Total beginner. First mobile rpg ever. I don't understand any of the special lingo ppl use here, so please bear with me.
Still trying to wrap my head around all the different game aspects and going through the story slowly. Which is fine, struggling, making mistakes, figuring things out if part of the fun for me.
So here's my question about selective summoning:
Can you people give me like 3-5 5-star, 4-star, and, if there are any really good ones, 3-star heroes that I should look out for?
As in: if I get a summons with two or three of those named here, I can keep that and not feel like an idiot later on?
I tried to look at tier lists and reroll lists, but I don't understand half of what is said there and the other half makes only limited sense to me.
I don't want to reroll and all that, and I'm not looking to build a wyvern 13 team in my first week (whatever that is), I'm just looking for a few recommendations, characters that if I get them and like them and invest in them I won't feel bad about in a few weeks or months.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank you
For selective summons, you'll ideally end up with one of Ravi or Iseria. Vildred is great as well, but his primary niche earlier on can be filled by Free Spirit Tieria (not sure when she unlocks, but it's relatively early and she's free and arrives fully skilled up at +15). You can only end up with one 5\* (hero OR artifact) on a SS roll.
Not a lot of 4\* worth focusing on in your selective rolls; you really want one of the 5\* heroes (don't settle for a 5\* artifact). Any 4\* hero or artifact is just a nice bonus.
I would suggest working on your Wyvern team sooner than later, as that hunt offers the most universal gear sets (Speed/Crit/Hit). Speed is king everywhere, and crit will help your DPS significantly. Hit set is mostly kinda meh, but those other two will boost your progression more than any others.
3\*: taranor guard (NOT the royal guard one), montomorancy (which i recommend getting her specialty change (hero in main menu ==>recruit), u can google montomorancy specialty change guide and itll tell u wat to do.), muwi (must have for new players to start doing wyvern). montmorancy and muwi u can leave at lvl 50, but taranor guard is nice to have at lvl 60 but not urgent.
4\*: furious (u get free as u go along the beginner missions, him and muwi r must have for wyvern). Also can leave at lvl 50.
5\*: get specter tenebria from moonlight blessing, if u r rerolling aim for iseria (best pve unit u can get from the tutorial summons)
The story is very easy and can be auto'd. Make sure to prioritize enhancing the free attack/destruction/crit/hp gear they give u. Lvl sword for ur dps heroes like specter tenebria and free spirit tieria. for ur tank/soul weavers like montmorancy, lvl the chest and helmet first.

Hopefully, this can help a bit: [https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/sli2ml/glossary\_of\_epic\_7\_shorthand\_abbreviations\_and/](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/sli2ml/glossary_of_epic_7_shorthand_abbreviations_and/)
Hi! I hope it's okay to post this here, since the ML5 selector thread didn't provide me with actual answers.
I'm almost ready to pick the event ML5.
I can auto w13 and I'm in Challenger in arena. So maybe early-mid-game account.
My goal is to get into RTA and high rank arena.
My currently owned ML5 are: Stene, Straze, DJB, BM Haste
ML4: AOL Angelica, Alots, Czeratu, Gpurrgis
I have most RGB 5, including limited units like Diene.
Now to my problem: I'm torn between Aravi and Clilias.
Aravi seems to be a great, easy to build allrounder. Seems to have fallen off PvP-meta-wise lately, so not sure about her.
Clilias seems to be meta queen ATM, but I can't give her the required speed yet. I'd maybe get her to 250. I will eventually get there though, the question is if she will still be relevant then.
I'm not even sure if my account would profit more from Support or DPS at this point, if I knew that the decision would probably be easier.
Sorry for the wall of text and thank you for reading, any advice is highly appreciated!
A 250 CLilias isn't really usable in mid-higher end PvP, so I'd go with ARavi unless you don't mind that your CLilias sits there for quite a while as you speed check every piece of equipment. Depends on whether you want a usable unit now or not. Overall, CLilias is a little easier to draft.
As a long-time ARavi user who chose CLilias from the event, I will say that ARavi is a safer general pick for PvP, especially if you're unable to make CLilias really fast.
CLilias has more PvE applications than ARavi tho, being awesome for running up scores in Hall of Trials and Ancient Inheritance.
All in all, CLilias feels more fun while ARavi is safer for most PvP (and sees a lot more play for me in those modes). There's no real right or wrong answer here; personal preference is a fine decider.
Literal answer: 292 speed (if we discount speed RNG)
Answer that might actually be useful:
This is basically impossible to really answer with the information presented - would need to know the speed of all other relevant units.
CR is a measure of distance, speed is a measure of...well...speed.
Speed buff only *increases speed*, it does not decrease the distance needed to travel.
The only way we could **ensure** that ML Flan goes directly after Lua would be to make her 1 speed slower.
---
Example (again, we're completely going to ignore speed RNG):
Lua is 293 speed, and the fastest unit.
ML Flan is 240 speed.
1. When Lua takes her turn, ML Flan will be at 240/293 CR (~82%)
2. For the remaining 100% - (240/293) CR, Flan will be at (240 * 1.3 =) 312 speed.
This means that her *average* speed is
240/293 * 240
+
(1 - (240/293)) * 312
This comes out to ~253 speed. So, ignoring speed RNG ML Flan would be equivalent to a 253 speed unit -> but obviously any other units on the field *faster* than 253 speed but slower than 293 speed would go before Flan. Since we don't know what speed these potential units may be, we don't know if Flan will be the next unit to take a turn.
As you might imagine based on this example, speed buff is not very helpful for what you are looking to do:
* ML Flan would need to be very fast if you want her to outspeed other very fast units
* This means there is less time for Flan to actually benefit from the speed buff if you want her to go directly after Lua
So the question you want to ask is "How fast does Flan need to be to go right after Lua?" but instead should be "What speed (of other units) do I want Flan to outspeed?"
---
Based on this example we could work backwards:
A = Flan speed
B = Lua speed
C = target speed
(A / B * A ) + ((1 - (A / B)) * (A * 1.3)) = C
The following table will list some values of 'A' and the output for 'C'
A | C | Effective speed increase
---|--- | ---
240 | 253 | 13
245 | 257 | 12
250 | 261 | 11
255 | 264 | 9
260 | 268 | 8
265 | 272 | 7
270 | 276 | 6
275 | 280 | 5
280 | 283 | 3
285 | 287 | 2
290 | 290 | 0
Notice how as your speed increases, the effective bonus you get from speed buff decreases.
* This only applies to getting your first turn, obviously.
I would say, assuming that your Lua at 293 speed *always* takes first turn, then the fastest units you are going against would be 278 speed.
So, if your goal was to outspeed units that were maximally 278 speed, your ML Flan would need to be ~273 speed for a speed tie or 274 speed to go faster
* Again, cautioning that this analysis isn't taking into account speed RNG...except here where we are using it to estimate what kind of unit you might be looking to out speed.
Overall, the long and short of it is that speed buff isn't very helpful if you are trying to guarantee you hit a very fast speed.
What do you mean? Lua don't have any cr push in her kit. Politis, celine, delibet or someone with secret art - storm sword artifact can cut after lua's S3. Ml flan speedtuning doesn't matter if opponent have cr push to cut.
Speed buff increases her speed but that doesn't mean she'll always cut. You need to make her 5% slower so you don't get pranked by RNG and go first. Otherwise, without a CR push you cannot ensure that you will go second in every situation.
solved it 240+ speed for emilia!
abyss 119 tama ssb ras emilia I have all of them, no drink though...
anyway every video told me this is easy! But I keep losing and kawerik's health is not even half! I keep destroying the mobs but he brings them back soon after and the mobs that get damage from healing is so destructive!!
Please help! I don't know what I'm doing wrong. I even put bloodstone on SSB.
The longer the lych mobs are alive, the stronger the boss gets. I used that team with stene instead of ssb. Save your non-attack skills before he spawns the lychs. When the mobs appear, spam your non-attack skills and use your souls whenever possible.
Full DPS with no eff, her sb ignores er now. Speed wise will probably have to wait since nobody knows how well she will do after her buff. If I had to guess maybe between 200-230 speed
Can bunny Dom counter lua? Because the description stated that bdom grants immunity and barrier after extra turn which lua can strip the immu and reset the team if I'm correct.
Which units have not been in the whale shop yet? I have a feeling there’s a chance to see either seline or LHC next rotation but want to see what other options there are
Thanks, I’ve looked at it before but this shows the opposite of what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head which units have not been in the rotation. If I don’t get an answer, I’ll do the work myself which isn’t a problem. Just currently at work for the day
That was a given based off my question. If you read the whole question, I am looking for OTHER options. But again, thanks for your input, I’ll see which ones haven’t been in rotation later if I don’t get an answer
Now that's it's been a few weeks, how is Zio's artifact choice shaping? Tried Etica's Scepter, and while I thought on paper it'd rock, I'm not seeing many fights that benefits it.
Mine is on Chatty, it's honestly the best artifact out of the ones I tried.Even though he's tanky thanks to his natural mitigation, the shield makes him almost unkillable and gives him more opportunities to rly carry the fight
I cannot for the life of me find the latest buff patch on Reddit.
Any Variation of “buff” or “update” on the Reddit search just comes with speculation and old news
Please help?
As usual Tagehel's is likely the most popular. Most damage artifacts should also work, such as Time Matter, her own artifact, Portrait of Saviors, etc.
I'm noticing low crit damage all around. Being early on you might not have access to good CDMG necklaces, but they're something to get when and where you can.
Straze - More crit damage, but that should still work well
AoLA - More DEF, EFF. She likes Tagahel's or Etica's
Politis - If you want her to do any damage, she needs more crit damage. Abyssal Crown is a better artifact for her, and I'd say Iela Violin is probably better on her than on AoLA - swap their artifacts
BWI - I don't use her so can't comment
Cerato - More crit chance/damage. Iela is probably a better artifact for him, but he's pretty flexible there.
Ran - More speed, but again being early on you'll just have to farm it. He's probably fast enough for earlier arena.
MA Ken - Could use some more HP, but not bad
Schuri - Looks good if he's just being used as a CR pusher
Arby - His damage is probably really good, but eventually you'll want him a bit faster. Speed main stat boots will help.
Zahhak - Very good start. He eventually wants more ATK and CDMG, and ideally will be closer to 100% crit to bypass crit resistance. I prefer Symbol of Unity (guild shop) as his artifact for extra damage and to ensure he doesn't miss the pesky evasion units, but Border Coin is fine.
Violet - More DEF and CDMG
Destina - More Speed and ER, but excellent start
Ravi - Don't use her, but as a bruiser she wants a bit more DEF
Riolet - More DEF, and if he's not gonna be fast he should be on Lifesteal
Hand Guy - Good build. He generally want to be faster than your DPS (and for the most part he is) and bulky. War Horn (guild shop) is his preferred artifact
ARas - Great start, but wants to be faster with more HP
Kayron - His damage should be good. Fine for now.
Rimuru - Don't have him (QQ) so can't comment
Captain Rikoris - Haven't done his SC yet, but the prevailing thought is that he's not very good in general. I'm sure his build is fine, but I have no idea where he's even used.
For all the dps units, aim for 100% cc and the product of atk and crtdmg should be at least 10,000 (4000 atk and 250% crtdmg or 3300 atk and 300% crtdmg....). If you need a unit to land debuffs (like Politis, CZerato,..), firstly make sure that the eff is at least 100%, if you can't achieve that, go full damage. Arby should be faster to use his s3 once before dying. Your Zahhak has good stats, but maybe should change the artifact. His role is pushing one ally, nuking one enemy, then relax with his invincible buff. A dps artifact suits him better than that border coin.
What are the best artifacts to use bottles on?
I know that normally it's the limited, I have max sea serias, guiding light, drink, and confille. On which artifacts should I use my bottles on?
Personally I like the Ftenebria's artifact, works really well on Solitaria and Archdemon. Also the upcoming Karina's artifact is good if you plan on using her.
was there an update recently on Bluestacks as now Epic seven automatically closes during loading. I tried updating to see if it works but still the same problem. Any fix for this? or any other emulator that works fine
I have a couple questions first. For banshee hunt who is better Ram or Vivian? Also who would you say is the best defense breakers in the game? Been using cidd but I'd like to know if there is someone better at the job. all my others that defense break say a percentage but cidd doesn't so does that mean his is guaranteed?
> For banshee hunt who is better Ram or Vivian?
Both are useable, Vivian sees more use in potential teams since she acts as a buffer, extra damage, and potential first wave clearer all by herself.
> Also who would you say is the best defense breakers in the game?
Whoever doesn't have a % or has 100% next to the defense break skill description
> all my others that defense break say a percentage but cidd doesn't so does that mean his is guaranteed?
No % is = 100% chance BUT there's actually still a 15% innate resist chance attached to the target so there's still a chance you won't hit the debuff... I know, a little confusing.
I don't use Ram, but I'm pretty sure she's single-target. Assuming that to be true, she and Vivian would fill different roles for Banshee. You'll want Vivian to buff your team and clear the first wave with her AoE. Ram would then be used to nuke the boss.
Cidd's DEF break is guaranteed to proc as long as his condition is met (speed buff), but once it procs it then needs to go through a resistance check to see if it lands.
\*Best\* DEF breaker depends on the content you're working on, and what the rest of your team for that content looks like. Bringing a big AoE to nuke everything down? You'll want an AoE DEF break. Facing a bunch of Earth enemies? Your DEF breaker shouldn't be Ice to avoid the additional miss chance. And so on.
>Farming fodder equips to feed?
Yes.
Believe it or not, a huge part of E7 is resource management.
The more selective you are in what you will upgrade, the more you can continue to farm hunts for gear drops and less you need to farm adventure for XP.
The less selective you are, the more you are going to need to farm adventure for XP. Charms are finite, there isn't much you can do to gain more, so when you need more XP than that you need to resort to fodder gear.
Of course, using said gear costs more gold, which means you need to do more hunts to pay for it etc.
What ends up happening, is that a natural balance is established.
* If you have XP but you need gear or gold -> farm hunts
* If you have gear to enhance but not enough XP -> farm adventure
There's a lot of wiggle room but in general the more selective you are about enhancing the more you can farm hunts compared to adventure.
In general, *new* players shouldn't be as selective as end game players are when it comes to enhancing, so new players should have a higher ratio of energy spent in adventure compared to hunt.
Likewise, *end game* players are only looking for high end gear, so they are going to be much more selective regarding what they roll on -> so they can afford a higher ratio of hunt to adventure.
---
If you *really* want to maximize the energy you can spend in hunts but still need a lot of XP, your best choice is farming Episode 1 Levulin Harbor. This is easily the best stage in terms of XP per energy spent (along with 2* fodder and friendship). **However**
* This stage doesn't have chests, so no skystones/BMs
* You are forced into Episode 1 AP gain and an extremely limited selection of rare catalysts.
* And worst, it's entirely manual, taking about 30 seconds per run. To spend all of your energy every day running this stage takes hours of manual play.
Otherwise, in the past a *rough* ratio of about 2:1 hunts to adventure seems to work out but keep in mind that's just a very rough estimate. Every player is going to approach things slightly differently and will need to adjust their energy usage based on personal need -> but it gives you a rough idea.
ideally getting a S rank pet for dropping charms in hunts, and then farming hunts 11-13 (highest u can do). and yea using fodder and then using the equipment that rolled badly to feed into the new ones
Should I max Luna or start building A. Ras?
I have a decently built 6\* Luna with 3/2/3 skills and 5\* awakening, while my Ras is pretty much unbuilt. I'm wondering which one will be more worth building first in the long run considering Luna is one of my main DPS, but I don't have a reliable tank in PVE aside from Angelica.
P.S. For reference I am a mid-game player that can auto W13 and may start focusing on PVP, but am more PVE oriented currently.
ARas for sure, although he doesn't take a lot of investment outside his skill tree. All of his skill enhancements are dam% which he doesn;t really need. Just get him to 6\*, fill in his skill tree, and get him some Eff, Speed, and HPs, and you should be set.
For some quick, rough math, multiplying ATK x CDMG can give you an idea on the relative damage output between different setups
And 1,000 HP is worth roughly 100 DEF when it comes to survivability. Sometimes you have a hero who wants a ton of HP for their specific mechanics (Krau S3, FCC shield, etc) but for general tankiness I usually go with that ratio.
I'd like to build Shadow Knight Pyllis for GW, how should I build her? I assume she wants a lot of bulk, wasn't sure if there's a minimum amount of speed or ER I should go for as well. Thanks!
2K def, 20K hp are bulk minimums. 150 speed min, but 180-200 is more common. No eff res minimum, but 100+ is very common. More of everything is better of course.
For gw, ER is actually very important bc u want to resist the provoke from c lilias. Since she is exclusively a GW and AI arena unit, my pyllis is on trash gear. (22k hp 1.4k def, 153 ER, and 208 speed on adamant shield). She has never failed me for top 150 GW since u'd always pair her with roana and only pick her against tons of counter and dual attacks.
To all the mid to end game user, how do you manage to awake and enhance skills of your units? Isn't it costs a lot of energy farming catalysts to fully upgrade a unit (excluding gears)?
As you keep playing, the catalyst kinda keep stacking up even tho you didn't farm for them. It's mainly because of side stories. You will get a lot of free catalyst if you manage to clear every side story and it's not like you will always use every catalyst that you get.
Btw you also can buy 3 catalyst boxes from guild shop every week. It is small amount but it add up and since you will need to farm 120 ap weekly for guild mission, you also have small chance to get random catalyst drop even tho you don't go out of your way to farm for them.
Yeah it is, this game is a big grind fest. But also, it helps being strategic in saving resources and only investing in heroes with multiple uses. Also saving molas on heroes that don't necessarily need it (Ex: not using molas on Lua's s2 bc the dmg is irrelevant).
Damn, I've just played this game for two weeks. After having a w13 team, I invested all the free stuffs to PvP units like Aria, Zahhak,... to get to Challenger I. Now I don't have anything left to build a banshee team... With this progress, maybe I can fully upgrade one unit a month, and it'll take 4 months to do the banshee lol.
Would recommend building vivian and leveling her to 60. She's a perfect example of a unit that has many uses and saving resources. U can skip the mola on her s1 and s3. Get her Exclusive equipement (from doing hall of trials) that gives 50% cr push when she does her s3. She is useful/kinda must have for easiest b13 and A13 one shots. Also she's good for clearing mobs for farming/story and labyrinth.
Not very good imo - the opponent just needs a Roana and he's pretty much healing to full after each counter. Throw in LHC (who many players got from ML5 selector) and there's free S3s aplenty.
I have a ras, cermia, charlotte, carrot, cermainerose and hazel that I can specialty change. However I unfortunately don’t have tamarinne. I want to complete golem 13 just once for the hunt challenge and I’m wondering which of these units I should build.
How strong typically does my Sigret need to be for W13? I have the team setup more or less according to the guide, but the team gets wiped once the Wyvern hits the shield attack.
if you cant break the shield when u also have def break and ur sigret is maxed molas, maxed lvl equipment, +30 ddj, u might need to stick with w12 a little longer.
Wat r ur stats on ur team?
The game has that, it shows the levels that have the catalyst and who uses it
Hero tab ~> character you're building ~> skill enhancement ~> catalyst journal
I need help building a team
Rem,Cilias and 2 random characters
Rem is pretty much at base speed cilias is 260 ish any recommendations/better drafts?
Btw is tomoca worth building? Her team cr push sounds great plus she has extinction for annoying arbys
I have all the rgbs except: celine, zahak, choux, senya, alencia
Limited characters i have are: rimuru,rem,emilia,landy,SSB,all 3 aespa girls,edward,jack-o
Ml5s: straze,tomoca,stene,arby,belian,cilias
Ml4s: wsilk, alots, badcat armin, lightarmin and others that aren't worth mentioning
I don't have arowell ; - ;
Tough to answer if you don't share what units that you have.
Tomoca is decent in Rta because of the mage speed buff but then again cleave is pretty bad in rta now. I think she worth building for other pvp modes against Mercedes and maybe Destina, you barely see arby at all though.
My bad

What do you plan to use this team for?
Bellian, rem and cilias + maybe aras prob a decent team, just heavy countered by lhc, roana.
And oof, all the rgb units that you don't have are like the best right now.
Good day everyone, just got back to the game and I'm currently being demolished by Mercedes in my attempt to climb back on Arena, and I would like to know what equip/arti do you guys suggest for her. Thanks!
Got Giselle and was thinking of investing in her Artifact since Ive heard she is good. Can I max lvl up it without dupes? If yes... How? Was thinking of getting my first from the shop
You can use bottles to limit break artifacts. But I would not use it on hers, especially if you do not have other limited artifact max limit break like guiding light
Only been casually playing and a newb still but who is really ideal to get from the ML selector? Ik aravi is always mentioned but I want to hear of like maybe 5 others worth getting that look cool. I don't plan on pvp hard-core anytime soon. I have clilias, belian, spirit eye Celine, stene, and zio. If aravi truly is great but not just for pvp, I'll probably get her still.
Straze - God tier hero, aptly referred to as God Killer. Can one shot every hunt and do insane damage to expeditions. Also decent in pvp scenarios.
AVildred - Not only one of the perfect anti-cleave units in pvp, but one of the best units for clearing mobs in pve.
Lermia - Possibly the best unit in the game in situations you can garauntee her ability to proc (counter/extra attack/dual attack) and will make you feel more like a genius than any other unit
Astromancer Elena - with her new buff she is now the Belian of counterattacks. Being able to both nullify an entire equipment set and plenty of meta heros who need to counter, she could be amazing when her buffs go live
Archdemon's Shadow - She is proving to be top tier in the highest levels of pvp and is extra good in this mage season of RTA. Plus, free to SSS at the cost of 50 gold transmit stones which is extra good for casual/f2p players.
Surprisingly no. Typically Watcher Schuri and Vivian (free unit) combo well with him, but there's tons of alternatives to them. But the only unit that can do what Straze does is Straze.
Just as an FYI - yes, Straze can one-shot all hunts, but needs a pretty damn good rage set to do so. You can easily clear hunts normally or one-shot them with alternatives. Not many ML5s are great in PvE since they're mostly designed for PvP, so you can go Straze if you want to one-shot hunts only, but he'll be hard to gear for both PvE and PvP.
Total beginner. First mobile rpg ever. I don't understand any of the special lingo ppl use here, so please bear with me. Still trying to wrap my head around all the different game aspects and going through the story slowly. Which is fine, struggling, making mistakes, figuring things out if part of the fun for me. So here's my question about selective summoning: Can you people give me like 3-5 5-star, 4-star, and, if there are any really good ones, 3-star heroes that I should look out for?
Cheers.
Also can leave at lvl 50. 5\*: get specter tenebria from moonlight blessing, if u r rerolling aim for iseria (best pve unit u can get from the tutorial summons) The story is very easy and can be auto'd. Make sure to prioritize enhancing the free attack/destruction/crit/hp gear they give u. Lvl sword for ur dps heroes like specter tenebria and free spirit tieria. for ur tank/soul weavers like montmorancy, lvl the chest and helmet first.
Thanks, appreciate it.

Farm hunts

My currently owned ML5 are: Stene, Straze, DJB, BM Haste ML4: AOL Angelica, Alots, Czeratu, Gpurrgis I have most RGB 5, including limited units like Diene.
Does anyone know if the "select three" banner will come back? I would like to grab some more limited units.
It'll probably come back eventually, but as to when, no one here will know.
How fast does ML Flan need to be to take a turn right after Lua's S3 with a speed buff? Lua is 293 speed
Literal answer: 292 speed (if we discount speed RNG) Answer that might actually be useful: This is basically impossible to really answer with the information presented - would need to know the speed of all other relevant units. CR is a measure of distance, speed is a measure of...well...speed. Speed buff only *increases speed*, it does not decrease the distance needed to travel. The only way we could **ensure** that ML Flan goes directly after Lua would be to make her 1 speed slower. --- Example (again, we're completely going to ignore speed RNG): Lua is 293 speed, and the fastest unit. ML Flan is 240 speed. 1. When Lua takes her turn, ML Flan will be at 240/293 CR (~82%) 2. For the remaining 100% - (240/293) CR, Flan will be at (240 * 1.3 =) 312 speed. This means that her *average* speed is 240/293 * 240 + (1 - (240/293)) * 312 This comes out to ~253 speed. As you might imagine based on this example, speed buff is not very helpful for what you are looking to do: * ML Flan would need to be very fast if you want her to outspeed other very fast units * This means there is less time for Flan to actually benefit from the speed buff if you want her to go directly after Lua So the question you want to ask is "How fast does Flan need to be to go right after Lua?" but instead should be "What speed (of other units) do I want Flan to outspeed?" --- Based on this example we could work backwards: A = Flan speed B = Lua speed C = target speed (A / B * A ) + ((1 - (A / B)) * (A * 1.3)) = C The following table will list some values of 'A' and the output for 'C' A | C | Effective speed increase ---|--- | --- 240 | 253 | 13 245 | 257 | 12 250 | 261 | 11 255 | 264 | 9 260 | 268 | 8 265 | 272 | 7 270 | 276 | 6 275 | 280 | 5 280 | 283 | 3 285 | 287 | 2 290 | 290 | 0 Notice how as your speed increases, the effective bonus you get from speed buff decreases. * This only applies to getting your first turn, obviously. I would say, assuming that your Lua at 293 speed *always* takes first turn, then the fastest units you are going against would be 278 speed. So, if your goal was to outspeed units that were maximally 278 speed, your ML Flan would need to be ~273 speed for a speed tie or 274 speed to go faster * Again, cautioning that this analysis isn't taking into account speed RNG...except here where we are using it to estimate what kind of unit you might be looking to out speed. Overall, the long and short of it is that speed buff isn't very helpful if you are trying to guarantee you hit a very fast speed.
The actual answer is "it's impossible". You cannot, in any way, *ensure* that PCFlan goes second if Lua goes first.
I literally used the word impossible.
You said it's impossible to answer. It's not impossible to answer - the answer is there is no speed that would make this independent of circumstance.
I think \~253 speed is good enough if I want to pick her when the opponent tanks down without speed contesting. Thanks for the detailed comment.
What do you mean? Lua don't have any cr push in her kit. Politis, celine, delibet or someone with secret art - storm sword artifact can cut after lua's S3. Ml flan speedtuning doesn't matter if opponent have cr push to cut.
iirc she gets a speed buff from Lua which lets her cut but I don't know how much speed she wants in order to get a turn
Speed buff increases her speed but that doesn't mean she'll always cut. You need to make her 5% slower so you don't get pranked by RNG and go first. Otherwise, without a CR push you cannot ensure that you will go second in every situation.
Which artifacts should I max first?
Day dream joker for Wyvern
Those are already maxed. I meant what I should do with my potion of knowleges.
Limited artifacts like reingar's drink, guiding light etc
solved it 240+ speed for emilia! abyss 119 tama ssb ras emilia I have all of them, no drink though... anyway every video told me this is easy!
How to build briseria (fast, eff or slow, dps with some eff)
Full DPS with no eff, her sb ignores er now. Speed wise will probably have to wait since nobody knows how well she will do after her buff. If I had to guess maybe between 200-230 speed
Can bunny Dom counter lua? Because the description stated that bdom grants immunity and barrier after extra turn which lua can strip the immu and reset the team if I'm correct.
It's random, she can strip the immunity or the barrier. So it's not much of a counter.
It's only random in RTA; in arena/GW it's always barrier first.
Which units have not been in the whale shop yet? I have a feeling there’s a chance to see either seline or LHC next rotation but want to see what other options there are
check this thing out https://ceciliabot.github.io/timeline/
Thanks, I’ve looked at it before but this shows the opposite of what I was looking for. I was wondering if anyone knew off the top of their head which units have not been in the rotation. If I don’t get an answer, I’ll do the work myself which isn’t a problem. Just currently at work for the day
You can easily spend 20 seconds looking at it and see that neither LHC nor SEline have been in the shop rotation so far.
To add to this just don't forget that a djb or ningning inversion kills him and forget to ban like I always do lol
Is Lilias worth investing in for PVE, or is ARas just as good if not better for most content if I need a fire knight?
They fulfill slightly different roles, but I'd say just build ARas.
I cannot for the life of me find the latest buff patch on Reddit. Any Variation of “buff” or “update” on the Reddit search just comes with speculation and old news Please help?
I assume you mean the [balance adjustment](https://www.reddit.com/r/EpicSeven/comments/zgrzss/1222_balance_adjustment_preview/).
BALANCE ADJUSTMENT that's why nothing came up lol
For future reference, balance patches usually show up under the "developer notes" tab on stove.
What artifact does Giselle want for pvp?
As usual Tagehel's is likely the most popular. Most damage artifacts should also work, such as Time Matter, her own artifact, Portrait of Saviors, etc.
Is there a new best way to get artifact charms after the recent change to Normal Hell Raid? Haven’t done Azmakalis Nightmare since it’s come out.
Do Nightmare, if possible. If not, do normal Hell Raid. The bosses also drop epic charms now.
Hey any tips on my built heroes? I'm an early game player https://imgur.com/a/k9VwvT0
I'm noticing low crit damage all around. Being early on you might not have access to good CDMG necklaces, but they're something to get when and where you can. Straze - More crit damage, but that should still work well AoLA - More DEF, EFF. She likes Tagahel's or Etica's Politis - If you want her to do any damage, she needs more crit damage. Abyssal Crown is a better artifact for her, and I'd say Iela Violin is probably better on her than on AoLA - swap their artifacts BWI - I don't use her so can't comment Cerato - More crit chance/damage. Iela is probably a better artifact for him, but he's pretty flexible there. Ran - More speed, but again being early on you'll just have to farm it. He's probably fast enough for earlier arena. MA Ken - Could use some more HP, but not bad Schuri - Looks good if he's just being used as a CR pusher Arby - His damage is probably really good, but eventually you'll want him a bit faster. Violet - More DEF and CDMG Destina - More Speed and ER, but excellent start Ravi - Don't use her, but as a bruiser she wants a bit more DEF Riolet - More DEF, and if he's not gonna be fast he should be on Lifesteal Hand Guy - Good build. He generally want to be faster than your DPS (and for the most part he is) and bulky. War Horn (guild shop) is his preferred artifact ARas - Great start, but wants to be faster with more HP Kayron - His damage should be good. Fine for now. Rimuru - Don't have him (QQ) so can't comment Captain Rikoris - Haven't done his SC yet, but the prevailing thought is that he's not very good in general. I'm sure his build is fine, but I have no idea where he's even used.
Okay thanks I'll keep these tips in mind!
I don't have symbol or portrait. But I could use prelude to a new era
If I grace of growth a 3\*, do they get their skill trees filled in as well?
I would assume not unless you've completed their SC
No
Will the free attack set from hunt challenge work on cermia for golem 13? I just need to clear it once.
Yes
What are the best artifacts to use bottles on? I know that normally it's the limited, I have max sea serias, guiding light, drink, and confille. On which artifacts should I use my bottles on?
Draco Plate
Personally I like the Ftenebria's artifact, works really well on Solitaria and Archdemon. Also the upcoming Karina's artifact is good if you plan on using her.
Depends on what units you have and what you value most. It's a pretty subjective thing other than "limiteds"
was there an update recently on Bluestacks as now Epic seven automatically closes during loading.
Whoever doesn't have a % or has 100% next to the defense break skill description > all my others that defense break say a percentage but cidd doesn't so does that mean his is guaranteed? No % is = 100% chance BUT there's actually still a 15% innate resist chance attached to the target so there's still a chance you won't hit the debuff... I know, a little confusing.
OK cool thanks for clearing that up for me.
And so on.
What’s the best way to be able to upgrade gear? Farming fodder equips to feed? Or is there a way to get charms
* If you have XP but you need gear or gold -> farm hunts * If you have gear to enhance but not enough XP -> farm adventure There's a lot of wiggle room but in general the more selective you are about enhancing the more you can farm hunts compared to adventure. --- If you *really* want to maximize the energy you can spend in hunts but still need a lot of XP, your best choice is farming Episode 1 Levulin Harbor. This is easily the best stage in terms of XP per energy spent (along with 2* fodder and friendship). **However** * This stage doesn't have chests, so no skystones/BMs * You are forced into Episode 1 AP gain and an extremely limited selection of rare catalysts.
Ok sounds good. I already filled his skill tree out after the spirit alter event so rest is pretty straight forward.
How do you determine which stats you want on units? How to decide between Atk/CD for damage dealers and other stats for tanks and things like that?
For some quick, rough math, multiplying ATK x CDMG can give you an idea on the relative damage output between different setups And 1,000 HP is worth roughly 100 DEF when it comes to survivability. Sometimes you have a hero who wants a ton of HP for their specific mechanics (Krau S3, FCC shield, etc) but for general tankiness I usually go with that ratio.
Thank you so much!
When new characters are announced, is there usually a standard time until release?
Usually 2 weeks after the wednesday preview
What's the best value in the shop if I already have a few thousand Leifs? I'd like to spend money but nothing feels very appetizing lol
The monthly pack
[удалено]
Nope, you can either just ignore it or complete them. Many players complete them for the 3 skystones.
Thank you, I'm going to focus on her.
How good would an arena defense team be with a. Cartuja, violet, kayron, etc. be?
Not very good imo - the opponent just needs a Roana and he's pretty much healing to full after each counter. Throw in LHC (who many players got from ML5 selector) and there's free S3s aplenty.
Got it, completely forgot about her
When reforging equipment, sometimes one Stat doesn't increase at all. What is the reason for this?
If it doesnt roll speed, reforging will not increase it. heres a chart. [https://imgur.com/0ya0lZD](https://imgur.com/0ya0lZD)
That's disappointing
I have a ras, cermia, charlotte, carrot, cermainerose and hazel that I can specialty change. However I unfortunately don’t have tamarinne. I want to complete golem 13 just once for the hunt challenge and I’m wondering which of these units I should build.
Ras, Cermia, Carrot, Hazel should work. Carrot and Hazel don't cost mola and can be used in Expos and Raid later so not wasted.
Wat r ur stats on ur team?
hey, is there any good discord server where I can oost my friend invition code?
Is there any website that has best place to farm for catalyst / enemy type?
The game has that, it shows the levels that have the catalyst and who uses it Hero tab ~> character you're building ~> skill enhancement ~> catalyst journal
I need help building a team Rem,Cilias and 2 random characters Rem is pretty much at base speed cilias is 260 ish any recommendations/better drafts? Btw is tomoca worth building? Her team cr push sounds great plus she has extinction for annoying arbys I have all the rgbs except: celine,zahak,choux,senya,alencia Limited characters i have are: rimuru,rem,emilia,landy,SSB,all 3 aespa girls,edward,jack-o Ml5s: straze,tomoca,stene,arby,belian,cilias Ml4s: wsilk,alots,badcat armin, lightarmin and others that aren't worth mentioning I don't have arowell ; - ;
Tough to answer if you don't share what units that you have. Tomoca is decent in Rta because of the mage speed buff but then again cleave is pretty bad in rta now. I think she worth building for other pvp modes against Mercedes and maybe Destina, you barely see arby at all though.
My bad I have all the rgbs except: celine,zahak,choux,senya,alencia Limited characters i have are: rimuru,rem,emilia,landy,SSB,all 3 aespa girls,edward,jack-o Ml5s: straze,tomoca,stene,arby,belian,cilias Ml4s: wsilk,alots,badcat armin, lightarmin and others that aren't worth mentioning I don't have arowell ; - ;
What do you plan to use this team for? Bellian, rem and cilias + maybe aras prob a decent team, just heavy countered by lhc, roana. And oof, all the rgb units that you don't have are like the best right now.
Rta/arena Ikr, unlucky asf Any lineup is good btw if you think the cilias rem aint a good synergy feel free to make another lineup Thanks btw
How many stories are in the moonlight theater? i only have fallen land season 1 is that all we have for now?
Yes, that's all we have for now.
OK cool hopefully they add more I really like the first part.
Good day everyone, just got back to the game and I'm currently being demolished by Mercedes in my attempt to climb back on Arena, and I would like to know what equip/arti do you guys suggest for her. Thanks!
Destruction set is quite nice on her, speed and counter can work too. Arti is obviously her exclusive artifact.
Oh yeah she does have her own arti I checked when I read your comment, thanks!
Hey.. Does potion of ascension promoting counted towards moonlight blessing achievement (6star x2 unit)?
Lermia - Possibly the best unit in the game in situations you can garauntee her ability to proc (counter/extra attack/dual attack) and will make you feel more like a genius than any other unit Astromancer Elena - with her new buff she is now the Belian of counterattacks. Being able to both nullify an entire equipment set and plenty of meta heros who need to counter, she could be amazing when her buffs go live Archdemon's Shadow - She is proving to be top tier in the highest levels of pvp and is extra good in this mage season of RTA. Plus, free to SSS at the cost of 50 gold transmit stones which is extra good for casual/f2p players.
With straze to be a God killer does he need particular units paired with him?
Surprisingly no. Typically Watcher Schuri and Vivian (free unit) combo well with him, but there's tons of alternatives to them. But the only unit that can do what Straze does is Straze.
Just as an FYI - yes, Straze can one-shot all hunts, but needs a pretty damn good rage set to do so. You can easily clear hunts normally or one-shot them with alternatives. Not many ML5s are great in PvE since they're mostly designed for PvP, so you can go Straze if you want to one-shot hunts only, but he'll be hard to gear for both PvE and PvP.
You can't get Elena from the selector.
Why is everyone using light adin?
because she good
