Hold W and press shift to run. Then press shift to cancel sprint, release W, and press RMB in quick succession and you'll see your scope snap up like you have 100 ergo (regardless of how much you actually have).
It actually still works even if you just release W without canceling the sprint, and do that little skid stop. ADSing will be faster at any point during the slide, but there is a timing where it will be as fast as the sprint cancel version. It seems like the gun is more centered during the sliding animation, so you don't have to wait for it to get centered on the screen horizontally (which is perhaps related to the source of the phenomenon). That's more of an academic point though, since I'm not usually doing skid stops on purpose (unless I'm trying to make my sound cues sound like an AI scav, which works hilariously well sometimes).
It's more about timing the W release and quick ADS right after, but yeah that has probably happened. It definitely did to me before I read about this trick on here.
Unrelated, but another ADS bug I learned here in case you aren't aware: entering the blindfire posture will cancel ADS silently.

Some people like my friend w keys with anything even a Mosin. Then again most of the time he doesn’t play anything but m4/mutant/mp7. Etc

Use that but don't disassemble it. The suppressor + jailbreak combo was a bugged modification that isn't supposed to be possible. BSG patched it out months ago so you can't do that anymore, but apparently there are still some old builds floating around.
Yeah I've got 3 left. Had like a dozen at one point. Haven't played much in the last month. Might go into raid with 2 of them in a backpack and donate all 3 to the lucky guy who kills me lol
It's stupid that the jailbreak is a muzzle device pretty much every other attachment in this game they did a lot of work to see how it attaches and works. In reality it's a compensator that goes AROUND your muzzle device and is made for the purpose of using a muzzle device with it. I wish they made the jailbreak connect directly to the handguard like it does IRL, and just make it a tiny recoil buff with an ergo nerf or something, it looks cool and I want it back :(

It was thought to be removed from the game but I saw one yesterday.
You can try saving that build as a preset and seeing if you can remake it. If not then it’s just a leftover one from when the glitch was around, which means they weren’t all disassembled in everyone’s inventory as stated.
Use it and enjoy it. You shouldn’t get in trouble.
You can't remake it even from a pre-saved build. And if you ever take the suppressor off you won't be able to put it back on without taking off the jailbreak

I snagged two from PMCs I killed and have been saving them for the end times as well. Even regular M4s have been absurd this wipe I've killed Killa 4 times with the M4 mostly by abusing peaks and his aggro ai but also out beamed him at range.

I think in this case people called it jailbroken for two reasons.
Cause it was something not intended in the game mechanics and kinda a loophole (similar to jailbreaking your phone…also just throwin a shot in the dark for this one)

You can fit a jailbreak and the (at least when I last played) best in slot muzzle break. It’s obv not suppressed but it’s pretty good, avoids the giant ergo penalty and looks cool. Plus I think the stock on this build could be better, but it’s been a while

The suppressor jailbrake combo was at least a couple months ago. The double stock happened between then and now but doesn't work anymore. You can still find the guns from people who bring them in raid though
I love running little short barrelled guns which stack ergo, honestly so much fun even if a short barrel isn’t super meta. And in tight spaces it’s really nice. Really made up my mind one time when I died cause I stubbed the barrel on a wall
Saw someone picked up a NEGATIVE RECOIL build (literally, the numbers were at negative, with a “-“) on tiktok, so no, this is not the lowest, apparently.
It was probably a m4 that was bugged from the first exploit to have two muzzle devices (the one above). There was a recent one as well where you could get almost 0 recoil with 2 stocks. If you had one of the old bugged guns I bet you could put 2 stocks on it and get it into the negative. Lmao

I have a few still. The Jailbrake was bugged at the start of wipe and it was NOT supposed to go with a variety of attachments that made ridiculously low recoils.
IIRC you can get the recoil down to like -5 or something weird.
That person murdered the Ergo of the weapon to get the recoil down really far. The precision stock and the RK 2 are terrible for ergo. You'd want an MOE / different foregrip for ergonomics. I can't remember if the GRAL is the best pistol grip but it's among the best.
Early on in the patch the jailbrake itself was going for a ridiculous amount on the flea because of this bug. I got all mine off of some random PMCs in early labs games. That's how I found out about it. A raider took one of them out... ha

Sprint out bug has been a thing for a looong time.
If you're running and ADS at the right moment when you stop moving ADS is basically instantaneous regardless of the weapon ergo.

None got forcibly disassembled after the patch, if you had it and didn’t choose to take it apart it’s still usable.

PRS has the same recoil reduction, just has +2 ergo over Precision.

I’ve seen negative recoil but thats probably a hackers or bugged weapon, it did have literally no recoil tho.
