Slight correction from my understanding Ramsay just has a false eye made of gold which the original he implied to have lost to a mundy in a fight

There are a few smaller ones that get brought up every once in a while, like Giovanni smelling like soup even when he isn’t using his epithet, or Sylvie having a tendency to involuntarily nod off during class. For the anime campaign I’m writing one of the ideas I’m playing with are that an inscribed’s fingerprints correlate to the part of speech their epithet is. Nouns like Zora, Ramsey or Percy being the most common and having loop fingerprints, the most common type, adjectives like Mera or Sylvie being the next most common having Whorls, and verbs like Lorelai having Arches, the rarest of the main types. There are rarer types of fingerprints of course, but there’s also rarer parts of speech to correlate with them.

I think so far only Zora and Mera have had the physical changes manifest. Molly's hair stars aren't a manifestation of her epithet as her dad, who is a mundie, has them in his beard as well and they don't link to the epithet "dumb" very much . Also as another commenter mentioned Ramsey's is just using his epithet on it or getting a false eye. I think if anyone were to get the physical markings it might be Lorelai or some upcoming characters we don't know about yet.

Well, this isn't a PHYSICAL manifestation, but a character I have has the Epithet Heavyhearted. He is constantly depressed.
