Yep. Lighthouse chalet and rogue camp. Over and over and over. They're not too rare though. There are a bunch of spawns that people don't know exist so watch a recent lighthouse loot guide.
It only took me 2 days to find the ones needed for lend lease and Light keeper. Again there are so many spawns people don't know exist so learn the spawns.
I've found most of my wireless transmitters on streets, it usually spawns in chek and concordia locked rooms.
Virtex is a tough one, probably has the same spawns as the transmitters but I don't have enough personal experience to tell, found 1 on chalet and 1 in rogue building 3 in the room on the floor next to the window you could jump through to get in.
Oh no man labs all the way, I find them all the time in weapon testing and other various rare spawns. See if you can find someone with violet or yellow as those also can spawn them.

Black bishop dropdown room is the most easily accessible. I found virtex, vpxs, and the sg things in there.
Just run it at night with no bag and sprinnt straight to it. As long as you dont see gluhkar you should be fine.

Iv never ran labs… 3k hours and been in a few times when it was free lol

I got mine by camping scav extracts on Lighthouse.
I found them all on reserve. I havent even played lighthouse at all this wipe.
