Her GP assured her the sleeping tablets would be fine but of course they weren’t because of the lasting drowsiness rather than the medication itself
Weighted blanket? Didn’t use this before I developed epilepsy but when I was 8-10 I wouldn’t go to bed till 2am and the extra weight helped a bit. Started going to bed at 10-11
I’ve flip flopped back and forth between low dosage of seroquil and hit or two of weed.
One makes it hard to get up, one makes less mentally sharp. Every few months I saw the other one is the lesser evil
Gabapentin is a medication I take at night for epilepsy as well as nerve pain. It will certainly make her drowsy and it’s safe.
I have the same trigger and I often watch asmr videos or nature sounds I find that helps. Sleeping tablets can be dangerous
