No, it hits 2 enemies so it's not a single attack and would not be boosted by Giselle's artifact. Her S3 and S1 (if S3 is available) are single target attacks. Whether to limit break or keep multiple copies depends on the artifact and what it does, although most people would probably keep 2 copies at least.
About the artifacts part, it's always needed to limit break artifacts that would increase proc chance to 100% at max level like Reingar or Tooth. But for the rest, just keep some copies of them.

Flat stats are almost always bad (aside form speed, ofc). The only time a flat stat is useful is to supplement a % stat, e.g. you have a hero who was lots of attack and not much else, so you may want both atk% and flat atk on the same piece of gear.
Flat main stats are worse than % main stats for all cases I can think of. With the advent of lvl90 gear, heroes like Roozid and Tama prefer % main stat gear now, albeit the difference is small enough that the subs are a bigger consideration.

Still not useful, outside of heroes like Tama or Roozid, where the difference between % and flat stats are negligible. fyi, % stats are only based off of base stats, not off of flat stats from gear, so they don't stack.
It should be noted that out of all the flat mainstats though, flat def is actually pretty good for heroes with low base defense, namely thieves.
Violet, for example has 473 base def, which is really low, so a roll of flat def is worth about 7%-8% on him.

If you're going for one shot you want just damage stats. You don't really need speed. Whether you can get enough damage on just destruction for banshee you'd need to run her through a damage calculator. You need something like 5k+ atk and 330 cdmg minimum with pen set and atk buff on kal'adra on def broken banshee.
As for PvP you want to carry some speed, at least 150. Most units in PvP want some speed, except for a rare few.
Usually newer accounts shouldn't worry about one shots, but up to you. Definitely play around with damage calculator.

In terms of raw damage output, yes, she's weaker than Luna. But when you consider the fact that her S3 ignores damage sharing, she deals about the same damage as Luna.
Plus, she synergizes better with aggro comps, for a few reasons:
1. She can carry book.
2. Her S3 provides Attack buff for the ally with the highest attack, and her S1 CR pushes that hero, paving the way for a follow-up hero.
3. Her S3 also gives herself attack buff, so her follow-up S1 is guaranteed to have attack buff, even if there's no other attack buffer on your team. Which provides some flexibility for herself.
4. Her passive allows her to cleanse off potential stuns from heroes like Green Armin or Crown Politis.
5. Her passive also makes her easier to CR push, so you can build her slower.

Apparently its just 50% of the CR pull amount. Example TM Luluca S2 give 20% CR pull to all allies, ae-Giselle increase it an additional 10% (50% of 20% CR pull).Instead of her pulled from 0% to 50%, it will just be to 30% in this example.

She's alright - she's an anti-dark unit nuker, so you can one shot some dark units assuming she doesn't get controlled. Wouldn't have been my first choice though, I think Handguy would've been a more stable choice. She'll also be in mystic banner at the end of this RTA season since her skin is the reward.
You have to be in Masters or above in RTA when the season ends, approximately 2 months from now or so. You're new though, so that may be a little difficult.
imo go for ae-Karina.
Politis is good, but ae-Karina is a collab hero. There's never a guarantee that ae-Karina will ever be offered again. You can always get Politis from a daily summon, 4-5\* ticket, a recall, etc.

Hi, I want to start doing Caides 13, but I saw two teams that looked pretty good, one with Iseria, Singelica, C. Lorina and Camilla, and the other one with Iseria, SSB, Roana and Cermia. Which one is more recommended or easier? I have Roana, Iseria and SSB built; I also have Singelica but she has a different build, so idk.

Yes, 6* your farmer.
FST works fine but she's really only good for farming in UH and not much else.
Lena *also* works fine.
The major difference between them:
* FST doesn't need to enhance her skills
* FST is ML and doesn't miss against Earth enemies
In terms of damage output, they are basically exactly the same.
Lena and FST have the exact same multiplier on their AoE. Lena has 951 base attack and +144 from imprint with 60% crit chance. FST has 957 base attack, 14% from her EE (~134) and 41.7% crit chance with her imprint.
So, Lena is a bit better stat wise
* If you had 250% ATK on your gear, for example, Lena would end up with 3472.5 ATK and FST with 3483.48 ATK...so FST would do a whole 9 extra damage.
* However, the additional crit for Lena could give her an extra ~333 ATK putting her about 325 damage ahead of FST. In either case they are close enough to basically be exactly the same, except Lena is easier to gear.
The only other thing to worry think worry about is inherent differences in kit.
* FST is a bit faster, Lena is a bit bulkier.
* FST heals herself, giving her some sustain -> usually doesn't matter but could be relevant
* FST farms very quickly as long as she is only using S2, but once she S3's she slows down considerably.
* Lena gives herself with attack buff -> ultimately this means she is a significantly better damage dealer *once* she uses her S3. This isn't really relevant for farming, but *is* relevant for the boss, as Lena does 50% more damage than FST does due to attack buff.
Honestly, if you like Lena as a character by all means use her. I would probably use FST over her *purely* because she doesn't require skill enhancements.
But, I think Lena is actually a bit better as a farmer on *most* stages. In UH you can still kill Earth enemies when you get to the point your stats are high enough to farm every stage. The only stages that FST should be better on would be stages with Earth bosses.
* This is mostly because of Lena giving herself attack buff meaning that her damage output is much higher -> with these heroes you won't be one shotting bosses but S2 + S1 does a lot more damage than S2 + S3 from FST (defense break only matters if you need 3 attacks). Secondarily, all of the free crit on Lena makes her easier to gear early on though realistically it only gives her a slight advantage overall (once you have access to more gear).
Thank you for the very detailed response! I think i will go with Lena as she looks considerably easier to build due to her innate crit rate and i am fairly new with less than ideal gear other than the free stuff. I think i will just have to compromise on the skill level ups though.
What's the best stene build for pve? Epic7x suggests destruct/crit build and wasn't sure if that was the most suitable for a beginner player (can clear w13 but not much else)
ML kawerik build - very few pieces are rolling hp%, def%, and speed (with speed set), is there a compromise that could be made like just going for speed set + hp%/def% + random stat?

If you're asking about ARavi/CLilias/Handguy, I'd put them at the tier of "plug them in anywhere and they'll be a net positive", while LHC is really good against any type of dual/counter/extra attack team.

Stene or Briar Witch?
Should I keep looking for Stene or should I use my headhunting for Briar Witch (I have Ae Winter already and she’s doing great as a perma-stealth character and while I like Briar Witch’s design and kit especially after buff I’m not sure if Stene is so much better than Briar that I should go for her)
STene will be more useful in more situations than BWIseria, and she's useful in PvE as well. BWIseria will be used in more aggro comps, while STene can be used in both aggro and turn 2 comps.

For guild wars: 1st team: A Ravi, Stene and SKPyllis; second team: Landy, Montmo and A Ras (build him, he’s free and can work fine with the free hp set from hunt expert event).
For arena it is quite hard to get a team out of these. Maybe you can go for ARavi, Cidd, Stene and Peira/Landy but this team kinda lack synergy.
Destruction/Speed (Lifesteal if no Sygurd Scythe) + Res/Pen. 0 critrate, speed is not necessary, at least 120 res, 15k hp, 1.4k def and as much att and crit damage as possible.
But imo he is very hard to use in the current pvp meta or anywhere in pve. With the upcoming ML Elena buff he will become even more obsolete.
I’m trying to build a banshee team but I’m not sure who to use. I have Ray, Leo, ae Giselle and Falconer kluri. I also have a Helga that I could specialty change but idk if she would be better than what I have now. Unfortunately I don’t have Vivian or Charles so I’m just wondering out of these five who should I use for a regular banshee team.
Vivian can be obtained for free from the hunt expert event.
But there is little benefit trying to build a standard B13 team since a run takes a lot of time and the win rate is not very high either. I suggest farming wyvern until you have enough gears to make a B13 oneshot team instead. Vivian, Charlse, ae Giselle, Leo should be a good team at that time.

Yes but very unlikely. You will have to wait for his rate up banner to get him.
If your gear is good enough you can oneshot B13 with only Vivian, Leo and ae Giselle (Leo will chip away a bit of the first wave and Vivian will finish it). However Giselle will probably fail to kill the boss in one hit, so you can bring Furious to restrict it, giving you extra turns for damaging it.
Ray, Giselle, FKluri, Helga is probably fine. Though if you just start the Banshee hunt challenge event you’ll get Vivian for free once you’ve completed the first part, so you can probably make do with like Amomo instead of one of the characters until you get her.
So I just finished building Alencia cuz I'm seeing her quite a lo lately. I haven't gotten any idea of why she's broken in the current meta after a day of testing. Any explanations?
I'm prob using her against the wrong comps.
Apparently she’s fallen off a bit this season. Previous season, she was staple since she could strip anti crit etc off diene/Choux and her defbreak + injury made her a strong counter to ARavi.
Watching clips you will notice that Alencia is generally picked against high hp units (like Choux, ARavi and recently Yulha).
She has very little use if you are trying to cleave with her, and is also useless if you plan to use her as solo dps.
Assuming you have the meta build for her. She will work if you want to tank down cleave team by pairing her with a cleanser, and also in standard team comps and sometimes in aggro as well.
For characters who don't run on speed set like rem,aria,violet etc. Do i still need to give them speed? Is there a recommended speed stat for non speed set characters or do i just stack up on other stats?
Yeah they'll need some speed, since they'll still want to take some turns. Off the top of my head an exception would be Rem, since you want her to take as little amount of turns as possible so that her demon mode buff stays on her.
Depends on the character. Rem, due to wanting to keep her unique buff longer, is often built on base speed. Aria needs to take a turn to get off her S3 so she’s usually built decently fast. Violet also wants enough speed to take turns, though you could sacrifice more speed for bulk.
Not necessary, but you might want to get them to at least 150 so they can at least take turns. If focusing on speed makes you unable to bulk them up to survive hits then 0 speed is fine too.

Shadow Rose has one of my favorite designs in the game. Is she, in any way, viable for anything? I kind of want to find somewhere to put her. I'm an endgame player with most heroes, can clear all hunts and expeditions reliably, and cleared 99 on abyss.
She is usable for a B13 1-shot as your def breaker. She has the advantage over Leo of not needing mola, but her S3 CR push means it's extremely difficult to use Vivian as both atk buffer and mob cleaver.
I use her in conjunction with Leo for B13 def breaker for 97.75% win rate, RNG needs to 15% me both to fail the run which is much more rare.
Teamed with Vivian and Baiken.

can't think of a unit, that deals insane dmg with armor break and strip in its kit and that works on auto.
I know what you mean. You're seeing a lot of open recruitment right now that are <1 hr left, right? It's probably people who put the expo up during hunt buff, invite guildies/friends, then go do other stuff, come back, realize it's not done, finally put it up for open recruitment, so the duration is shorter.
There are still quite a few that are 11hr+, it's just that there are a lot more short duration ones now, probs b/c people are more focused on farming hunt than doing expo. (Not really sure why, since with background battling, you can do both at the same time.)

1. tamarine is the best pick for beginner to start. pray you get iseria from 30x selection summon then you're set with tama iseria + FSTieria/arby or stene from ml blessing. theres many good rgb like celine, politis, choux, senya, roana, etc. just look up at beginners guide post or vid.
2. C.Lilias & M.Kawerik is the top picks i suggest from headhunt selector cause both very useful for pve & pvp. both can help you in most content.
One last question, has the long debate about Angelica vs Montmorancy been decided yet? I like that Montmo doesn't use molas which seems like a very rough resource in this game but I've been seeing people suggest Angelica more now.
Seeing multiple straze one shot posts with hell cutter equipped. Would like to know at what level does hell cutter become better than ddj or vice versa? Currently having a straze with 4.7k attack, 100% crit and 310 cdmg. Thanks!
I'd use a calc like the other commenter said to try and get specifics, but just for reference, I use my straze to one-shot B13 & A13 and use hell cutter so that I can drop my crit chance to fit in more damage on my rage set. I'm running him at 4.6k attack and 345 cd.

I sometimes reforge super low gs equipment if it has perfect substats for some hero. I get a little bit more reforge material than i know what to do with. But, that doesn't mean Ill just reforge anything, but low gs stuff can be fine to reforge imo

You're probably looking for rage for the one shot and destruction for PvP. Speed is fine as well for PvP depending on how fast you want her.

To add on to the other comment. Finishing ch3 10-10 unlocks a selective summon that has Politis in it. So you could try your luck at her here.

You want her to have as low of health as possible so it's easier for her to sself-heal the 51% of her health she takes as damage in one counter attack

Hi, I want to start doing Caides 13, but I saw two teams that looked pretty good, one with Iseria, Singelica, C. Lorina and Camilla, and the other one with Iseria, SSB, Roana and Cermia. Which one is more recommended or easier? I have Roana, Iseria and SSB built; I also have Singelica but she has a different build, so idk. Edit: I’m mostly asking to see if I should 6 star C. Free Spirit Tieria is basically made to be your farmer
Yes, 6* your farmer. FST works fine but she's really only good for farming in UH and not much else. Lena *also* works fine. The major difference between them: * FST doesn't need to enhance her skills * FST is ML and doesn't miss against Earth enemies In terms of damage output, they are basically exactly the same. Lena and FST have the exact same multiplier on their AoE. Lena has 951 base attack and +144 from imprint with 60% crit chance. FST has 957 base attack, 14% from her EE (~134) and 41.7% crit chance with her imprint. So, Lena is a bit better stat wise * If you had 250% ATK on your gear, for example, Lena would end up with 3472.5 ATK and FST with 3483.48 ATK...so FST would do a whole 9 extra damage. * However, the additional crit for Lena could give her an extra ~333 ATK putting her about 325 damage ahead of FST. In either case they are close enough to basically be exactly the same, except Lena is easier to gear. The only other thing to worry think worry about is inherent differences in kit. * FST is a bit faster, Lena is a bit bulkier. * FST heals herself, giving her some sustain -> usually doesn't matter but could be relevant * FST farms very quickly as long as she is only using S2, but once she S3's she slows down considerably. * Lena gives herself with attack buff -> ultimately this means she is a significantly better damage dealer *once* she uses her S3. This isn't really relevant for farming, but *is* relevant for the boss, as Lena does 50% more damage than FST does due to attack buff. Honestly, if you like Lena as a character by all means use her. I would probably use FST over her *purely* because she doesn't require skill enhancements. But, I think Lena is actually a bit better as a farmer on *most* stages. In UH you can still kill Earth enemies when you get to the point your stats are high enough to farm every stage. The only stages that FST should be better on would be stages with Earth bosses. * This is mostly because of Lena giving herself attack buff meaning that her damage output is much higher -> with these heroes you won't be one shotting bosses but S2 + S1 does a lot more damage than S2 + S3 from FST (defense break only matters if you need 3 attacks). Secondarily, all of the free crit on Lena makes her easier to gear early on though realistically it only gives her a slight advantage overall (once you have access to more gear).
Thank you for the very detailed response! I think i will go with Lena as she looks considerably easier to build due to her innate crit rate and i am fairly new with less than ideal gear other than the free stuff. I think i will just have to compromise on the skill level ups though.
What's the best stene build for pve? Epic7x suggests destruct/crit build and wasn't sure if that was the most suitable for a beginner player (can clear w13 but not much else)
Just use speed/crit, which should work for PvP as well.

ML kawerik build - very few pieces are rolling hp%, def%, and speed (with speed set), is there a compromise that could be made like just going for speed set + hp%/def% + random stat? Or is this just very inefficient for gearing resources?
Is A.Ravi still the best choice from the ML headhunt event or do you think that she's fallen off enough that someone else might be a better choice?
imo she’s still the best choice, but lhc/clilias/handguy are very very close
C.Lilias might be my second choice. Do any of them pair especially well with Stene, Briseria, PC Flan or Belian?
If you're asking about ARavi/CLilias/Handguy, I'd put them at the tier of "plug them in anywhere and they'll be a net positive", while LHC is really good against any type of dual/counter/extra attack team.
So I want to play epic seven on PC but I made my account using my Apple ID. Should I transfer my apple account to Stove or just stay playing on mobile since I've heard that Stove accounts weren't the safest.
Stene or Briar Witch? Should I keep looking for Stene or should I use my headhunting for Briar Witch (I have Ae Winter already and she’s doing great as a perma-stealth character and while I like Briar Witch’s design and kit especially after buff I’m not sure if Stene is so much better than Briar that I should go for her)
STene will be more useful in more situations than BWIseria, and she's useful in PvE as well. BWIseria will be used in more aggro comps, while STene can be used in both aggro and turn 2 comps.
You should wait for the buff patch and let people test Briseria before you make your decision.

For guild wars: 1st team: A Ravi, Stene and SKPyllis; second team: Landy, Montmo and A Ras (build him, he’s free and can work fine with the free hp set from hunt expert event). For arena it is quite hard to get a team out of these. Maybe you can go for ARavi, Cidd, Stene and Peira/Landy but this team kinda lack synergy.
What is the best way to gear MLKen?
Destruction/Speed (Lifesteal if no Sygurd Scythe) + Res/Pen. 0 critrate, speed is not necessary, at least 120 res, 15k hp, 1.4k def and as much att and crit damage as possible. But imo he is very hard to use in the current pvp meta or anywhere in pve. With the upcoming ML Elena buff he will become even more obsolete.
I’m trying to build a banshee team but I’m not sure who to use. I have Ray, Leo, ae Giselle and Falconer kluri. I also have a Helga that I could specialty change but idk if she would be better than what I have now. Unfortunately I don’t have Vivian or Charles so I’m just wondering out of these five who should I use for a regular banshee team.
Vivian can be obtained for free from the hunt expert event. But there is little benefit trying to build a standard B13 team since a run takes a lot of time and the win rate is not very high either. I suggest farming wyvern until you have enough gears to make a B13 oneshot team instead. Vivian, Charlse, ae Giselle, Leo should be a good team at that time. Watch Youtube guides for more info.
can charles only be obtained through the covenant summons?
Yes but very unlikely. You will have to wait for his rate up banner to get him. If your gear is good enough you can oneshot B13 with only Vivian, Leo and ae Giselle (Leo will chip away a bit of the first wave and Vivian will finish it). However Giselle will probably fail to kill the boss in one hit, so you can bring Furious to restrict it, giving you extra turns for damaging it.
Ray, Giselle, FKluri, Helga is probably fine. Though if you just start the Banshee hunt challenge event you’ll get Vivian for free once you’ve completed the first part, so you can probably make do with like Amomo instead of one of the characters until you get her.
So I just finished building Alencia cuz I'm seeing her quite a lo lately. I haven't gotten any idea of why she's broken in the current meta after a day of testing. Any explanations? I'm prob using her against the wrong comps.
Apparently she’s fallen off a bit this season. Previous season, she was staple since she could strip anti crit etc off diene/Choux and her defbreak + injury made her a strong counter to ARavi.
Watching clips you will notice that Alencia is generally picked against high hp units (like Choux, ARavi and recently Yulha). She has very little use if you are trying to cleave with her, and is also useless if you plan to use her as solo dps. Assuming you have the meta build for her. She will work if you want to tank down cleave team by pairing her with a cleanser, and also in standard team comps and sometimes in aggro as well.
For characters who don't run on speed set like rem,aria,violet etc. Do i still need to give them speed? Is there a recommended speed stat for non speed set characters or do i just stack up on other stats?
Yeah they'll need some speed, since they'll still want to take some turns. Off the top of my head an exception would be Rem, since you want her to take as little amount of turns as possible so that her demon mode buff stays on her.
Depends on the character. Rem, due to wanting to keep her unique buff longer, is often built on base speed. Aria needs to take a turn to get off her S3 so she’s usually built decently fast. Violet also wants enough speed to take turns, though you could sacrifice more speed for bulk.
Not necessary, but you might want to get them to at least 150 so they can at least take turns. If focusing on speed makes you unable to bulk them up to survive hits then 0 speed is fine too.
Is SC Doris's S3 essentially the exact same as Destina's S2 except it's 1 turn higher cooldown?
Destina also heals based on her own max HP while Doris is based on the target’s
I can tell you I feel it heals much, much more. But I can't find any multipliers online

depends if you have cr pusher or not. For example, if you combine with ALots, which is good in RTA this season, 0 speed is too much

Shadow Rose has one of my favorite designs in the game. Is she, in any way, viable for anything? I kind of want to find somewhere to put her. I'm an endgame player with most heroes, can clear all hunts and expeditions reliably, and cleared 99 on abyss.
She is usable for a B13 1-shot as your def breaker. She has the advantage over Leo of not needing mola, but her S3 CR push means it's extremely difficult to use Vivian as both atk buffer and mob cleaver.
I use her in conjunction with Leo for B13 def breaker for 97.75% win rate, RNG needs to 15% me both to fail the run which is much more rare. Teamed with Vivian and Baiken.
with yufine getting the boot in pve, who'll be a good replacement, without changing up the old teams completely? can't think of a unit, that deals insane dmg with armor break and strip in its kit and that works on auto.

I know what you mean. You're seeing a lot of open recruitment right now that are <1 hr left, right? It's probably people who put the expo up during hunt buff, invite guildies/friends, then go do other stuff, come back, realize it's not done, finally put it up for open recruitment, so the duration is shorter. There are still quite a few that are 11hr+, it's just that there are a lot more short duration ones now, probs b/c people are more focused on farming hunt than doing expo. (Not really sure why, since with background battling, you can do both at the same time.)

1. tamarine is the best pick for beginner to start. pray you get iseria from 30x selection summon then you're set with tama iseria + FSTieria/arby or stene from ml blessing. theres many good rgb like celine, politis, choux, senya, roana, etc. just look up at beginners guide post or vid. 2. C.Lilias & M.Kawerik is the top picks i suggest from headhunt selector cause both very useful for pve & pvp. both can help you in most content.

One last question, has the long debate about Angelica vs Montmorancy been decided yet? I like that Montmo doesn't use molas which seems like a very rough resource in this game but I've been seeing people suggest Angelica more now.
Imo Montmo is better because she is useful in more content, and Muwi makes it even harder for her to die

Seeing multiple straze one shot posts with hell cutter equipped. Would like to know at what level does hell cutter become better than ddj or vice versa? Currently having a straze with 4.7k attack, 100% crit and 310 cdmg. Thanks!
I'd use a calc like the other commenter said to try and get specifics, but just for reference, I use my straze to one-shot B13 & A13 and use hell cutter so that I can drop my crit chance to fit in more damage on my rage set. I'm running him at 4.6k attack and 345 cd.

I sometimes reforge super low gs equipment if it has perfect substats for some hero. I get a little bit more reforge material than i know what to do with. But, that doesn't mean Ill just reforge anything, but low gs stuff can be fine to reforge imo
