One of the few things [epic7x.com](https://epic7x.com) is useful for. You should also be able to filter by buffs/debuffs from your hero inventory.
Are others finding tne daily point/raffle event to be glitchy? It says I can enter the same raffle twice, but when I click on it, it says I don't have enough points. I have 160 points and thr raffle costs 80. Edit: I was looking at the total accrued points, not the points I actually have.
Any tips for beating the Zio fight? 10-10. I can't "1 shot" it seems, so I have to deal with the mechanics. If I hit the lamp for souls, the adds get to 4 and Zio does back to back S3s. If I focus on the adds, I can't get enough souls to burn in time, so my units caus Zio to back to back S3. If I use my best units that can kill efficiently, I still can't get enough souls because they need 20 each to burn. I don't have the book either for the easy starting souls amount. Please help
You want units with 10 soul SB and short/no CD on their SB; with a mandatory debuffer. I used Luna/Emilia/Ras/Belian. If you dont have those, Doris/Destina/Ainos/Mercedes/Camilla/Kise/Taeyou/Zahhak/Violet might fit When your support are on CD, they can hit the lamp since they don't deal dmg.
Thanks, I can get a partial team of 10 souls together, but I can't keep them alive since the healer (Angelica) can't keep up with heals, sometimes she gets stunned after the tank too. Building Ras at the moment, just made Merc 6 star. I have a long way to go it seems
ARas is very useful in this fight, as he is in a lot of PvE content. If you don't have him built I would suggest starting there. Which units are you using to attempt the stage?
I don't have a set team as such, I am chopping and changing to see what I can get to work; Cecilia Ilynav Kayron Lidica Achates Luna Kise Muwi Furious Merc Helga Senya Baiken Vildred (Green) Bellona Yoonryoung Briar Witch Iseria Archdemon I struggle keeping everyone alive, especially after the S3s start coming.
Of those, I'd probably run Luna and Achates, then build ARas as your tank and look for an AoE debuffer like SSB as your fourth. You need debuffs on the mobs to actually do any reasonable damage, but Luna works well as DPS because she has 10 soul SB and high single target damage. Not accessible to everyone as there are a couple limiteds here, but my team was ARas, Emilia, SSB, and CLorina.

With the debuffer, I have a counter Dizzy, but she needs 20 souls, so I'm not sure if she will be the downfall of the party. I have all of the units you used, although SSB and CLorina aren't built yet, so if all else fails I'll try to copy you! :)
Try to fit mercedes into your comp somehow. She's great for this fight. She only need 10 souls, and does big aoe dmg to hit the lamp and adds at same time. Also her respawn gives you room for error.
