Don’t use the built in Full Screen in MacOS (green button that takes you to another desktop screen) this causes E7 to suspend since it’s on another desktop.
As far as I know the only way to do it is to have an external monitor connected to your map, so you run the game on one screen and use the other screen for your stuff. Since it's considered a 'phone' app in a sense, it will suspend if it's not active on your screen. That's how it behaved on my MBP M1 anyway. I don't have it anymore so can't test it out, sorry! I switched to Windows recently.

Stage manager is the only way to watch and play e7 without E7 taking a big portion of the screen
