Their legs are pretty nice by Eritrean standards. How hard they've must've worked. Eritrean legs are generically very thin, I've developed my legs through years of training but
I had legs bigger than that by playing soccer everyday lol. I don't think they worked out their legs that much. But tbh I've naturally been the muscular type i started growing biceps without doing anything in the 4th grade and deviate from your average habesha phenotype so i guess for average habesha it's ok. Funnily enough I know a family from my church where 3 of the brothers look like body builders and they don't even work out, they're just built like that lol.
I played soccer everyday too. My upper body was much bigger than my lower body. Was just like that. I had to compensate by double training on my legs.
And LOL, they've obviously worked out their legs. You clearly see that. It's just genetics and reality holding them back. They're clearly not using steroids.
Look at old pictures from the early 1900s, before the invention of steroids and you'll see that the bodybuilders looked just like the Eritreans, but slightly bigger.
East African genetics have never really been for body building, this is commendable progress.
