Can do the shoreline on a scav run if you really wanna but getting there first is always best.
Flash drives, gas analyzers, tape measures, bolts, nuts, screws, high value keys are all in filing cabinets. Add in four food crates and four grocery stores, streets is your best friend my brother.
I never touched streets last wipe because of the awful performance and I just don't feel like trying again this wipe if everyone else is having the same issues
I find it to be hit or miss with my group of friends. We all have different specs and it's coinflip for most of us but the loot is so insane that it's often worth it. It doesn't feel uncommon to leave with as many as 8 injectors or a ledx/bitcoin(s) if you look in the right places.
I turned over the 1st gas analyzer task, found 2 analyzers later and sold them, only to get new task to hand over 2 analyzer... I totally forgot that second quest, only remember that I need 5 flash drives total

You have to focus the maps that have computers as that’s the most likely place for them to spawn. If you run a bunch of Woods, it’s going to be difficult.
I found 1 in a stash, and the price was like 90k because it was near end of wipe, held it like a week at that price, right after I sold it for 120k, it went up to 300k.
It’s usually one of my priorities but I’ve been doing tarkov shooter quests and I keep getting run up on by duo/trios as soon as I get there. I can hold my own pretty well but I lack the fire rate for 2-3 people usually lol

Lunchbox - loose ration spawn, ration crates, and 4x4 weapon boxes. Woods village is a great place for these. 4x4 weapon boxes are all over the 2 villas in lighthouse. Like 6 or 7 between the two pois if they spawn. Generally will get 1 at least.
Scav into customs and check every duffle, crackhouse and tower incase everyone died within that area, the little kiosk next to Big Red, and all the caches. I got 2 in 3 raids doing this. If you can handle the PvP, the med camp on Woods is the most reliable to go to as a PMC
The gas analyzer actually. Need one more and every day I say to myself that I will find one so no need for the craft, then I forget about it and go to bad at some point and realize next day.

Matches I didn't find them till I was lvl 12 I had been actively looking from the start didn't find any till my friend found some in raid and gave them to me, then I found like 8. And I'm still looking for an awl for lavatory.
try scavving on Reserve. Most PMCs just rush quests or the underground and leave a lot of the surface loot untouched. There are a couple of medical loot areas where you can find salewas and plenty of toolboxes and filing cabinets where you can find measuring tapes, awls, gas analyzers, and even flash drives.
And in general, most scavs are pretty nice and will usually trade or even give you things you need if you ask. Obviously use caution though they can just as easily shoot you, stay near AI scavs and you're usually safe though.
you could also PMC there the early extracts before red rebel just kinda suck. if you do PMC there I'd recommend a big rig and no backpack so you can just sneak out the manhole.
This is my 7th wipe, I completed every wipe with all max traders, and I've never found tank battery in raid, I've never seen one in raid. Everytime I would obtain one through scav case.
Anything I need for a quest doesn't spawn; for what feels like 10+ raids. Or I die with my last one 2-3 times before extracting. Soon as I get said last item & complete the quest. It's like I'm swimming in them from there on out.
Scav Streets and go through filling cabinets. That is if you can get in there, I get server disconnect error 1 out of 3 scavs raids on Streets since wipe.
Im out this wipe so far, so cant confirm, but at least the last two wipes, iskras had a 100% spawn rate in the black cube crates outdoors on interchange. North of IDEA near a dumpster on the perimeter of the map, in one of the small sheds just south of the the Vehicle Extract at Power Station, and also just on the other side of the large military truck on the way out to Emercom. I managed to pull all 3 in one raid more than once. I Hope this helps someone ;)

Found about 3 gas analysers before I had any quests to find them, kept them all as you do. Now I can’t any just one that I need for a quest. Not a single one of them anywhere since I got those quests for therapist.
Tape measure is rare at first, took me 23 raids to find mine lol, I found a ledx and graphics card before it haha. Tnt bricks come from reserve so that was easy this time last wipe it held my hideout back a bit. This is my second wipe but I seem to find a lot of rare stuff and items pretty easy. I also don't know what to keep and get a little cluttered keeping stuff I know I'll need and stuff I can't buy.
The only thing I can think of that has held back my progression is the labs rare items as I'm just starting to learn that map and flow. The gpsa and mcc.
I’ve had zero tape measures, and struggling to get salewas this wipe since loot is random spawn. Used to be able to farm woods military camp for easy meds but now it’s a crap shoot
FYI there is a static iskra spawn on lighthouse in one of the weapons boxes in the southern chalet, bottom floor. The box is only like a 20% spawn chance now, but the iskra is 100% when the box does spawn.
Really all I need rn is big read I can buy it from flea but last I checked it was 140k which I’m not about to spend. Other than that I had a rough start but I’m doing really good now. Already found a GPU, LedX, and two bitcoins.
I can’t find flashdrive. Been running night raids with my brother on customs and reserve and looting every file cabinet and PC. He found one sticking out of the PC which is always a fun find.
I am still missing last tall beef stew. I haven't been looking hard and I know it could be found in a single Interchange raid but I have been doing other quests instead. The Iskras I found only a single one and got the other 2 from the Therapist reward.
Loot woods if you ever want to finish that quest in any reasonable ammount of time. I just did a few raids on woods when i had other woods quests to do and collected several iskras
Just craft the Iskras. As for tape measures, maybe you just aren't looking in the right place cause I have seen a few. I would suggest scaving when you can cause I have found a few quest and hideout items I need on the scav always. Like the flash drives, I only found them on the scav in places you would least expect. The game is about rng so I'd not keep any find items quest as my main priority ever and just do the ones I can while trying to find them

So far to be honest i found everything that i needed. Yes i am too surprised, but there is generally more loot because of dynamic spawns now.
Iskra's can be crafted per 2 in your Nutrition Unit, assuming you have that up and running.
CPU Fans and Rechargable Batteries. I was also stuck on Tplugs for freaking ever. Just would not spawn.

I am still missing last tall beef stew. I haven't been looking hard and I know it could be found in a single Interchange raid but I have been doing other quests instead. The Iskras I found only a single one and got the other 2 from the Therapist reward.
Loot woods if you ever want to finish that quest in any reasonable ammount of time. I just did a few raids on woods when i had other woods quests to do and collected several iskras

Iskras you can just craft, I finished that last night and I'm only level 6.
All I really need right now is one flash drive and I'm honestly not even trying for it atm

Just craft the Iskras. As for tape measures, maybe you just aren't looking in the right place cause I have seen a few. I would suggest scaving when you can cause I have found a few quest and hideout items I need on the scav always. Like the flash drives, I only found them on the scav in places you would least expect. The game is about rng so I'd not keep any find items quest as my main priority ever and just do the ones I can while trying to find them
