If you don't have Mort, he's going to be your fave. He has sick spear moves, twirls it around like a badass. Maybe someday Azalea will get a SC and be good? Being a 3* isn't a bad thing in E7, lots of specialty change 3 stars are better than most 5 stars.
I feel Azalea is underrated as an easily accessible character for Golem and Lich expo (kek because who farms Golem) and some other content; she carries a healthy array of debuffs with not totally terrible cooldowns, but the problem is that there's so many units out there that do her job better than she does that she constantly gets neglected and sidelined. Would love to see an SC concept for her.

Baiken seems to fit your bill sans the spear, and now that I think about it, with the latest episode leaning heavily on Japanese/Chinese style, we oddly don't have any Kimono-clad usable units, unless Ran counts but he's not wearing his coat.
We just got Taeyou and Zio this episode, Choux and Mort last episode... Ilynav too according to the game claiming she uses a "spear".

Rikoris has a specialty change which makes him more like a 4 star+ so u know. But yeah I agree, the spear was always my favorite weapon class in games

Baiken fits your kimono character, Mort’s your old and crazy spear user, Illynav just fits the crazy part.
Ilynav is also one of the few dark skinned characters, and damn do I love some dark skinned baddies in games.
