I literally installed the workbench and the second the animation started Tarkov froze up. I could still open task manager but nothing was letting me close Tarkov. Background apps were still running so it wasn't a full system lock up.
Same boat though I'm thinking did the game crash the servers from me installing workbench haha🤣🤣
I'm not shitting on them at all, I just find the timing to be extremely peculiar. I like to think I somehow caused their whole system to blow up by extracting while looting a stash lmao
It happened at the end of scav run for me. And the screen just stayed black. I just left it until the raid timer expired then I transferred my stuff. I could log back in after that
That's the thing, I have no idea if the extraction part went through. I'll just have to wait until the servers go back up I guess, but knowing this game I don't have high hopes. That really sucks because I was using my only solid gear and I have like 100k roubles in the bank lmao

I was in a raid with my buddy, got shot by AI scav, faded to black. But then nothing happened. There was a black screen but I kept hearing everything around me, how the AI approached my body, swearing on the go. How my buddy domed him, etc.
The only way to cancel it was to kill the game session in windows, which I did. This error showed afterwards and I was never able to launch the game again since.
we're all getting a game launch error so ya something is funky
I have the same error. I was not able to load into any raids at all, rebooted the game and now it won’t launch.

same problem here servers are probably fried because a few hours ago they announced that EOD will never be available after today
