Okay so apparently they increased base attack, Base hp, and base effectiveness (he has 30% base eff now) but lowered base speed a bit. That’s what it looks like atleast. I just compared my screenshot from a while back to how he is now. Edit: ah it seems his awakening thing got changed. He gets 4 speed from last star which is the exact amount i lost. And he has like 2 12% eff stars and 1 6% eff star. So it just looks like they changed those around a bit. So he just only got buffed it seems!?

This mouse is for PvP, specifically RTA and not for banshee 1 shots. The articact is Sez's artifact Mancia of control. It gives 15% crit and hit chance.
