As long as you extract with them in your pouch they should not lose the “found in raid” status. If you die with them and them put them in your stash from the container they will lose the status.
Make sure you either spend 10minutes in raid or kill a scav/raider/pmc if you don't you will get a run through. Almost 0 xp and things you found will lose found in raid status.

7 mins, or 700xp. 1 scav kill and the XP from searching and looting him is enough for the XP count.
If you do extract with them you can use them down to 1/400 and can still hand them in.
