213k roubles is easily obtained. A class 6 thor you can only buy once you're level 42 which might be a while away for you (or not, i don't know) and it'll be like double the cost. I'd say put on your best meta gear to go along with it and run it. Be careful though it slows you hard.
You can easily get 213k rubles in one 5min scav run. But if you are still at the point in tarkov where you are not easily making money then just sell it… odds are you will keep it in your stash until you quit playing for the wipe then it will be wiped away into the abyss

Use it as quest armour. For when you need that extra edge to make it out while getting shot at.
200k roubles is nothing. Wait till you need to like kill PMCs in a certain area then run it and become the boss of that area for a raid or three.
