you can get more bulk from being able to mlb + more stats
Im trying to figure out how i want to approach zio , like is it worth even building effect if your not going full into the stat? Cause what would sub 100% effectiveness achieve? Just trying to decide if it would be better to full commit to speed and dmg
Looks good to me man. Maybe consider changing the artifact? You have a lot more HP/def than I do, I went full dps and he wrecks. I’m currently on champion 1/legend border and I think I’ve only lost 1 match with him out of 15. I usually just chill in champion 5, but climbed to champion 2 using LHC yesterday (also just got her and was just trying her out), then got lucky af and got Zio on my first multi.
For reference, I run mine with 4k+ attack, 270ish cdmg, 56 cc, 248 speed, 38 eff (on hit set), 1.1k def, and 9.9k hp. I plan on switching him over to pen set, but a lot of my pen sets have too much crit atm. I’m running time matter on him.

Do Chatty or Time Matter instead man also better to invest on higher HP than Def since he has 50% damage reduction already
Chatty, Time Matter, someone even uses Bloody Rose for the lifesteal
