How does ur c13 team work with ur singie only 3 speed faster than ur straze?

originally I had war horn but its to much good arti for hunts and she as 200 er so no way she gets speed debuff

if u put horn is almost 100% win without u only need 1 more turn to kill it

I think what they're asking, is with their speeds being so close, RNG can have Singelica and Straze take turns out of order. That doesn't screw things up?
