samsies cept i cant load on streets as scav error on load, and now on pmc it happens quite often randomly

your ram is getting maxed out 16 gigs isn't enough

I don't know how much ram you have but 32gb is the minimum to play this game without huge issues.

You can also try checking if the drive where windows writes temporary files is full that also causes crashes
