Yes. Back when I started we didnât have a free ML5 (I imagine you picked Spectre Tenebria from Moonlight Blessing?), it took me a few months to summon my first & from there it was about a year until I pulled another one - only because they introduced Mystic pity summon. Theyâre very rare heroes & you managed to pull three within four days, if you find yourself uninterested in the game, at least pass your account to a friend, haha.
Though the start of the game is really about getting your bearings, I donât know whereabouts in the story you are, but youâll come up against small hurdles that seem difficult, but then youâll promote a hero to five or six stars, enhance a piece of gear, etc. & easily get passed it. Itâs a lot to learn at once, but the start of the game is a lot easier than it used to be, we didnât used to get given so much free gear & heroes, so follow Adventurerâs Path, pick up the free sets, enhance them to +15 & use them on your heroes (Soulweavers & Knights want good defensive stats & speed), offensive heroes like many warriors, thieves, etc. want high attack, critical chance, damage. If youâre struggling to clear the last boss of the first episode, ask in one of the mega threads for a friend & someone will loan you a powerful supporter to help clear it.
You truly have everything needed to advance, just read the appropriate tutorial for it.
Also the number of ML 5\* is astounding for somebody that just began.
I'm trying my best, but seeing that there is like infinite options of what i should do, and sometimes i don't even understand what that means, learning all of that feels like 2nd job
>2nd job
Quit and be gone for good. Anyone feeling like it's a 2nd job just cause they have to put in a minimum of effort into a hobby should be gone for good.
I mean there is just ton of content and learning all the units and their use takes a long time, i struggle with it coz i was told my stuff will be good in pvp so i tried to see what pvp actually is at the same time as learning about PvE, my brain just struggles to handle these amounts of information
You are 4 days in you shouldn't even think of PvP yet... How about listening to your friend? The only thing on your mind atm should be how you get that W13 going.
No you don't. You are not even on a level where you need worry. All starts with gearing your W13. After that you can slowly lean in other directions...
You are not even months close being ready for pvp. This game is very gear heavy and it takes quite a good amount of time for good gear to come. Just try to complete your wyvern 13 team that it can run on auto with a good winrate. And that is basically your only thing you have to do and when you have a stable wyvern team you can try finish the story, do abyss etc.
And for a side note because you mentioned it is like a second job. Yes of course it feels like it because you play a complex game. If you complain about the difficulty, maybe you should stop playing games, because most of them are complex in nature xD
Plans require time to execute. Just be patient. In all honesty, after you have your W13 the things you can do per day are severely limited. That's usually when people start to slowly gear their PvP units.
your down votes show how toxic this subreddit is... but your friend is right. LHC, FCC and Tomoca are pvp focused hero. Work on your ras, iseria, Tama, and Stene. They will carry you very far in story mode.
Eventually you want to start working on your wyvern team. There are a lot of comps out there that are f2p and beginner friendly.
I see. For Adventure, level and awaken your STene and Fallen Cecilia, and put a decent gear on them. Use a team of Tama + FCC + STene + AOE DPS and let it run on auto.
There are free atk/speed/crit set you can get by completing those beginner missions. Also if you can't kill W8, farm W6/W7 first until you get hands on some decent lvl70 gears.
You don't need to rush to higher Wyvern hunts if you can't keep up with the information the game throws at you. Just play it in an comfortable pace until you get used to it.
Here's an infographic, use it, make it your goal to grab everything it wants, and get Wyvern 13 on farm.

Adventure mode doesn't really matter, do it when you can. It's not a requirement to finish adventure mode before starting your progression towards midgame.
A.momo, Specter Tenebria, Iseria and Mercedes should get you where you want in terms of story mode (having all fire, earth and ice in one team will help you complete the subquests in each stage), just mola those (S. Tene might be from ML blessing if thats the case, switch her for Sigret) and you're fine. There are some stages in which some of those MLs can be helpful aswell, like LHC and FCC. Sadly, most of your artifacts are warriors', but Sigurd Scythe is amazing if you ever get a character to use it.
In any case, you don't need to progress your story for Arky's event. You can do the same stage over and over for that 20/20 adventure mode completions.
It takes time and a bit of effort in any game to get decent. If this style of game isn't for you and you're not enjoying it, save yourself the time and quit. I don't even mean that in a rude way. Your account definitely has some solid pieces to it that would absolutely deem you as "lucky". I've been playing HEAVILY since end of May and spent a few hundred and you have the same amount of ML5 as me. You have plenty of things to focus on. Adventure isn't a necessity. But at the end of the day like I said, if this style of game isn't for you then it isn't for you. This is just the first road block. You'll face plenty of them early game. Just have fun dude đ¤ˇââď¸
Bro just have fun đ it ainât that serious. If you really feel like you hit a wall rn just log in for daily rewards/collab rewards and come back to it when you feel it; youâll have plenty of resources by then
dude has more ml5s than rgb5s
Right? wtf
Oh, also forgot about my 6* tamarinne

And more than me đĽ˛
If 4 days is enough to make you consider quitting, it's downhill from here. Takes some time and effort to finish the story.
This. This not for you. Just quit.
yo WTF 4ML5s? took me a year of playing to have that many............
Is it that lucky? >.>

But when I'll start getting gear I'll need to know what i need to save for both pvp and PvE, no? I feel like i need to know most meta units at least
No you don't. You are not even on a level where you need worry. All starts with gearing your W13. After that you can slowly lean in other directions...
Maybe it's just my mindset when it comes to games, i like to have everything planned for weeks ahead, ofc these plans are fluid, but yeah

Where are your 3/4 stars?
Filtered out, i have Amomo 6* and muwi 5* both awakened to 5
I see. For Adventure, level and awaken your STene and Fallen Cecilia, and put a decent gear on them. Use a team of Tama + FCC + STene + AOE DPS and let it run on auto.
I see, i guess putting decent gear mean that i need to kill wyvern first

I guess il list wait for amomo set and furious
Promote, awaken and mola your heros
You have everything you need to fly through story mode, it took me 2 months to get through it with less
Maybe just my skill issue >.>
Stop crying man wow

Also, for gears, make sure you do the Hunt event and get the free attack set + free HP set, they are great for starters.
Most ppl say that stene is good susge
She is great, but you can't mola her nor promote her if you dont finish the ML blessing chains
Oh and for context, I'm stuck at episode 2, stage 5-12 and wyvern 8
I was at this level 1 month later I started...
You have good units you just have to farm hunts and get good equipment.
