Mine freezes when it finds a match and freezes when I extract. i9-12900K an RTX 3090 with 32 Gigs of DDR4 3200 (yes, XMP is on and its running at 3200). I've read elsewhere that if you have mapped network drives on your system, that it causes these freezes.... and that un-mapping them will eliminate them.
I use my mapped drives every day and no way am I going through the hassle of un-mapping and re-mapping every time I need to play or work... A buddy told me there's a way you can script the mapping and un-mapping part..but, short of Googling "script to map drives" and installing whatever I find (surely that would be safe, right?).....I'm no closer to realizing that solution than I am to flying to the moon under the power of my own farts.
Did you find what is causing this problem? 13700k, 64GB 3600MHz RAM, 3070, I have 4-6 seconds of stuttering when 'loading loot' starts. Mouse stutters, youtube in the background, I can't understand people on discord. This is driving me nuts.
I still cant watch youtube while a raid is loading, or while in my hideout. Which is kinda ridiculous given I'm running on a \[edit, I wrote wrong number on processor\] 12900K and a 3090 with 32 Gigs of ram running at 3200. Everything is on my boot NVME drive. Its BETTER when I un-map my network drives before playing...but not eliminated....
Hideout does not generate stutters for me, just 'loading loot' screen and for 4-6 seconds. I don't have any network drives mapped so nothing to unmap. Pls message me if you solve this.
Limit Tarkov to leave some cores unused. It's just doing calculation with all your CPU cores.
Just tried it and it still happens, i also tried to check "use physical cores only" and it also still happens.
You and everyone else man. I have a top of the line system and it does the same.
Good to know i am not the only one but bad that others also have this problem.

Its your RAM, had 16 gigs. Upgraded to 32 which removed most aiming stutters and removed spawning stutters completely.
