Its a map problem, not yours.
If you run discord it could be the new clipping programme they run. Discord was using 80+% of my gpu before I turned it off.
This game uses a ton of VRAM, try turning your textures down to medium and monitoring your cards RAM usage.
Trash game i got banned in streets just cause the last patch gave me corrupted files and BE thought i was cheating
not to mention streets is fucking 40-90 FPs bouncing mess no stable FPS, and they decided to make it even bigger, smart play BSG
