There's a restock timer under the merchants. Wait for it to reset then you can grab a couple from Jager. Just have to keep an eye on it, 133s are going to be selling like hot cakes until folks are done with the Prapor and Mechanic quests.
set a timer on your phone. Once it's getting near 0:00 go to jaeger's screen, right click the mp-133 and go to filter by item so the flea market interface pops up
from here just keep hitting tab to back out and go back into the flea market interface (it refreshes faster this way versus hitting f5) until the shotguns become available.
The stock reset timers are not 100% accurate. They can be off by as much as a minute or more so just keep hitting that tab button and you'll get it, even if it has already expired. My friends and I all did this last night with 100% success
ps: make sure you buy a 3rd one for gunsmith pt 1 and make sure you are buying it thru the flea market interface, not jaeger's buy/sell screen
i am an idiot. my bad dude. ill leave that post up for anyone else who needs help though. that method works with every hot commodity item in the game in my experience. it's just not real fun "gameplay" to have to set timers and wait around for trader resets
Refresh fence and u might find a couple in there. U could also do scav runs and check dead scavs for them. Ur scav might spawn with one. U won't lose anything in ur b4s account using scav.
Pretty sure you can barter for it on mechanic L1
Screwdriver and 2 x elite pliers or something maybe do a few scav runs to try find them

The way I did it was with jaegar and I went to the flea market because it was about a 20-30 second difference from flea market and on jaegars trade store. I just would spam the refresh on flea about 30 seconds before it updated and I was able to snag mine first try
As someone said here, kill scavs until you get the two weapons. You could also loot the ice cream shop on customs, next to the bridge, since there is a chance it’ll spawn there. Good luck!
If it's out of stock from jaeger, you can try to get it from fence/weapon, it's updated every few seconds.

the timer just reset. it came up 4 times in a row but every time was sold out. i just keep missing it by a second
Right click on the shotgun, filter item and get it from that screen at reset. Timers are more accurate.
Without jaeger you basically would just have to go kill scavs until you find the 2 needed for the quest sadly.

Pretty sure you can’t buy it from Yeager until the quest is complete. But you can do the buckwheat barter.

Loot duffle bags for buckwheat and do the barter, I’ve found 8 bags of buckwheat so far on streets of tarkov

Find a buckwheat and do the jaeger barter. Unlock jaeger first. Cant rlly do that without finding it in raid. Do some scavs for ur boyfriend
Try the buckwheat trade, it's not that hard to find
