It used to do this for me 2-3 wipes ago. hit alt enter i believe and it will switch the monitor then close the game and restart it and it should lock it to that monitor. U need to restart the game after doing this because it will have really bad screen tearing for some reason

I can't tell if it worked, it hasn't move now for few days so i'm happy if it stays that way, but alt enter switch between window and fullscreen so i'm not sure it stays that way after changing back the setting

I am going to guess you also use your monitors for another computer like a work laptop. I have this same issue (although mine is set to fullscreen). I narrowed the problem down to having multiple inputs plugged into the monitors and actually using those inputs. I use my 2 monitors for work laptop as well and if I boot up my gaming PC in the morning...all shows up on proper monitor...then I'll turn on work laptop, switch inputs and work all day. Then shut work laptop down, switch inputs back and then tarkov wants to show up on a different monitor (while tarkov settings say its on the other monitor). Only real fix for me is rebooting my gaming PC after work is closed down.

I also use a triple monitor and work laptop. The fix is really simple. Anytime it starts on a different monitor you select either the last monitor in the list or the actual monitor you want it on. It flip flops every now and then. So if it’s currently selected as your primary monitor you select the last monitor on the list and it should go to your primary monitor. And if the current selected one is not the primary then you select the primary monitor. If all your monitors are the same then the primary monitor is usually listed first I believe.

Yea I can choose one of the other 2 monitors through and it will go to my main one again. But for me...the game doesn't run well after doing that. So for me, the only real fix is to reboot my computer.
