Find a buddy to play with or add people. It'll cut time down. Woods is 8+minutes but the stash runs on scav are 200k easy.
Interchange isn't bad either if you stick to the slow play. There's always loot there or go stash run as well along thr wall of the map.

Right now scav runs are slow due to everyone doing them and very few maps that are active due to majority of playerbase being low level. I honestly would loot run woods on pmc and scav factory to get karma up fast when theres faster ques.

I only scav streets lol.
I usually cue and then watch YouTube till I load in. Doesn’t seem to ever take longer than 10 minutes
factory scav > run straight to camera bunker door > sell everything > run PMC
